We use 2 different kind of heating for our hotel water system; gas heater and solar. During high occupancy, both should be able to meet the demand. However, the last week of dec, we are unfortunately to experience a break down of our gas water heater. We have since replace all 3 heating elements in our 3 water tanks. We are sorry that the guides are unable to effectively communicate this to you. I take the responsibility for not disseminate this information to them timely as we are busy trying to figure out what exactly is the problem when the breakdown occurs.
