“スタッフは優しいが設備が微妙”
無料レンタルの自転車が残っていなかったが、60000ドン(2台)でほかの店から自転車を呼んでくれました。タオル類も追加で用意してくれました。しかし私たちの部屋ではお湯が出ず、ドアの立て付けも悪くオートロックですがロックさえかからない状態でした。一日目不安なまま夜を越し、翌朝フロントに相談して別の部屋に移動するよう案内されました。新しい部屋はお湯もドアも問題なかったです。が、エアコン(冷房)の効きがとても悪かったです。

チェックインでは英語がうまく話せない私たちに丁寧にゆっくり説明してくれました。 ホテルの場所は旧市街から15分ほど。夜でも安心して歩いていける場所です。途中お手頃でおしゃれなカフェもあり、休みながらゆっくり散策できます。チェックアウトの日には、「早朝出発するなら、朝食を包みますよ」と声をかけてくれました。行き届いたサービスでした。また利用したい宿です。

“旧市街から程よい距離の素敵ヴィラ”
旧市街などから徒歩15分ほど離れてますが、それがとても丁度良い距離感で、落ち着いた雰囲気の良いホテルでした。広い部屋と広いプール。プールバーは営業してなかったですが、レセプションで缶ビールなどを購入してプールに浸かりながらのお酒も楽しめます。 朝食の種類は豊富ではありませんが、決して少なくはないですし、贅沢に過ごしたいのでなければ十分です。レンタルバイクの無料貸出も良いですが、旧市街をじっくり楽しむなら徒歩をオススメします。

“Not so great if you don’t have children”
The good: Lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Spacious accommodations. 15 minute walk into the old town. The bad: Breakfast was sparse and unappetising, with very little choice. We ate out most mornings. Please be aware that due to the size of the accommodation, a lot of family groups stay here, so for couples and people with no children in their groups, it is not very relaxing around the pool with children shrieking, ,jumping and pouring their drinks into the pool while their parents sit around, drinking beer, eating, vaping and generally ignoring them. Hotel staff do not implement pool rules.

“Pleasant stay”
Stayed for 2 nights, check in was smooth, staff friendly. Located a little out if old town but close enough to food place- nice stroll along the river to get there a bit safer with kids then the main road. Family room was spacious, beds a bit hard for my liking. Cleaned daily. Only 1 room key available- air con has to be turned off , can't charge anything whilst your out of your room, asked for a 2nd key but would not accommodate this request. Take bug spray, need it for everywhere in vietnam. Breakfast is very average. Everything dry, old, crisp, limited choices for western pallete, would not recommend this, better to go outside and find places to eat. Can get quite noisy on main road till late.

The property is located in the vicinity of major tourist attraction . The rooms are huge but they offer very limited options in breakfast . Especially if you are a vegetarian. Rooms are really big and warm . They staff is really courteous and helpful . We had a pleasant stay .

Having not been to Hoi An before we were not sure whereabout ls to stay in terms of location For us this was fine, a good 20 mins walk to centre but lots of things along the way Good - room was big, bed comfy, shower decent few decent film channels and smart tv Not so great- I think a few years ago this would have been lovely hotel, felt a little run down but was overcast tye while time which doesn't show anywhere in the best light Breakfast not worth getting up for Staff all seemed friendly

“Nice hotel but too many negatives”
We go to a lot of hotels and leave positive reviews. But this hotel had too many negatives for us. Upon arrival, the entry door closer was way too hard and banged foot on door jamb, this needs maintenance. Shower flooding entire bathroom floor Inc around toilet, so constantly under water. Bath towels are paper thin and like rags with frayed ends. Bathroom not adequately cleaned. With a lot of stains around toilet area. There is a Pickle ball, (mini tennis) court next door. So there is a constant sound of hitting balls and shouting which starts around 5.30 am. We had to get extra towels late one night but reception was closed. Instead, there was a tent in reception. I think the poor reception girl may have been sleeping in there. Inadequate cleaning. Breakfast was not abundant with many empty food trays, slow at refilling food items. On some occasions we had to wait due to empty food trays. Breakfast is only 2 hrs, not 3.5 to 4 as in other hotels. Pool bar was never attended by staff throughout our stay, the bar was never open. Positives were free bike hire. Nice gardens. Helpfull and friendly staff.

“Great staff beautiful room.”
Van was very helpful booking transfers and our trip the the hills and golden bridge. Room was beautiful and spacious. Good breakfast, couldn't ask for more. It's a little out the town, but 10 mins walking and you hit the bustling town. Personally we liked the quiet at night. Good little restaurant bar and shop across the road.

Our favourite hotel in Hoi An, we are regular visitors to Hoi An and since finding this beautiful hotel several years ago we would not consider staying anywhere else. My husband and I have just spent 3 weeks at Emotion Villa in comfortable spacious accommodation, lush tropical gardens and koi fish ponds. Kind, helpful owner and staff, we will return.

Cons: Small window for breakfast (7-9am) buffet, not a lot of choices and most are neither hot nor cold. Bicycles in very poor condition, not safe to ride. Robes are heavy-weight polyester, really should be light-weight cotton in this climate.

Hoi An Emotion Boutique Villa exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The staff was willing to help at all times. The hotel is in a good location not far from the old town and the center of all events. Free bicycles of satisfactory quality are available. The pool is fantastic, also nicely maintained and clean. A small complaint about the restaurant, it could have more places to sit, breakfast is always the same, and it often happens that something is missing... coffee, some food, plates, cups... it's not something I would complain too much about, but it could be something that could be paid attention to. Of course, we will be very happy to return to this hotel again next year and we warmly recommend it to everyone!

ロケーションも悪くなくホンアイのメインの場所まで貸し出しの自転車いけてしかも10分くらいだし、乗りながら街中走れるから凄くいい経験になった プールも部屋も綺麗でスタッフもすごく優しかった！
