“最高!”

Highly recommend, Clean, friendly staff

“Weird interaction with management; wouldn’t recommend”

The motel manager made a point of repeatedly telling me that we should have been paying at least $150/night. Not really my fault, more of a thing between Agoda and them than me, since I don’t decide on the prices shown on the site. Advertised as having a “full kitchen” however it didn’t include an oven, stove, pots or pans. Traffic from the nearby highway made it hard to sleep and the hot tub was broken during our stay.

“Overpriced”

Basic accommodation which seemed a bit pricey for what it was. It is right next to the highway so to keep the window open meant noise all night. The bathroom needed some TLC

Friendly, Clean and a real great place to stay

“Overnight stay”

I slept well I was tired. I had a not left on my car that I had park in the wrong spot. Somebody else had parked in front of my room. If people come with two cars. They could be advised to park at the extra car parks. Not in front of other room. This causes friction amongst clients. Some other establishments take Rego numbers and allocate spaces. This all happens at the office on arrival.

Allowing early check in which made it alot easier to get ready for a wedding and also a later check out

Staff were rude, tried to say we stole key, when it was left in room on table.

“My children was accused of knockin on the neighbours doors durin the night so was told dont come bak”

We stayed here 3 weeks in a row the first week could connect to the wifi, the second week my daughter stood on glass in the room, the third week my children was accused of knocking on the neighbours back doors during the night when they were sleeping and was told not to come back.

You need to have a car as the location is 1.1km from the nearest bus stop. No shops anywhere nearby so it is remote.

the location was spot on for where my sport event was, a bit hard to find at first. Hotel had everything we needed, clean tidy, customer service excellent. We would use again

Stayed for a business trip. Centrally located, close to where to job was. Good price, clean room

“Over Nite Stop”

Was ok for what we needed ... Cranky old people living there...water leaked from the shower head ... Otherwise served its purpose for a nite...

“Clean comfortable motel”

comfortable, clean rooms, although the only downer was having to check out of the room by 10am, having only arrived at 10:30 the previous night, due to late flight.

The bed was comfy but the room didn't stand out as clean. in fact the bottle of bath wash was half empty therefore must have been used. Was disappointed.

Not sure how this motel got it's star rating. No free wifi as advertised and a black and white tv that was barely visible. It was clean however and I suppose this is what is really important.

“Hard to get to.”

the motel was very hard to get to from the pacific highway and the room was very basic. there was no cutlery to eat a bought in meal with and the milk that was in the fridge was passed the use by date.i will not be staying there again.

Great service, the managers were very friendly and welcoming, room was neat and tidy and had everything you require, bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower and water pressure were fantastic!

Great motel with good facilities. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean.

“Revamp needed”

Regrettably, the hotel appears to have been flooded. The doors of cabinets in bathroom were curled, the shower floor seals cracking, fridge newly replaced but cheap and not cold. I almost pulled it on top of myself trying to open the door. The bed was so lumpy I had bad pain the next day. Pillows very lumpy. Most problem though was no reply to phone call previous day when I rang to book restaurant. On arrival found restaurant has been closed for years since covid! Still advertised as having a restaurant and was the reason I booked there. Also, no breakfast available - no food at all. Very disappointing. I had no breakfast. The wardrobe hangers were so high I actually couldn't reach them, being a short person. The receptionist was lovely but this motel needs a lot of money spent on interiors and the restaurant reopened. It was well cleaned though. Sorry to give a bad review but I needed to have breakfast and dinner.
