“Fantastic resort, fun for all!”

Great facilities for everyone to enjoy. The onsite bar and restaurant is great for meals or a relaxing drink over looking the view of the pool and golf course. The pool is just divine, the water temp was so nice and warm that it made it hard for us to get out. The poolside BBQ also was great to have a family meal/party after a swim, with the children's play area. Oh far away so they could enjoy themselves too. Lastly the rooms were spacious and clean, all amenities including a full kitchen in our apartment. Can't wait to return and relax!

“Lovely setting”

You basically pay for the large expanse of well kept gardens, mountain view, one of the best kids play ground, 2 sets of swimming pools. The basic housekeeping is super poor ! We had to call the front desk staff and ask them to clean the balcony which was covered in cob webs on the fan, ceiling, chairs and the table !! The washing machine was leaking and the floors were wet due to this. The room we got was on the far end with extra windows to the bedroom which apparently were never opened. That was a shocker with lots of dirt and cob webs in the bedroom window. When the housekeeping staff came they said these were never opened and did not do a good job at all to clean it. Furnishing is good with modern items. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Cindy who worked the evening shift.

“Will stay again”

Only stayed one night but was a good price, everything we requested was provided and the room was clean and spacious. As it was school holidays we could hear children and families around the pool from our room but it wasn't a problem. The bathroom was big and modern with a huge bath and the bed was comfortable. Didn't eat at the restaurant as we thought it was overpriced, went to a good Thai restaurant nearby at clifton beach.. We will stay again for the right price and would recommend to others.

“Fantastic place to stay with 2 young boys”

Was a fantastic place to stay with 2 young active boys and hubby loved the golf! The rooms were very spacious and clean and the views were amazing. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. Will be looking to return and definitely recommend to others.

“Beautiful and peaceful surroundings ”

Loved it! Would definitely come back! The rooms were clean and staff were friendly.. The facilities for the kids were great and pool was also heated so the kids didn't get cold. We stayed in a beautiful resort for such a great price!

I stayed at the Paradise Palms Resort for a wedding and found it to be excellent. The wedding was beautifully presented and catered for and it was easy to move from ceremony, drinks and dinner.

I stayed here for one night for a wedding. I am a cairns local and paradise palms is a beautiful resort, this is where I have booked to get married and will be booking my guests here too.

Everything was great, above our expectations. It was only the grumpy, rude, surly old man in the golf shop - his lack of customer service ruined a lot of people's experience but the rest of the team were so fantastic they overcompensated for his short comings

I had booked a twin room and received a double. It was also only on arrival that we were given a piece of paper telling us we would need to pay extra to have our room cleaned/beds made daily. Room was clean and bathroom large. Great hotel location if have a car. Pool great for kids. Golf course well maintained.

“Nice hotel with good proximity to all attractions”

We reserved a two bedroom unit which was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The resort facilities were good with a reasonable restaurant and excellent play facilites for children. Proximity to Cairns, Port Douglas and all the tourist attractions was ideal. Port Douglas is becoming too commercial so it was very nice to stay here and visit Port D when we needed to. Hotel reception and staff were friendly and hospitible. Grounds were lovely. All round a great choice and we'd definitely recommend it.

“Lovely hotel, great location and excellent golfing”

Stayed for one night earlier this month and enjoyed it enough to come back for three nights this time.. well worth spending the extra couple of days and left feeling rested and refuvinated. Great hotel, excellent facilities and will definitely be back.

the outlook of the appartment complex is not looking elegant, but the inside of our appartment overlooking the golfcourse was wonderfull. a spacious appartment with balcony and modern table and chairs. washingmachine and dryer and iron available. we were very pleased with it. our lunch in the clubhouse of the golfcourse was very nice. we did not use the restaurant anymore because of outgoing traveling. the beds are good. spacious kitchen. for kids a swimminpool with play garden and jump area. the only disavantage was not changing of towels daily or at all and no cleaning. execpt when you pay daily extra 30 australian dollars for it. this means also no shower gel etc. the distance to kuranda was only 25 minutes by car. free car parking in the appartment complex. cairns city is about 25 minutes by car and the aiport about 20minutes.

a really quietly and nice situated complex close to mountain, beach and shopping. all in one. the appartment is modern and spacious. nice big balcony wiht table and chairs. nice sitting area and dining area and large kitchen. well equiped with washing machine and dryer and iron/table. we had a nice view at the golfcourse which was very relaxing with the lorrekeets flying around. there are 2 swimmingpools, playground and a nice clubhouse with terrace and restaurants and bar area. kuranda a nice village with attractions is 25 minutes hill up by car. there are jungle walks from there, butterfly garden, birds garden (the parrots will sit on your shoulder when you feed them) and market/shopping area. a good place to relax and walk around. close to the hotel you have a waterpark where you can waterski on a cable. palm cove a nice beach village is on 6 minutes car distance.

我覺得他們整體來說大致上不錯!! 可是我有點摸不著頭緒的是櫃檯只有一個前台服務人員,當時我要問問題至少等了20分鐘~~比起我在香港酒店住宿時差很多耶!!然後清掃房間連浴室的垃圾桶都滿出來了他們也沒有換新的垃圾袋!!
