“コストパフォーマンスが優れたホテル”
パスタ〜通りは一方通行です。ホテルから車に乗ると、ドンコイ付近までは、地下鉄工事中で大変な大回りしますから、気をつけてください。ホテルは全般的に快適でコストパフォーマンスが優れています。シャワー、パスタブのお湯は日本人には温度が低すぎます。朝食はホテルメイドのヨーグルトが味が付いているため、（ヤクルトのような味）私には合いませんでした。フォーやラーメン、オムレツは作りたてでいつも美味しいです。

“Staff is unfriend”
Tiếp tôi là cô nhân viên lễ tân, khi tôi tiến vào bàn lễ tân để check in, cô ý ko nhìn tôi mà lúi húi làm việc và chỉ sang cô bên cạnh, check in người này, ko chủ ngữ, ko biểu cảm, tôi tưởng cô ý nói với ai ? cô bên cạnh thì cũng ko nói gì, tôi đành tự đưa CMND và mã đặt phòng để đề nghị check in. Và lúc về y chang, tôi chưa thấy 1 cơ sở kd tư nhân nào mà lễ tân còn thua xa cơ quan tiếp dân của nhà nước.

“Pleasant Surprise and Great Start to our exploration in Vietnam”
Great start to our holiday, wish we extended our stay a bit longer but couldnt as we had plans to make our way to Can Tho to explore after settling down for the first night. Great location, easy to find and easy to explore surrounding D1 hot spots. Awesome service that set a high bar with mundane admin like helping us with small change from our local currency exchange and even public transportation tips. Even surprised us with a complementary upgrade to a larger room. Only minus if i had to nit pick was the bathtub/shower design would result in a wet floor, but everything else was 10/10

“Is very clean hotel but the shower is a problem ”
The swimming pool is super small. The shower in the room is a problem, the shower is on a bath tube, and the water will stay on the side of the bath tube or run down from the side, make the bathroom very wet, and the hot water is not hot enough, and the front desk said because is heated by solar system, but I still think is not an excuse. The hotel itself is very clean , and the location is very good too, hopefully they have an solution for the shower to make the hotel prefect

“Centrally Convenient is Orchids Saigon”
Orchids Saigon Hotel is conveniently located in District 1, not far from the Independence Palace and Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office, offering a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is included and provides a good variety of both western and eastern foods with a fresh eggs and noodle station. Offers a good price for the quality of the accommodation, recommended hotel choice.

“Amazing staff!”
The hotel was fantastic overall, with an excellent location and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The only downside was the gym, which was too small and in need of an upgrade. Despite that, the overall experience was great, and I’d happily stay again!

“Not worth the money”
This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Despite requesting a high-floor room and even paying extra, I was given one of the worst rooms available. When I inquired, they claimed no other rooms were available. The staff at breakfast were also unfriendly and unhelpful. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.

“We loved our stay at Orchids Saigon”
Location was great for most of the tourist spots. The room was plenty big enough and very clean and tidy, with nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool is lovely and clean, the only downside is it closes at 7pm. The staff were all very friendly, always greeted you when you came and went during the day, and always opening the door for you which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety. We would definitely stay again.

“4 night stay ”
Staff and service were great. Room was comfortable and location was central. Breakfast was average and very little variety over 4 days. Cappuccinos were great and we enjoyed the Mojitos by the pool. We expect a little overpricing in a hotel but the cost of water bottles, laundry and airport transfer were extravagant which resulted in us outsourcing these services. The room advertised city view - deluxe - was a rusted roof. Lots of noise from room above and the passage. Facilities are minimal. No spa as advertised in the pictures. The fitness centre has 2 machines and is a converted room in a very hot corner of the hotel. It takes a long time to cool once you use your card to switch on the aircon and only one or two people can use it at a time due to size. We enjoyed the pool area and sauna. It is okay for a short stay and depending on your needs.

“Excellent hotel and staffs ”
We stayed for 4 nights at Orchids and the hotel and its staffs were amazing. We definitely would recommend staying there. The place is quiet, clean, nearer to various sightseeing places. Just one small thing to add though, a more variety of fruits option to the breakfast. 😉👍

“Great location, especially the staff”
I forgot to lock the door, they even go the extra mile for me, The staff locked the door for me, and didn't touch anything in my room. I left half of the day before I returned back to the room. I can't thank them enough especially the staff that work there.

“Absolutely loved it”
The place is in a central and very pretty location. The staff are absolutely great, communication isn't a problem. We were even advised to go to markets for exchanging our dollars because apparently the banks don't have better rates. It's really clean and classy, lives up to its 4 star rating, would recommend it in a heartbeat!

“Three nights in Saigon”
We were so happy with our choice. After a long journey we had three wonderful nights sleep as the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff could not do enough to help. Location was brilliant.

“Great Hotel in a Perfect Location”
Hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the War Museum, Independence Palace, coffee shops, restaurants and a small 7-Eleven. Room was clean, albeit small for the price paid compared to other smaller cities in Vietnam - however this is to be expected given the location of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel based on its location, cleanliness, comfort and staff - everyone was always very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to meet all 4 days that I stayed.

ジムとかは、客室を改造して作ったショボいものでしたが、その他はとても良かったと思います。
