“1週間の滞在”
スタッフ対応は素晴らしいです。 朝食ビュッフェもそこそこの種類があり、満足できる内容です。パンが美味しかった。 プール期待はしないでください。場所的にも、広さ的にも、あそこに入る人はいないと思います… ホテル自体は若干の古さを感じ、部屋のエアコンでエラー表示が出て冷房が効かなくなる事がありました。ただ、フロントに連絡したら数分でスタッフが来て対応してくれました。

“旧市街にありターヒエン（ビアホイ）通りも近い”
ホエンキアム湖や週末のナイトマーケットも近く、立地は最高です。 館内は禁煙ですが、入口の横とスカイラウンジを喫煙所として利用でき、朝食会場にもなるレストラン横のバルコニーでも喫煙可能です。 アメニティは、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ・石鹸・ボディローション・歯ブラシ・くし・綿棒・髭剃り・シャワーキャップが揃っています。 バスタブ付きの部屋だったので、ゆっくり入浴できましたが、浴槽外の排水溝が不思議な位置にあり、水浸しになります。浴槽の周りの溝からも水が浴槽の外に漏れるので、シャワーを使う際は工夫が必要です。 カビも気になります。 このホテルのマイナスは、浴槽周りだけかなと思います。 チェックアウト後も、プール横のシャワーを使わせてもらえ、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープの備え付けもあります。 朝食では、ブッフェに加えてフォーやオムレツなどの各種たまご料理もオーダーできます。

フロント スタッフは皆さん、対応が 最高に良いです！親切 丁寧。 朝のモーニングも3泊しましたが毎日、少しづつ違い料理も豊富で美味しいです。私の部屋だけ？シャワーのお湯が出るまで時間がかかり(最初の5分弱は温度 が低い、水に近い) 排水口もつまり流れないので蓋を外しました。宿泊の際は 水回りの確認をしてください。

街中なので一人旅でも安心して町歩きができました。 写真にプールがありましたが雨期でスコールがひどく利用できませんでした。 シャワーのお湯はぬるかったです。 もちろん日本語は通じませんでしたが英語は通じました。 スコールでホテルの前はすごい水たまりができますので注意が必要です。

Overall a nice place to stay reasonable breakfast options and eggs on demand Room made up basically we were in a windowless room which was good as it attracted no noise Only issue was the rooftop bar didn’t have any lights so if you went of an evening you would be in the dark strange!!!! It was small and it stunk of smoke, it's carpeted which probably needs a good ceqn. The bathroom had blinds which were filthy and had a hole in the shower.that needed repairing. Had to request extra towel as only provided with two even though had booked and paid for 3 people to stay. Also at breakfast had ordered an omelette but never received the order.

The staff were extremely helpful & went above expectations in helping us sort a problem with lost luggage & with excursion bookings. Room was very clean & had all amenities you would need. Pool table , swimming pool & fuse ball all excellent. Breakfast was a feast with food to satisfy everyone’s requirements. We had supper there too which was delicious & value for money. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Rex hotel.

“Rex hanoi”
Stayed and returned a few days later before a flight as I found the reception people to be so helpful. Room was clean and very nice, but out dated but ok. Pool indoors and absolutely freezing and unusable. Location is exceptional. Would stay again, but not in summer if I wanted a pool.

“Right at the heart of the Ancient Town of Hanoi”
I chose here because of the position and it was really at the good spot and very convenient to move around and explore the busy downtown of Hanoi just by walk. The staff was young and friendly, especially impressed with the front desk guy (sorry I don't know his name). Breakfast buffet choice was as usual, but you can pay little attention to the cooking taste and yogurt. Overall, an excellent experience here!

Hotel Staff inhere very nice and helpful, also very understand our difficulty on the day that we checkout and have to go to airport early in the morning. The food also nice. The room clean. One thing that concerned only for parking area, caused hotel located at narrow and busy street, near the night market. Fortunately we only did dropped off when arrived at hotel. :)

“Excellent stay in Hanoi”
We purposely booked a stay to be in the center of the Old Quarter, and that it was. Great location and close the center of the city. The staff was great. The room was slightly outdated but was kept very clean. My main complaint was the bathtub that we got would just get water everywhere no matter what we tried. It left the bathroom being waterlogged any time we got ready in the morning andwe would need to use our additional towels to dry it up. It's a smallish detail, but when you are in a hotel room, the bathroom is half the space. Breakfast was great too!

Great hotel, close to everything. Enjoyed our stay there. Only concern was the bathroom shower. Everytime we took a shower it leaks out between the sink and shower. Made the floors really wet.

“Amazing location, great value”
The Rex is one of the best value hotels we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The location is amazing for walking around the Old Quarter: being next door to lots of restaurants, two blocks from beer street, and two blocks from the lake. Staff has been nice, breakfasts are solid, and the room we got was small but perfectly laid out (I’ve stayed in hotels much bigger that felt smaller if that makes sense). Rex, if you’re looking for feedback to improve the only thing I can point at is maybe investing in better bidets (they work fine but heated seats would be an upgrade)
