“コスパ良し”
ジュニアスイートに宿泊。 部屋もバルコニーも非常に広く快適に過ごしました。 プールもビーチもゆったりしていて使いやすい。朝食会場は混んでいたが、不快になる程でもなく、メニューもバラエティに富んでよかった。 ナイトマーケットにはアクセスよし。 近くのマッサージもお手頃でよし。 ルームサービスは利用していないが、リーズナブルに見えた。 バスタブが大きすぎてお湯が溜まるのは不可能。 トータルで非常に満足し、リピートしたいと思ってます。

“シーシェルズはとても好きです。^^”
中部に位置する良いホテル、シーシェルズは全体的に非常に満足です。朝方に到着し、その日の朝食代だけ追加で支払って朝食を食べた後、ロビーで休んでいたら追加料金なしで10時少し過ぎにアーリーチェックインしてくれました。代わりに部屋はグラウンドの上、2階のような1階だったので眺めは普通でしたが、滞在するうちになかなか良く、どうせ宿泊施設には長くいないので問題ありませんでした。 1. ホテルの衛生状態は良く、特にインフィニティプールが素晴らしかったです。リゾート目的の旅行で、スケジュールも強めと弱めを調整しながらプールで遊ぶのは本当に楽しかったです。 2. 1日に4枚含まれているスパ利用券も有意義に使いました。外に出てマッサージを受けることなく、ホテルの地下にあるスパで快適にマッサージを受けました。午前9時から始まり、2名が同時に1つの部屋で約40分間、1人はボディ、1人はフットマッサージを受ける形です。私はきれいで良かったですが、マッサージは好みが分かれるので強くおすすめはしません！事前に直接行って予約するのが良いです。予約はかなり埋まっていました。 3. 朝食のフォーは美味しく、他はまあまあです。果物にマンゴーがないのは残念ですが、すぐ前の道端のお店で4万ドンで1キロをテイクアウトしてくれます。それを毎日2キロずつ食べました。^^ ミニバゲットを温めて食べると本当に美味しいのですが、それを最終日に知りました。ㅠㅠ 4. 客室のミニ冷蔵庫は冷えていません。ㅜㅜ 5. ズエンドン夜市、ビンバス停がとても近いです。 6. ホテルのレセプションに問い合わせて北部スター フィッシュビーチに1人当たりGrabとスピードボートを含め2万ドンで行ってきました。2時間滞在し、写真を撮って休んできましたが、ここは本当におすすめです。海の水は透明で、ヒトデがきれいです。 7. どれも良いのですが、プクオク自体がかなり発展が遅れいて、まだ汚れていて匂いも少しあり、きれいではなかったので初めは大変でした。10年後に来たらもっと良くなっているでしょうが、物価もその分上がっているでしょうね。今でも物価はあまり安くありません。 8. グランドワールド、サンセットタウンはイタリアの雰囲気の建物ばかりがたくさん建っていて、1階の一部地域を除いてほぼ全てが空室のようで、まるで幽霊都市のように非常に奇妙でした。写真はきれいでしたが、やはり写真を全て信じてはいけません。 9. プクオクでここに4泊、中南部で4泊し、9泊10日のうち8泊9日をゆっくり過ごしました。遊ぶことは全部楽しんだので、再びプクオクに来ることはないと思います。^^;; 10. 韓国人が本当にたくさんいます。まるで韓国のようです。

チェックインの時は、…え？って思いましたが、部屋に入ったらモダンで素敵なインテリアです、お部屋にいることがとても好きになります。 なので絶対にオーシャンビューを選んでください！！ 海でたくさん遊びたいなら、おすすめ度は少し下がります、なぜなら、砂浜がとても細くて…狭いのでイメージしている海辺とはちがいます。 プールはとても良いです、パラソルがとても大きいので影がしっかりできて安心。このホテルは夕日が綺麗ですが、朝日は見れず、お昼過ぎまでプールは日陰なので寒いです、午後からが最高です、夜もプールに入れます。 ナイトマーケットはアジアの様々なナイトマーケットを経験している方なら、まぁ、どうでしょう…あまり期待はできないかもです。 キングコングマートまで、グラブでお安く行けます〜

“立地抜群！”
初めての5つ星ホテルの宿泊でした。立地は最高で空港からもそれほど離れておらず、すぐ近くに食事やランドリー、薬局など必要なものは全て揃います。朝食も美味しかったです。2泊しましたが、変わり映えはしないので、毎朝違うものを食べたい人は飽きるかも。 夕食は一日BBQビュッフェを頼んでみましたが、値段の割にそこそこだったので味を求めるなら近くのレストランの方がいいかもしれません。 でも生演奏があったりテラスで食べる景色は最高なので、それを含めればお値段相応かもしれません。 冷蔵庫が冷えなかったり、バスローブが一枚足りなかったりとちょこちょこ気になる点はありますが、おおむね満足しています。 スタッフも対応はとても良くニコニコして案内したりしてくれました。フーコック全般に言えることですが、英語はあまり通じないのでGoogle翻訳は必須です。 日本の5つ星ホテルにはおそらく及びませんが、総合的に静かでリゾート気分を味わえる良いホテルでした。今度は家族旅行で来てみたいです。

“繁華街近くの海に面したプール付きホテル”
12月28日から7泊でClassic Double Room - Balcony with Sea Viewに宿泊しました。繁華街近くのプール付きホテルが良かったので、こちらを選択しました。部屋からの景色も良く水平線に沈む夕陽が見れます。海は河口が近いせいかあまりきれいでは無く砂浜も狭いですが、プールは良く管理されているので満足出来てました。プールサイドのパラソルとチェアが全て使われている時があり、もう少し多いと良かったです。朝食も種類が充分あり良いです。一番良かった点はホーチミンからの飛行機に乗り遅れて便が変わったのに、急な送迎変更に対応してくれた所です。ありがとう！

“コスパが良い！”
シービュー２階の部屋で４泊しました。ホテル周辺にはナイトマーケットはじめ、マッサージ屋やレストラン、カフェなども点在しています。チェックイン時間までしばらくあったため、一度ホテルを出て戻ってくると「ウェルカムドリンクを出したときにいらっしゃらなかったので」とわざわざ持ってきてくれました。部屋や施設はきっちり清掃が行き届いていて快適。フリースタンディングのバスタブに浸かりながら夕陽を眺めることができました。バスタブの排水方法を尋ねるとスタッフの方が教えてに来てくださったうえに、再度モップをもってバスルームの水を拭き取りにきてくれました。 また、サプライズでバースデーケーキを届けてくれたり、総合的にサービスは五つ星並みでした。 しいて言うならば、朝食が至って普通であまり変わり映えしないため飽きますが、フーコックではお勧めのホテルです！

“とてもきれいなお部屋”
5日間滞在。部屋はとても広くて清潔。眺めも最高！ウェルカムフードも他のフーコックの5つ星ホテルより豪華！ チェックインも待たずに、対応も早かった。日本語は通じる方とそうでない方がいる様子。英語は問題なく通じる。 部屋はコーナーの部屋で、バルコニーがとてもとても広くぐるっと2部屋をつないでいて、一方からはオーシャンビュー、違う角度からはシティビューと最高のロケーション。ナイトマーケットもすぐ近くだが、部屋は静かで過ごしやすい。 プールも夜9時まで入れてナイトプールも素敵！ 1月午前中はプールは少し寒いが、インフィニティプールの端のプールバーは最高の贅沢。プールの中に椅子があり入りながらドリンクを飲めます。フルーツジュースでも500円程。カクテルも美味しく種類も豊富。注文は部屋番号でOK 滞在した部屋にはホテル敷地内のベトナム料理のレストラン割引券とスパの無料券がついていましたが、スパは滞在中毎日40分のマッサージが無料。ただスパは予約が常にいっぱいと言われるのでとにかく早めの予約をオススメします。 地下のスパに直接行って、予約するのをオススメします。私たちは2回しか予約できず残念でした。しかも最終日、フライトの時間を伝えて予約を入れてもらったのに、前日の夕方にホテルから空港への送迎時間のお知らせがあり、その時間とスパの時間がかぶっていて、なくなく2人はキャンセルになりました。 スパのシステムだけは残念でしたが、あとは素晴らしいホテルでした。 Stayed 5 days. Enjoyed the view from the room. The room was so gorgeous. The bathroom (bathtub) was massive! The swimming pool opens till 9:00, has a pool bar. It is a bit cold to swim in the morning in January but beach and the bar in the evening is special. We got the free spa everyday in basement but better to make reservations when you check in.

2部屋借りましたが、チェックアウトの際に、1部屋のスプーンが1個足りないと言われました。 1度もコップやスプーンは使用してないですが。その後は、OKとのことです。 立地（ナイトマーケットが歩いていけますし、南北に移動する際はおおよそ週間地点なので）はすごく便利に関しました。

“立地と料理、景色が最高”
約1週間でフーコック島のホテルを3つ利用しました。そのうち、シーシェルズさんがその一つです。 私は体調を崩して寝込んでしまいましたが、部屋も綺麗でゆっくり寝ることができました。繁華街に近いということもあり、騒音を少し心配していましたが、シービューの部屋もあってか、波の音で安らかに寝ることができました。 料理は朝も夜も他のホテルより美味しいと妻と子供も絶賛していました。お粥みたいなのが有れば良かったですが、それは個人的に体調を崩しただけなので問題ないです。 滞在したホテルの中では古い部類に入ってしまいますが、設備は綺麗でアメニティ、コーヒー、ドリンク類も充実。ウェルカムフルーツも良かったです。シャワールームの排水が詰まり、少し漏れ出たので妻が大変そうでしたので、気になったのはその点くらいです。 プールはそんなに大きくないですが、海の近さは桁違いです。小魚も泳いでいるので、ちょっとしたシュノーケルも出来ます。 「また次回もこのホテルに泊まりたい」と家族も話していたので、次回は連泊でお願いしようと思います。 良い旅となり、ありがとうございました。

Phu Quocへ到着する飛行機のフライト時間が当日に何度か変更になったため、その都度ホテルへメールし、 空港でのピックアップ時間の変更をお願いしましたが、返信は全くありませんでした。 2. 部屋にはスリッパは無く、使い古しの汚れたビーチサンダルが置かれていました。使用前に汚れを洗い落とす必要がありました。 3. シャワーの設定温度を最も熱くしても、ぬるいお湯しか出ませんでした。赤ちゃんにかけても泣き出さないくらいの、とても低い温度です。 そのぬるい温度に到達するまでに5分近くかかりました。 4. シャワーと浴槽の蛇口の水圧が低く、30分かけても足首の高さまでしか浴槽にお湯を張れませんでした。したがって浴槽を利用することが宿泊中一度もできませんでした。 5. ホテルのロビーでマネージャーの女性に近くのSPAやレストランのおすすめを訪ねましたが、ホテルのアウトサイドのことは分からないの一点張りで情報を得ることができませんでした。 6. ビュッフェの朝食の品揃えは極普通、味はまず過ぎはしないが、美味しくもないレベル。パンの味やフォーの味はよくなかったです。 以前訪れたPhu Quocの２つのホテルの朝食はすばらしかっただけに残念でした。帰りに立ち寄った空港のラウンジのパンとフォーのほうが美味しく感じました。 7. ビーチサイドで使うタオルは1名につき1枚に制限されています。他のホテルは数枚(ビーチチェアに敷くタオルや体を拭くタオル等)は最低使えるので、1枚のみと言われ驚かされました。 8. 帰りの空港へのシャトルバスの出発時刻のリクエストをしましたが、フライトの時刻によって決まったシャトル以外への変更は受け入れてもらえませんでした。 9. チェックアウトの際、部屋をチェックするので数分ロビーのソファーに腰掛けて待つように言われましたが、30分待っても声がかかることはありませんでした。 再度フロントに問い合わせて、ようやくチェックアウトが完了しました。 以上の事実から感じたことは、 true hospitality = 真のおもてなし を提供するホテルからはかけ離れており、うわべだけをよく見せた2流と3流の間のホテルと感じました。 宿泊者の心地よさをサポートするコンセプトではなく、ホテルの作った独自のルールだけを押し付けるだけの、立地条件に恵まれたホテルでした。 ベトナムではGrabを使って非常に安価で全くストレス無く移動ができます。予約時点で料金が確定しますし、チップも不要、予約から乗車までもの時間も非常に短い。Grabがとても普及していますので、ホテルの立地条件は全く重要ではありません。一方、hospitalityや設備の機能や食事の質は旅の思い出に最も重要なことです。それらを重視したホテル選びをおすすめします。て、Phu Quocにはさほど高額な料金を払わずにも質の良いサービスを提供するホテルはたくさんあります。

“リゾートを味わいたい方には不向きかな…”
年末年始に2泊しました。 立地は夜市のすぐ近くで街で色々買い物したりするのは良いと思いますが、敷地内のプールは狭く、緑が少ないため、ゆっくりリゾート感を味わいたい方には向かないと思いました。 このホテルの前に3泊したノボテルフーコックの方が数倍良かったです。 また、サービスについて、チェックイン後、スーツケースを部屋まで運んでくれず自分で運ぶスタイルでした。五つ星では初めての経験でした。 ガラディナーが宿泊に含まれていたのは良かったのですが、夜中1:30まで爆音が鳴り響き、全く眠れませんでした。 流石にこの時間までどんちゃんやるのはどうなのかなと… お祭り騒ぎが好きな方にはいいかもですが、小さいお子さんがいるファミリーやゆっくり静かに過ごしたい方には不向きです。 総じてめちゃくちゃ悪い訳ではないですが、残念ながら私たち夫婦には合わなかったです。

色々口コミを参考にホテルを決めたのですが、口コミ通り、最高のホテルでした。ナイトマーケットやスーパーも近く、地元の方も多数来訪している飲食店も多数あり、徒歩で全て行け、特に立地が最高です。 ホテルのインフィニティプールも2泊させて頂きましたが、毎日行き、ゆっくりできます。 Ocean sideのナイトバーも、スタッフ含めて最高です！ 朝食も美味しかったですし、スタッフ管理もしっかりされていました。 チェックアウトの際、ホテルのタオルに血がついてしまい、汚れがとれないので、追加代金の請求がありましたが、今後、自分達が宿泊の際に注意すればいいかなというくらいです。また再訪します！
