“Amazing view but wouldn't return”
The view from the room was spectacular, the location is excellent and the apartment is modern but showing signs of wear and tear. The building itself was obviously built on the cheap and feels pretty grey and soulless. Lots of people always coming and going and only two of the three elevators were working so it was always a long wait to get to and from the apartment.

“Good Stay”
Our second stay in this hotel, love the location and everything's good. Lovely spacious room, got everything we need. during our stay the spa got some broken filter parts but surely it'll be fixed.

“Weekend away”
When we arrived we were greeted by friendly front desk staff, we had arrived early and they assisted us with parking. When we booked into our room we had a wonderful surprise with a hand written birthday message on a card and a beautifully packaged hamper. The appartments are within close walking distance to many of Brisbane's attractions. The views over the city are amazing.

Booked a city view apartment and was pleased with the river views. Nicely furnished unit with some repairs needed to fix wear and tear but nothing that was an inconvenience. Very comfortable bed & Good location

“Overall, it was okay - great location”
I stayed for two nights, and the location was fantastic, making it very convenient to get around. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was something marked on the towel, and the overall condition of the carpet and other areas wasn’t great. Additionally, I brought a car, and parking cost $25 per night. That said, the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

“Good place to stay ”
We were happy with our stay, reasonably priced, nice view. We extended our stay for night and we’re given the mid-week rate although it was the weekend which was great service. Needs a few little things to complete it as an apartment stay, chopping board, rinse aid, a vacuum would be nice as well (as anyone with little kids can vouch for). Would happily stay again.

“Wonderful stay”
Our family had a wonderful stay at Ivy and Eve. We stayed in the Ivy tower in a 2 bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Wonderful view. The kids enjoyed the spa and pool. Close walking distance Southbank parklands. Lots of food options nearby. Parking secure and good sized spots suitable for our large car, only $25 a night. We look forward to returning.

Flies coming out of the bathroom sink - refrigerator leaked water so moldy water on kitchen floor - shower leaked so a slippery wet bathroom floor - hallways stink of garbage due to garbage chutes and doors being open &/or not operating - dirty pool area with food, cockroaches, and spilled drinks

“Great location, bad service and dirty room”
I would not stay here again. The location is great as it’s surrounded by restaurants and close to supermarkets, and more The room is dirty, stain on carpet, walls, stinky sofa, and shelves were not cleaned. Service is bad, we arrived late night when reception is closed (not 24hrs) and we didn’t receive any after hour check-in instructions beforehand. When trying to deposit our bags at check-out the lady just stood there holding the door. It felt like she didn’t want to be there. After all, security guys in the building were the most helpful as they helped us check in and helped us with parking.

Overall we are happy with the stay. Nice big apartment with 2 rooms. Except that there’s a power trip on first night and no hot water on second day
