“お値段相当！”
写真はかなり盛られてます。お値段相当のホテルというかんです。夫婦二人夜泊まるだけの目的で予約させてもらいました。ケアンズの中心から少しズレているので何をするにも1キロちょっとは歩かないといけないのが少し不便です。スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーで親切でした！

空港からタクシー10分ほど マーケット迄ぶらぶら歩いて10分ほどです。2人で宿泊。 プール側の広い部屋でしたが，エレベーターの裏側でした。 タオルが 1人分しか用意されていませんでした。 ボディシャンプーはなく石鹸でした。ブラシ，歯ブラシは無し、シャンプー、コンデショナーはチューブで一個ずつでした。

スタッフはとても感じが良くフレンドリーでした。部屋が少しプールのような不思議な匂いがしたのとエアコンがなかなか効かずベトベトする感じがありました。ロケーションはGood!

“男3人旅”
フロントは時間が決まっているので、深夜にホテルに帰ってきた場合はインターフォンであけてもらえましたが、週末カジノで5時半にホテルに帰ってきた時はホテルにはいれませんでした。朝は7:30から玄関があくようです。コンビニはホテル前の道路を渡ったガソリンスタンドにあります。オーストラリアはお酒は酒屋でないと買えません。カジノやカジノ近辺までタクシーで7分位、10ドル前後。2泊しましたが部屋の掃除やタオルチェンジはないです。フロントに言えば新しいタオルやシャンプーはもらえます。 予算を押さえて宿泊だけなら良いかと思います。ホテルの下には餃子、飲茶のカフェ的な店が決まった時間帯でやってます。利用はしていませんので、味はわからないです。

“安くて、使い方にとっては、とても良いホテルです。”
(良かったこと)ホテルのスタッフが親切で、お部屋が広いこと、静かな環境です。 値段が安い。 空港から5-10分でとても近いです。 (注意した方が良いこと) セーフティボックスがありませんでした。 メインの海岸通りからは少し10分程離れているが困らない距離です。しかし、海岸通りからホテルへ行く縦の通り道は、20:00以降は、注意したほうがいいかもしれません。基本的に治安の良いケアンズですが、この通りは人通りが少なく運悪く酔っ払いに会ってしまうと怖い思いをする可能性があります。 また、フロントのスタッフの在中時間が短いため、初日のチェックインの際に全て聞き、お部屋の備品のチェック、鍵の取り扱いなどは聞いておいたほうがいいと思います。

“すごく良い”
空港からの送迎はないため、タクシーで来る必要があります。 ケアンズ駅とその近くのショッピングセンターまでは徒歩15分ほどかかります。お土産屋さんや港の近くまではもっとかかります。広い道の近くにありますが、夜は人通りが少なくなるため、タクシーで帰ったほうが安心かもしれません。参考までに、カジノの前からタクシーで帰ると10ドルかかりました。 ホテルにはプールがついていますが、使っている方は見かけませんでした。ただケアンズのプールまではだいぶかかるので、行くまでは面倒・または小さいお子さん連れの方には良いかと思います。 部屋には冷蔵庫、レンジ、キッチン道具一式が揃っているので、長期滞在する方はスーパーから食材を買って自炊できます。スポンジはなかったので、自分で買ってきました。洗剤は2回分くらいしかないので気をつけてください。 また無料のWiFiも飛んでますが、端っこの部屋は接続が悪かったです。 フロントはおじいさんと若い女性2人を交代で見かけました。私は英語がほとんど分かりませんでしたが、皆さん親切な方で、両替所をマップに書いて教えてくれました。フロントの時間は朝8時くらいから夕方5時までしかやっていなく、土日はもっと短いです。 チェックイン・チェックアウトについてはフロントの受付時間外でしたら、事前に連絡したほうが良いです。無人チェックインのやり方をメールで教えてくれます。 次回もケアンズに来ることがあったらまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。家族で長期滞在するにはとても安い場所かと思います。ありがとうございました。

“値段に見合わない”
スタッフのいる時間が限られていてとても不便。 連泊しているのに部屋の掃除、タオル交換はたったの一度だけ。 ロケーションも市内まで遠く、全く払った代金に見合わない。

“Easter Stay”
Sunshine Tower is located within 10 mins walk of the Cairns CBD and main shopping center so location is great! Although it is on the main road the rooms sound proofing was excellent with no road noise which as great. The room size was also great with a super comfortable bed. The pool area is also very inviting and relaxing and parking onsite was super handy. We stayed for 4 days over the Easter weekend and were advised on check in that our included buffet breakfast would not be available for 2 days so were given vouchers for the great little café on the corner for those 2 days which was awesome and actually preferrable as the buffet breakfast on offer did not have a lot of options. The only recommendation I would make is to take your own bathroom products and face washers. The products provided are very drying on the skin and were only given 1 face washer for 2 people for 4 days as there was no daily room tidy. Overall great hotel and would stay again.

住宿离海岸边还是有点距离，住宿过程如果没有住满7天是没有清洁的，但是房间还是很大，要当成是住公寓，自己打扫房间，我们住的时候刚好复活节，早餐有两天没有。

“Quiet Location”
If you are looking quiet area, this will be great choice. But if you want to be in the central of everything, best to book in Esplanade area. Walking distance within 15-30mnts to explore till the end of Esplanade.

Wonderful Stay at Sunshine Tower Hotel! My wife and I had a great experience staying at Sunshine Tower Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile and provided us with lots of useful information about the area, tours, and local spots to visit. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. But what truly stood out was the hospitality and kindness of the staff – they made us feel right at home. We really appreciate their warmth and professionalism, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Cairns!

“Excellent value for money”
Stayed for 3 nights. Jade at the reception was super helpful in recommending and booking tours to the Great Barrier Reef and the Kuranda forest. Centrally located within walking distance of the esplanade. The microwave oven, kitchen sink and the crockery cutlery provided helped us to pick up stuff and have meals in the rooms too.

“Sunshine tower ”
Very spacious room, with a big comfy bed, also a large bed and fairly big bathroom. Only downsides where the lack of cooking facilities for an apartment, and the windows seemed quite thin as we could hear a lot of traffic and planes which sometimes woke us up in the night. Otherwise a good place to stay

“Soap issue.”
Upon going to shower we found there wasn't any soap in the bathroom. I got dressed went down to reception to be told,yes we ran out i am very sorry,there is none in the hotel but you can have extra shampoo I found this extremely disappointing, i had spent all day travelling and just wanted my shower. Simply... just not good enough.

“Good hotel”
Location is not too far away however as the weather is hot, be mindful if you are walking around. Friendly and helpful staff, hotel is clean and well presented with good facilities and amenities.

“Great place to stay”
I have stayed here a few times now and the price increase has made it unaffordable. I know it's the peak season and understand but I'm sad to say goodbye to this place. Rooms are modern,exceptionally clean, secure undercover parking is spacious.Staff are friendly.

The overall experience was decent. The staff were nice And location was good. But the cleanliness could have improved. The floors were sticky and the a.c. was extrremely dirty and dusty. The lighting in the room was also white and depressing.

“6 nights but no room service for daily cleaning ”
We stayed 6 nights. When we ask why not cleaning our room daily then staff replied we do only after 4 days. No tea bag / coffee pkts supplied daily or bath towels are changed. One day I was sick and stayed in the room. But couldn’t. Because contractor were drilling our neighbouring room. They worked/ drilling holes into walls from morning 10am to evening 4pm. If they would have told in advance we could have gone out despite of sickness.
