“素晴らしいホテル”
とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 部屋はクラシックな雰囲気でした。エレベーターはないので部屋までキャリーを運んでもらいました。スタッフさんも常に気にかけて親切にして下さいました。 予約すれば、ボートで1区まで送迎or30分のツアーが無料で出来て楽しかったです。

“また利用したい”
フロントスタッフの対応、レストランスタッフのサービスも完璧でした。ボートの1区への送迎も快適で、サイゴン河の風を感じながらの移動はタクシーにはない風情がありました。

“川沿いのホテル”
ホーチミン1区、近くのショッピングセンターからは、離れてますがタクシーアプリを使えばすぐに安く移動できます。10〜17時まで1時間以上前に予約をいれれば観光に便利な1区ターミナルまで船で送ってくれます。 朝食は、インターナショナルとベトナムの豊富なメニューから1品、飲み物も種類が多い中から1杯選べます。川沿いの景色を見ながら美味しさも量も充分でした。 エレベーターはありませんが、それ以上に室内のインテリア、天井高さなど、スタッフの方も親切でお薦めです。

“運営にはけっこうな問題があるが雰囲気は最高”
2区ってこんなにおしゃれなのかと驚くぐらい、フォトジェニックなホテル。建物もプールもリゾート感たっぷりで気分が上がる。ただホテル運営には明らかにいくつかの不備があった。夜、突然防災のサイレンが鳴り出し、宿泊客が皆部屋から飛び出してきたがホテル側からの説明はなし。2泊目の夜中はどこかから大量侵入した蚊に次々に刺され、ほとんど眠れず辛かった。1区までの送迎ボートのサービスも、メンテナンスを理由に乗れない日があった。フロントもニコニコした若い子しかおらず、言っても何の対応も取れないだろうからと諦めて過ごした。とはいえ運営の曖昧さや適当さを補えるくらい、ロマンチックな雰囲気のホテルではあった。

“段差に注意”
素敵な建物と親切なスタッフさん達でした。 建物が昔の作りなので、部屋の思わぬところに段差があり、夜など暗い時に転んだり落ちないようにバスマットを置いて視覚的にわかりやすいように工夫しました。 スタッフさんはとても親切で、移動に手配をした車を待っている時にドライバーに連絡をしてくださったり短い滞在でしたが気持ち良く過ごせました。 ありがとうございます。

リゾート感のあるホテル希望で選びましたが、素敵なホテルでした。クラシックなお部屋で広さも十分。3階の部屋だったが、エレベーターがなかったのが残念。 テレビやセーフティボックスの使い方がんかりにくかった。

“大都市ホーチミンで唯一残った、サイゴンの白亜の別荘”
初のホーチミン滞在で、4泊それぞれ1区の5つ星ホテル3つとこちらに宿泊しましたが、このホテルは全くの別世界でした。 大都市化し続けるホーチミン市ではなく、 悠久のサイゴン川の畔に白亜の別荘を持った‥そんな気分になりました。 都会の喧騒は全く聞こえず、穏やかなサイゴン川と対岸の緑、そして施設の名の通り朝も夕も屋外からバンドの優しい生演奏が聞こえてくる‥ それを自然な光と穏やかな風が入る、少し建物から飛び出した形の特徴的なリビングのデイベッドで聞いていると、全てを忘れてゆったりできました。 インスタで話題になったプールも神秘的でしたが、それ以上に美しく、心地よいホテルの雰囲気が素敵でした。 ガイドさんによると今後2区の開発も進むとのことであり、10年後にはこの雰囲気は見られなくなるのかもしれません。 もしそれまでに再度ホーチミンを訪れることができれば、必ずまた同じ部屋に宿泊したいと思います。

口コミがとても良く、建物もすごくキレイだったので今回予約させて頂きました。 なにからなにまで素晴らしく本当に泊まってよかったなあと思っています。 ホテルの方はお客さんの情報をすべて覚えているのか、部屋番号を伝えなくてもきちんと情報を頭に入れているようでした(^^) 朝ごはんは、ブュッフェスタイルではなく、メニューの中から好きなものを好きなだけ！ 毎日朝ごはんの時間がすごく楽しみでした、美味しいし見た目も美しく大満足です！ シティまでは少し遠いですが、専用の船で送り迎えもしてくれますし、 貴重な体験ができました。 次回ホーチミンに行くときも絶対また泊まります!

“何もかもが素晴らしい！”
とにかくスタッフ全員が素晴らしいです。 タクシーで帰れば飛んで出てきてドアを開けて荷物を持ってくれるドアマン。 フロントの方々は何事にも笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださる。 レストランの方々もよく気が付くように気を配って感じ良い。 お掃除は隅々まで磨きあげてあり、コロニアル調のセンスの良いお部屋は快適。 スタッフ全員が笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて、気持ちの良い素晴らしい滞在ができました。 そしてなんと言ってもレストランのお料理が素晴らしい。 朝食も沢山の種類のメニューから選べて、それが美しくて美味しい。 5回目のホーチミンでしたが、今までのホーチミンとは全く違う雰囲気を 楽しむ滞在ができました。 親切なスタッフの皆さんに感謝です。

“評判通りの素敵なホテル”
こちらに泊まりたくてホーチミンに来ました。 口コミで見た通り、スタッフがどなたもとても感じが良く、説明も丁寧なのに適度にフレンドリーでずっと気持ち良く過ごせました。 食事も美味しかったですし、お部屋のドリンクが毎日補充されるのも、近くにコンビニがなどがない立地を充分カバーしてくれました。 ヴィラルームという2番目に安い部屋にしたのですが、プールに近いというメリットはあったものの、日当たりが悪いせいかややカビっぽく、クーラーの空気も良くなかったのが残念です。 次回行くときはランクを上げて、日当たりの良いお部屋のリクエストをしようと思います。

“快適なホテルライフ”
素敵なお部屋に大満足。 朝ごはんのメニューも充実していました。 プールは利用しませんでしたが、きれいでした。 早朝にチェックインしましたが、入れてもらえました(スパ予約してたからかも？) 逆に、帰りは部屋が満杯とのことでチェックアウト延長はできませんでしたが、お願いしたところ、プールのシャワーを貸してもらえました。 街の中心部からは離れていますが、無料のボートもあり、タクシーも安いので、それほど気になりませんでした。 スタッフはみなさん優しくて嬉しかったです。 また泊まりたいです！

女子旅には最適、洋館のようにホテルでゆっくり過ごす事ができました。ただ場所が離れているためショッピングには不向きかなぁ。ジェットボートで送迎はありましたがね。

“素晴らしいホスピタリティ精神”
事前に、娘の誕生日に滞在するとメッセージを送っていました。 当日は専用クルーザーで出迎えて下さり、チェックインをすると、 娘に花束を、お部屋には、バースデーケーキ、お菓子などを用意してくださりました。 またほかにも、サプライズなビッグプレゼントも頂き、娘は大喜びでした。 また翌日は、帰国が深夜便だったため、その時間まで無料で部屋を使わせてもらい シャワーなどを浴びてから空港へ向かうことが出来て助かりました。 ホーチミンのホテルNo.1の素晴らしいホスピタリティ精神を持ったホテルだと思います。 次回もぜひ泊まりたいです。

“くつろぎたい人にオススメ”
まさにヴィラです。 川辺に芝生の茂った中庭で 食事やお茶楽しめます。朝食こちらではいただきました。 レストランのスタッフはとても親切でしたが、特に印象的だったのは、お茶をしに行った時、1人だったので 小さな席に座ると、陽射しが強いから、と 大人数の席にも関わらず、日当たりのいい 日陰の席を案内してくれたこと。また カフェのお会計の時、ベトナムドンの注意点を教えてくれたり、ゲスト 一人一人に思いやりを持って接してくれました。 また、フロントの方も、私の拙い英語のせいか 最初は愛想の無い感じでしたが、何度か接するうちに、一生懸命理解しようとして下さっているが故とわかりました。(フロントに向かうと ボスっぽい男性(アジア人ではない)が 目を光らせていて（笑） 通じにくくなると 間に入って対応助けてくれました) 帰りに乗った ボートの運転手さんも とても親切で、私が降りた後も迎えがきちんと来るか見守ってくれたようで、迎えが遅いとベンチで待つように誘ってくれたり、友人が来るまでそばにいてくれたり、とにかく親切でした。 スパも、施術、接客とも丁寧で 大満足でした。 欲を言えば、好みの問題ですが、部屋のしつらえがコロニアル調でまとめられているので、 少し暗い照明とあいまって少し重い印象でしたので、もう少し明るいと嬉しかったです。 1区との距離が心配で 一泊しかしませんでしたが、次はここでゆっくりするために 泊まりたいと思う程のホテルでした。

“また泊まりたい！”
女子二人旅でお世話になりました。 2区エリアで、少しロケーションはアクセスしにくいかもしれませんが、タクシーも安いので問題なく。むしろ、ホテルに戻ると1区のような騒がしさから別世界へタイムスリップ出来て選んで大正解でした！ 朝はホテルからのボートで1区まで毎日渡っていました。 今回、空港で両替した際に一番大きな紙幣、50万ドン札の偽物を渡されてしまい、気付かずにいて。 とあるレストランで、この紙幣は使えません。と言われてしまい、その時に、あっ、やられたー！と思っていて、泣く泣く諦めるしかなかったのですが、そのことをホテルのコンシェルジュに話したところ、使える紙幣と交換してくれました。 日本円にしたらそこまで大きな額ではないですが、ベトナムではとても大きな紙幣です。 実際に街中の銀行に行っても紙幣を交換してもらえなかったので、ホテルの方には感謝しかありません。 本当に毎日気持ち良くホテルで過ごさせて頂きました。 プールやジムなどはこじんまりですが、ホテル自体が小さいので貸切状態でした。 大人なホテルと言うイメージです。 他の宿泊客の方も、気持ちの良い方ばかりで、朝のボートでご一緒になった欧米人の方々も、ご挨拶してくれたり 良いお客様が集まるホテルだと思います。 また必ず戻って来たい！と思えるホテルです。

つたない英語なのでゆっくり話してくれるし、こちらの言うことを理解しようとしてくれるのが分かりうれしいです。 また、タクシーを頼み、タクシーで料金を払い過ぎましたがあとからタクシーが払い過ぎの分を返金してくれて感激しました。

“すごく良い”
6/14-16の2泊で利用。スタッフの方は英語も上手で大変親切でした。ホテルもとてもきれいで朝食もおいしく満足だったのですが、エレベーターがなく階段で3Fまで上がるのがきつかったです。（天井が高いので、3階でも4階分くらいある） その点で設備を星3つとしました。ボートの送迎サービスが便利で良かったです。

“素晴らしいホテルです”
中心部より少し距離がありますが、車で送迎サービスがあるので助かりました。ホテルの方はみなさんにこやかでとても親切です。このホテルに泊まりに再度ベトナムに行きたいです。ホテルの周りはあまり何もないですが、隣に雰囲気の良いおいしいレストラン、エステなどがあります。ホテルと共におすすめです。

“素晴らしい❗”
今まで宿泊した世界中のホテルの中でベスト3に入ります！ロケーション、ホテルの雰囲気は元より、ホスピタリティーに溢れたサービスが最高です。一年に１度はこのホテルに滞在するためだけにホーチミンを訪れても良いと思いました。ただ2点だけ残念だったのは、ホテルのレストランでディナーを頂いた際に、スープが後にサーブされたこととシャワーと浴槽のお湯の温度の調節が気を付けないと熱湯が出て来て火傷しそうになることです。あとはパーフェクトです!

“非常に心地よいホテル”
ホーチミン駐在2年の者ですが、妻と二人で宿泊しました。 口コミどおり、非常に心地よいホテルでした。 ロケーション・ホテル設備・何よりスタッフが笑顔で対応してくれて、非常に優雅な心地よい時間を過ごす事ができました。 気になる点があるとすれば、ホーチミンからのボート乗り場の説明が分かり難いと感じます。もう少し詳しい地図があれば安心と感じました。 また利用したいと思います。

“2区のリゾートホテル”
部屋は少々狭めですが、きれいでおしゃれな感じ。部屋代が若干高めですが、部屋のジュース等は全て飲んでもいいことになってます。当日部屋がアップグレードされており、従業員の対応も細やかでリラックスできました。

とても落ち着くホテルです。 ディナーの時、中国人の子供が席を立ちウロウロしてましたが、親はもちろんスタッフも注意をせず落ち着かない時間でしたので残念です。 それ以外は90点です。 来年は、中国の春祭を外して取りました。

“ホーチミンの中心部の高級ホテルよりこのホテルに泊まるべき。”
ホーチミンの中心部からタクシーだと15〜20分くらいの所にあるが、ホテルの無料シャトルボートで市街と行き来出来るし、ボートから見える景色も楽しめるので不便さを全く感じない。サイゴン川沿いを臨むレストランは高級感があり、雰囲気も味も非常に満足。設備については、部屋は清潔感があり管理が行き届いているのに加え、建物の規模と比べれば大きい プールも楽しめる。何よりもスタッフがとても親切で気遣いが素晴らしい。結婚記念のケーキを部屋に用意してくれたり、早朝のタクシーの手配時に持参用の朝食を用意してくれたり、こちらがリクエストしたわけではないのに予想を超える気遣いをしてくれることに感動しました。

“街の喧騒から離れた憩いのヴィラ”
ローケション、部屋、スタッフ対応高級住宅街の２区にあり、サイゴン川のほとりにある。街の中心から少し離れているので、車量も比較的少なく静か。大使館職員や駐在員らが住んでいる地域らしく、周辺には洗練された素敵なカフェ、バー、レストラン、雑貨屋などがあって、ドンコイ通りのような街中心部とは違った趣。街に出るには、シャトルバスを利用するか、タクシーを利用するが、だいたい２０分くらいかかる。以前はホテルから川を下って街に出られたから早かったらしいが、今は街の船着場が閉鎖されているらしい。 お部屋は広くて清潔で美しく、スタッフのサービス品質もとても素晴らしかった。部屋数は多くないようで、館内は静かでプライベートな雰囲気なのも良かった。ぜひまた来たい。

“落ち着く空間”
静けさ 朝食 リバービュー時折目の前の川を船が通る以外夜はとっても静かで良く寝れました。 バイクや車の騒音など一切ありません。部屋はなにもかもが新しく、快適です。 スーツケースなどの荷物を持ってスピードボードに乗れるのは二人まで。 帰りの予約は出来ずホテルに電話しなければいけなかったので、行きだけ使いました。

“スタッフの態度にがっかりさせられた最悪のホテル”
特になし事前にボートで3時に迎えに来るようメールで頼みました。メールのレスポンスはとても早かったのですが、当日指定された場所で待ちましたが、3時10分になっても迎えが来ないため電話をしました。「すでに手配済みなので後10分待って」と言われました。日陰もない炎天下、更に待っても来ず同じ内容のやり取りを4回した結果、4時過ぎて「手配できなかったのでタクシーで来て」と言われました。私たちはすでに疲れ果てていました。ホテルに着くと、若い女性スタッフが「4組もブッキングしていくことができなかった」と笑いながら言い訳をするだけで、とても誠意など感じられませんでした。客の時間の大切さを理解できない最低の対応にここに滞在を決めたことを心から後悔しました。プリペイドの電話を持っていなかったらと思うとぞっとします。

“Lovely ”
Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff super friendly. Just a couple of things. Shuttle boat was not working due to big holiday and they couldn’t go into district 1. Disappointed but not their fault. Mattress seemed to incline towards middle but it was a huge bed so ok.

“An Oasis in Saigon”
Absolutely loved my stay at this special hotel. It is a short boat ride from the business of District 1 which the hotel provides free of charge. The neighbourhood has some exceptional hidden away eateries and bars. The pool area and pool are a delight. Staff were all exceptional. Overall a great experience, will def be coming back

“My favorite place in Saigon. ”
I have stayed in the largest suite and in a regular room. The staff and service is the same. The choice of breakfast in bed or a table by the river is hard to decide. The towels are so good that I bought them for my home in DaNang. You can spend more but you can’t get better quality in a boutique hideaway.

“Beautiful hotel ”
Very peaceful and great rooms . A little bit out of the city which gives helps with its charm. Food and drinks a little expensive compared to other places of this luxury..

“Need a Quiet Space?”
Lovely villa on river, away from busy streetscape. Access to HCMC by boat operated by Villa Song, great breakfast, clean room, lovely decor. Easy taxi access, some lovey bars and restaurants in the vicinity within walking distance. Be aware there is no lift at this 3 level villa, and you will need to alight steps. Not a problem if you are able.

“Amazing staff and hotel”
It is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. We felt very comfort with the room, outdoor restaurant and the boat ride. And their staffs are very nice. They are very friendly and support all the inquiries from us. They helped us to book a dinner and recommend a very good massage nearby. We definitely will stay again in the future

“優雅な時間”
両親が以前宿泊し強い勧めがあり2泊しました。結論として、とても居心地の良い時間を過ごすごとができました。仕事の関係で別の五つ星ホテルへ移動したのですが、息子はこちらのホテルの方がずっと良い時間を過ごせると言っていました。 部屋のデザインは美しく、川を見渡すことができます。朝はニワトリの鳴き声と朝日で目覚め、川をゆっくりと眺めていました。 プールの水は冷たかったですが、子どもと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。（浮き輪を膨らませる機械はありませんが自分たちで膨らませたので問題ありませんでした） 朝食は全ておいしくボーコーが特に好きでした。夕食のシーフードヌードルも最高でした。 スタッフはみんな親切で私たち家族に良くしてくれました。 深夜に到着したのですが、事前に連絡していたのでとてもスムーズに部屋に入ることができ感謝しています。 映画に出てくるような邸宅で過ごした数日は騒々しさもなく優雅で居心地の良いものでした。 次回は長めに宿泊したいです。
