“Great place, clean and a perfect location”
One of the most helpful motels. They were able to help the family out with a request and it was no trouble. Gave great information about the town and what to do with small children. Definitely will come back here in the near future

“Large, comfortable unit”
The unit was large, spaceous, modern, with a full-size kitchen and built-in washer/drier, alltogether quite luxurious and comfortable. It had two well-placed air conditioners.

Rooms are very modern, adequate facilities, spacious rooms, walking distance to restaurants. Highly rated!!!

“Bob and Rhonda - Redcliffe”
Travelled to Emerald for a wedding and the motel was central to our needs. Everything was first class and the owner could have been more obliging. Will be our motel of choice on our next visit.

This is one of the better motels with self catering facilities. I needed to sleep on my own so I used the sofa bed, what an awful experience! Not the fault of the motel but rather that of the sofa manufacturer. Never again will I count a sofa bed as part of the beds available. Apart from that fiasco the motel was a good choice.

“Great amenities and location”
Stayed for 4 nights. Excellent facilities for a longer stay - laundry, kitchen etc. Would recommend to others and will stay again.

“not happy overcharged!!!”
dont go there they wont honor there prices... charged me a basic room that was meant to be $197 inc gst for 2 nights but charged me $250 and i boomed a delux room for $225... customer service was appauling and wpuld not honor the prices that i booked for... will not be returning

Absolutely immaculate rooms, excellent size and everything you need, staff are lovely I would absolutely recommend staying here for sure! Will be where I stay in Emerald from now on and you should too! Thanks Emerald Inn!

“Life saver”
I booked in elsewhere with the same price point, upon arrival it was hygienically disgusting which the hotel disagreed with. So that’s when I found the Emerald Inn, and I must say what a huge pleasure it was to be taken to a self contained unit that was so visibly clean (no creepy crawlers like the previous place)and smelt so fresh. Bed was super comfortable, staff were kind and welcoming and empathetic of the previous encounter haha. I would definitely recommend this accomodation to others and would be happy to stay again. 10/10!

“Overnight stay”
Stayed overnight and found the location convenient to shops and sights but still quiet and away from traffic noise. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fully equipped kitchen for longer stays too.

“Clean and well kept”
We loved our little unit! And I was impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the overall grounds were very well kept. Internet was very poor and sometimes non existent. Staff were lovely!
