“Right on the beach”
Great place to stay, beach is right across the road ,staff are great and the restaurant and bar is good to ,great place for breakfast great views to ,cafes and bakery across the road and a 10 minute walk to train station,if you like staying on the beach I fully recommend it

“Best Location ”
Always stay here when I travel to Adelaide. The rooms are old but have everything you need. You can order food/drinks via QR code from your room. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The restaurants downstairs have lovely meals & plenty to choose from. Meals are 10% off for guests.

Great place to stay for no frills accommodation in a great beachfront location. Checkin is available very late into early hours which is good for late flights

“Great location ”
Room was very much in need of an update and no view out of window as there was an air-conditioner in the window. The hotel down stairs was lovely and food great, the 25per cent off food and drinks for in house guests was a bonus! The contest between upstairs was dissapointing.

“Great lovation and value”
Very happy with my stay at the Esplanade Hotel Brighton. Clean basic accommodation with an excellent location on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great in-house dining discounts an unexpected bonus with food good and plentiful. Would certainly stay again when in the area.

Great location, but no allocated parking for hotel guests, the mattresses are very worn out, you can feel the spring, and making a funny noise everytime you moved.

Excellent reception staff and great beer and pizza deals between 4- 6 pm, however room was very basic, dated and fridge had broken seal.

“Night Caller”
Easy arrival process but room was less than expected. I did not spend any time in the hotel except for sleep and shower. Room was serviced each day but was poorly laid out. Several minor maintenance items appear to have been overlooked for some time.

“Great value”
Good 3 star accommodation at a great price,location is superb,rooms are clean and adequate and staff are extremely helpful. The food in the Pub is of a decent standard and the bonus of 25% off all food and drink was a very generous bonus We will certainly use this venue when we come back to Adelaide and have no hesitation in a reccommendation

“Bad room”
The hotel and food and staff wonderful but the rooms tiny old noisy til 10pm because of exhaust fans if tiu dont use exhaust fans in bathroom the fure alarms go off and guess what at 630 in the morning they did go off scared us as we juped out of bed overnight stay horrible we left at 730 in the morning tired and angry the staff said sorry about thr alatm but all too late

“良い”
The 1st problem we encountered with this hotel was there aren't enough carparks, 4 of them were taken up by rubbish bins, which did not help. After finding a make-shift car park we proceeded into the hotel carrying luggage. A staff member came out of a passcoded room, looked at us and walked the other way. There is no clear reception so we ended up walking into the bistro looking for a place to check in. The same staff member then took us back to the locked door he just walked out of. This really irked me. He could have just pointed us in the right direction when he 1st saw us. We were told by staying in the hotel we would get 25% our bill in the bistro, which we thought was great value for money. The staff at dinner service were average, at best. However, it was the breakfast staff member that was very rude and unwelcoming on placing a breakfast order. They didn't seem to want to be there. Not hospitable at all.

Brighton is a very busy area with little car parking and yes we have to forgo a few spots so we are able to have bins on site. We pride ourselves on our high service and customer standards and are sorry to hear that we have not followed through and hopefully moving forward we can improve. Thanks

“Very old Hotel needs refurbishment but the location was perfect. Restaurant prices were expensive”
The location stood out it was beautiful and close to Transport. Tea and Coffee was provided. Hotel was very old and out dated and had an old musty smell. Rooms were small and needed a complete refurbishment

Steps up to room if you are older. It was a pub room but very nice for the price. Had own shower and toilet. Meals and staff were great. Great value for money great location and definitely would stay again

Location, convenient to the beach and good serviceStay was one night..room was functional and was in need of a facelift as was the entrance and corridors..it was hard to find the check in place and I asked three times before I got the right door..best to go thru the car park..

“comfortable stay and great location”
great location, helpful staff, comfortable roomsThe hotel is in a great location outside of the city. Great view of the ocean and fairly quiet. Buses and trains are easily accessible. Convenience store is also within 10 mins walk for basic necessities. Hotel was basic but we took the double with ensuite bathroom and it was quite spacious and comfortable. Hotel could do with a little touch up though it doesnt really bother us much. Staff was helpful, friendly and really made our stay as enjoyable as possible. Fully recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place by the beach yet not too far from the city or airport.

房間很乾淨，地理位置很好，飯店走出去就可以看得到海了，附近機能也不錯，有超市、餐廳，重點房間電視畫質很好，還有Netflix。 題外話，雖然房客吃樓下的餐廳可以享10% off的服務， 不過餐廳的料理方面需要再加強，薯條炸不夠脆，海鮮拼盤不夠新鮮。 總體：旅店的方面很好，但餐廳的食物有很大的進步空間。

“You get what you pay for”
It was a cheap option compared to what’s in Glenelg. The decor is old but that doesn’t matter. The location is great. If you want cheap and convenient. But the cleanliness and smell are why I can’t recommend it.

Noise was coming from kitchen fan till 9pm and could not stay in the room at afternoon time and forget to ask quiet room.
