We feel like living in seclusion. The vibe in resort is chill. I highly recommend if you are going to stay in this resort, spend a day inside the resort as they provide many activities even for free daily! We enjoyed the yoga class from them! “A trickle of a shower ”
Honestly after all the hype on Phu Quoc, this trip didn’t live up to expectations. perhaps it was the hotel we stayed in; for the price we paid we expected at the very least a decent shower which wasn’t the case in our 3 bedroom villa. The location of the villa meant taxis were needed to leave the premises and we became a target of overpriced car hires with need to negotiate since Grab availability scarce. The app and chat function was decently convenient but generally responses and delivery of food or buggy was slow. Not sure I would recommend the hotel to friends.

“Beautiful villa with amazing sea view”
the villa is huge. Massive for just two of us. Private pool is amazing. we got upgraded to the sea view villa. The resort is large, leave some time to travel within the resort by buggy. We joined lots of activities. Yoga was the best. The teacher is very good. Would have been better if the classes are closely located to each other, so as to avoid missing it because of the traffic. Staff was amazing, very polite and proactive in solving our enquires. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there

I loved this resort. Its location., the villas and the staff are all exceptional. I had the best time and most relaxing 7 days. I cannot wait to revisit. The facilitues are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. Highly recommend it. Don’t wait, just book and spoil yourself.

“Happy memory”
From the airport pick up till the check out time, our family fully enjoyed the 3 night vacation, thanks to the facility qnd the staffs of Premier Village. Greetings from all the passing-by staffs were the best, but cannot miss to mention breakfast at "The Market", swimming in the beautiful private pool, soft and nice beddings, etc. All would remain as good memories. “Bad service”
Bad service from both Agoda and from the resort for my case, cause me to lose money. It was my second time at Premier village but I don't think I will book the resort again.

I just recently stayed there in a 3-bedroom villa for 2 nights there. We were a group of 6 and I booked through Agoda. Upon checking in, I was told I had to pay double for the reservation because Agoda only listed a party of 1 (why would I book a 3 bedroom villa if it was only me). But that's ok, maybe it's just an Agoda/ or my mess up but I'd appreciate that they would warn me ahead of time when we arrange pick up at the airport instead of putting me on the spot. The villa that I stayed was nice however I later found out the backdoor leading to restaurants and the beach were flooded. The resort obviously knew about it since they put home temporary stones to allow us to step over the flooded area (see photo). There was absolutely no light in this area. So at night, my kids and I had to use cell phone lights to carefully step over those unstable stones without slipping. Not what I want to do after paying premium for a "premier villa." Even worse, in the morning when I swam on the beach, we noticed foul smell (the smell that you would expect from a sewage) and the sand on the shore were dark grey like an organic decompose. We immediately got of the beach. On the way back to our villa, we noticed that all the sewage were going downhill toward... the beach. I guess I know where the foul smell came from. My wife and I lodged a complaint to the staff upon checking out and all we got were they'd give me a discount if we come back next time. Well, no thanks.

“すごく良い”
Would definitely stay at this place again. Only a couple of issues, the food menu didn't have much to choose from and was the same everyday. And one of the cleaners were rude to speak to when they didn't do our bed sheets. BUT the hotel itself, the rooms, the beach/location, the rest of the staff, the bars were all absolutely incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

“Poor service, poor food quality”
I have noted when booking to allow early check in at 12pm, I arrive at 1:30pm but the villa not available. The restaurant is hot during lunch with no AC. My daughter gets sick as a result of dragging around during waiting time, but resorts has no digital temp meter for me to borrow. On second night, I had dinner at The Market. The waiter has little knowledge on menu or food, the food takes over an hour to be ready and not great. Staff is polite and nice but overall experience not good

“Wonderful villa with great view and service”
The Eden Bay villas were lovely with modern decor. We had issues with assignment of accomodation type at check-in due to some hotel policies. While that was unpleasant, the manager on site responded well to address our issue. There was much effort by staff to keep guests satisfied. One of the staff, Annie, was also very helpful with all our queries and recommending dining options popular amongst locals. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

“Perfect place to relax”
The staff goes out of its way to make the stay comfortable for you. Special mention to Thai at the front desk and Trinh at the restaurant. The resort is perfect for a three or four night stay. We had a great time.

“Awesome 5 Star Luxury Resort”
The staff was friendly and well communicate in English. The Ocean View Villa was awesome. Kayak and board was free to experience in the beach. The only thing to take note was, the resort was deep into the deepest south area. There is rare grab car can take order for the airport service. And such 5 start resort didn't provide free transit to the airport.

Our family (3 generations) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Premier Village. Not only was the property clean and had everything we could ask for, service was the absolute best. Our personal concierge, Tú Tú, was amazing and always ready to help even when off her shift. All the staff were also warm, welcoming and ever ready to serve. Only downside was the location of the property.... But if your aim is to disconnect, this is a wonderful place to escape to. We will definitely return.

“Best resort ever”
Best resort ever!! I’ve been to a lot of luxury resorts around the world and this place is definitely in the top tier. It only costs about 80$ for each night/person, but its service and facilities were beyond perfect. Especially I want to mention how helpful the staffs were. One of our family got sick during the stay, but she got okay soon thanks to the attentive staffs. I will certainly come back here when I get back Phu quoc.

“Best beach holiday in VN”
We had the beach side villa, right next to the hotel's private beach which was clean, clear and warm water. Roomy villa, good food in the restaurants. The resort was a bit far from local shops but if you want to get away it's ideal.

“A beautiful island escape”
The hotel is well laid out, and right now is extremely good value for money. The beach is pristine, staff are friendly, and the villas are large and airy with the private pool a great addition. The spa is amazing, well priced with amazing masseurs. Sadly due to COVID the menu is limited with only one restaurant open. But the food is tasty - and very well priced for the location. Highly recommended.

Everything is wonderful except buggy service. Customer has to wait for a long time and some staff behaves unprofessionally.

“プククオックの最高の宿所”
夏休みを迎え、家族で海外旅行にフーコックに来ましたが、宿泊先としてプレミアビレッジに立ち寄りました。タクシーを降りた時から、全てのスタッフが笑顔でドアを開けてくれ、荷物もすぐに運んでくれました。レセプションでもスタッフが笑顔で迎えてくれ、英語も上手なのでスムーズにコミュニケーションが取れました。無料でオーシャンビューの部屋にアップグレードしてくれたのも良かったです。リゾートが非常に広かったのでバギーに乗って移動しましたが、リゾートのアプリがあり、どこでも快適にバギーに乗ることができ、バギーもすぐに来て便利でした。宿泊施設は言うまでもなくとても良く、目の前のプールもとても清潔でプライベート感があり、遊びやすかったです！毎日部屋の掃除もきれいにしてくれて、タオルもすぐに取り替えてくれたので、さらに清潔に利用することができました。利用できる設備も多く、外に出なくても一日中宿泊施設内で過ごすことができます。また、Victor、Dulcie、Marry、Misaのスタッフが頻繁に私たちを助けてくれて、本当に感謝しています。
