Dear Lydia Although we appreciate all bookings at Boulevard North Holiday Apartments and are open to constructive criticism, you were not a pleasure to host. Let me remind you of the following: you stayed well beyond your check out time causing a problem for the next guest, you kept a dog in the apartment which you did not have permission to do, your dog messed itself on the bed and soiled the blanket, you left the apartment in a shocking state which took over 4 hours to clean, you did not wash the dishes, you did not remove your rubbish, you dumped your belongings in the car park, and you did not return all our property. Your comment about not having electricity is false and malicious, because I doubt if you would not have stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, had there not been any electricity. To give us such a bad rating when you are the one who conducted yourself in such a shocking manner, is beyond belief. If you cannot remember how you behaved, we have the photographs to jog you
