“Great relaxing stay”
The property is close to the ancient town, and offers free bikes which we used everyday to go into town. They also offer delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool, and a great view overlooking the river. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Thought cleanliness could be improved, we had a great stay at this serene riverside hotel.

“Overnight stay”
I booked this hotel just for one night because the hotel I want to stay was full for that night. The hotel is old and not well kept even though it has a nice view of Thu Bong river across from my balcony. Breakfast is not bad!

“Prevalent Water Leakage Issue”
1) Water leakage from Ceiling into Room C5 near bed & C6 (which was offered when C5 Leakage found). Ceiling leakage also found at dining area. Property owner should redo the water proofing. 2) Staff handover and/or need to improve as we already indicated our breakfast choices the night before on paper and yet need to redo it in the morning.

“Nice river front location ”
Little gem ticked away from the busting Old Town area and only 10mins walk away. Rooms are a little small and need some TLC maintenance. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Love seating across the hotel by the water for breakfast or dinner. Since there are only 16 rooms, advanced booking is recommended.

“Fantastic hotel with Incredible staff”
Great location about 10 minute walk to Old town but right on the river so nice and quiet. The rooms are a fantastic size with an incredible bathtub and separate shower. Staff were awesome and couldn’t be happier to help. Breakfast is lovely, ordered the night before but great. We did laundry and rented a Motorbike through the hotel and everything was easy and sorted quickly. Phuong was partially lovely with a real attention to making our stay special. Will 100% stay again.

“Very nice hotel”
Very welcoming. Clean room, spacious with a balcony overlooking river. Staff very helpful. Nice choices for breakfast May be a little out the way for some but I personally appreciated the quieter setting along the river

“A little gem in Hoi Ann”
What a lovely surprise to find a quiet hotel with only a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Hoi Ann . The staff are all very friendly with a special mention to Phuong and her tips of the area. We had a room overlooking the river with a balcony which we used daily. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before which we enjoyed in the hotel garden. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and introduction to Hoi Ann

“I very much enjoyed my stay”
This hotel was so Cosy and the staff were super nice. With bicycles free to rent every thing was close enough but it was also nice and quiet at night time with a nice view of the river. My room was nice, a little bit dated but it seems like they are preparing to improve certain things around the hotel. Definetly recommend as the staff were all such gems. They gave amazing restaurant advice and created a feeling of home with their demeanor and attitude. The breakfast at the hotel was great too!

“最高!”
This is by far our favourite place to stay. The room was wonderful with a great view of the river. The pool was refreshing. Sizable room and shower. The staff were lovely and helpful. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and had fantastic English. She had very helpful recommendations and the recommendations were spot on. A great guide to local food and wonderful experience.

“Location was awesome ”
This hotel is situated at the river front abd the view was awesome. Breakfast menu is very limited but good quality. I didn’t like behaviour of the receptionist.. I was there for 2 days and when I was checking out my throat was completely swollen so I went to a medical store to buy medicine so we were late about an hour for check out so they charged me 200000 VND extra for that. I requested her and told her that was medical emergency but she refused and took 200000 VND. The property is very good but the staff don’t know what the hospitality is, and how to treat the guests.

You are free to leave your luggage at the front desk when checking out. But you checked out 2 hours late. We have tried to charge you the lowest surcharge of 200,000 VND. The hotel has the receipt and camera to prove that you checked out late at 14:00, although the front desk tried to tell you that we are fully booked and cannot check out late. The hotel is very happy with your positive review of the hotel in general.

Khách sạn nằm gần phố cỏi nhưng ở khu vực yên tĩnh, bình yên nhẹ nhàng, phù hợp cho những bạn thích nghỉ dưỡng chill chill nhưng vẫn có thể đi chơi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng khá mới và sạch sẽ. Cơ sở vận chất đc bảo trì khá tốt, có những góc chụp hình rất xinh.

“Wonderful Again”
They recently changed the name and the management, but it's still a lovely spot! Slightly off the main strip, quiet, friendly. Hard to beat this place in Hoi An. We stay here every time.

“Awesome staff, great spot.”
This place is a total gem in Hoi An! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Pguong at reception – she was a lifesaver. They decorated my room with flowers, arranged transport from Da Nang to Hoi An and the airport, kept in touch via WhatsApp, and even booked a basket boat tour. Everyone was great, from housekeeping to security. Plus, the riverside location is amazing.

Stayed here for 2 nights, loved the homely vibe and sweet hosts.The location is slightly out of the main old town crowd hustle, they provide bicycles which made it really convenient for us to travel and experience hoi an.

“Cute Little Place with 5 star Hospitality ”
Its a cute little riverside hotel with limited rooms. Rooms are clean and they also have some seating opposite the road where you can have your tea & relax. The stars here are the staff who are very helpful, and approachable. The breakfast is top-notch and homely.

“Peaceful stay”
Amazing quiet place in the busy city of Hoi An, amazing views of the river from our balcony. Breakfast was great. We didn't use the pool as the weather was not great, but it looked inviting. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great value way to explore Hoi An City.

“Will be back! ”
Great location, away from the hustle & bustle but still a very short walk into the mix. Staff very helpful, especially Phuong, with her calm and helpful demeanor…bed comfy and room clean. All rooms facing water with nice outdoor seating. Lovely breakfast is included. I plan to come back and will recommend to friends and family!

“It wasn’t a pleasant stay”
Traffic noise was terrible, the staff was kind to change a room on 1 floor higher but it was downgraded without bathtub and balcony, and the noise didn’t get much better, so all the rooms are facing river and road, so please be prepared for the noise from road traffic and boats. I arrived cold and wet, got sick and asked the staff for ginger. He found me 2pieces both molded. I went into the kitchen and saw the trash was staying overnight with bugs flying around. The next day morning saw a mouse right in front of the breakfast room. The first night, bathtub was dirty unusable. I couldn’t be bothered searching another place to stay when I’m Hoi an which now I think it was a mistake, as even after changing room, the room was so wet and when I left most of my clothes were wet. And in there was also larvae in my room. The staff was trying to be helpful but they weren’t helpful, changing room can’t fix everything. I didn’t feel they rly cared about my wellbeing.

“Recommended”
A very enjoyable stay. The place was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast tasty. We loved the hot shower too! The only drawback is that the (very commercialised) old quarter is a 10-15-minute walk away.

“最高!”
I had stayed at thod hotel for one night. It had a very nice view of Bon River. But, little bit expensive, compared to other properties. Anyway I didn't have anything to complain about. It's in walkable distance to Old town. You can just sit in the balcony and relax by watching the river whole day.

“Outstanding staff”
The location was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. But what made our stay so good was the helpful and caring attitude of the staff. They went out of their way to sort out a problem with our flight tickets and helped us make right solutions. This turned out to be one of our best stays in Vietnam.

“Stunning view with quiet location”
The corner riverside is a great place to stay if you want to be just outside of town center. It sits across from the river and you can get to town just by following the river. Would recommend for anyone who wants a quieter vacation.

“Oasis on the River”
We had a lovely stay. Staff were all super helpful, friendly and polite. Lovely pool to cool off on a hot day. Relaxing views of the river and garden seating. After the kind of crazy crowds around the old town, it was great to come back to the peaceful environment of this hotel. Thank you to all the staff.

“It was okay. ”
The location is okay if you willing to walk about 10-15mins to the oldtown as it's quite deep inside. I walk during night time so it was ok but day time for this distance I rather took a grab. However, the hotel need to be maintance as I book a king deluxe room but the bed is quite smelly like some old bed. The furniture is somehow looks old and hopefully can do a renovation or some cleaning on it. staff is friendly,, breakfast choice was okay like you can choose 1 main and 1 drink. Overall i think is fine but I feel the hotel can do so much better in term of the maintanances.

“Bob's trip”
Overall it was fabulous, positioned just on the outskirts, it was so peaceful. 2 minutes into the Old Town by Grab @ $1.70.Breakfast was adequate, and delicious. Staff very friendly and always willing to go that bit, to assist you.
