“Comfy”

Its clean and bed so comfy also big spacious

“Dishonest housekeeping ”

I left my headset in my room on the day I checked out and I phoned them on the same day but I was told they didn’t see any headset. This is my second stay with Sunny cuz I liked it the first time I was there however after this, I will never come back here again.

Nice spacious room with good view of the lake. The bathtub is slippery and cannot be used though.

“Fast but great decision”

We needed a quickly available room, and not only was there a great room free, the quality was more than satisfying. We really enjoyed our stay and would have stayed longer, if possible.

I'd stay there again just because the staff were all friendly, responsive, and accomodating. The hotel is relatively old-style, and my bathroom had dim lighting and a slippery bathtub. But, it's a reasonable value.

Not sure how they got the review rating . I found it dissapointing. Tried to press my shirt but no iron available before 8am . Medium size car or cab cannot access location for drop off or pickup

“Food and price”

The staff at the front desk and lobby were extremely helpful. They could improve on the food choices for the price the hotel is charging. At the old quarters, I paid the same price for a better room and food.

it is a normal but its location is around downtown exspectially lots of restrants. one thing good is quite location.

This hotel is good for stay and travel. Rooms are clean, and good service. Breakfast is also good for all travel and international. Great location to all place.

The hotel was very hard to find. The sign on the main street was blocked one way by a tree and the other way by other LED signs installed right in front. The hotel is hard to access by car as the streets are very narrow. The stay was nice and not very far of a taxi ride to the old part of town about 100,000 Vietnamese Dong There is a restaurant upstairs on the 8th floor Despite the location it is still a great hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms.

Basically is good hotel, room clean and with friendly staff. But location not good and many taxi cannot find the way to hotel lobby.

숙소는 가격대비 만족도가 높은 수준이었음 개인적으로 하노이에는 혼자 개인 여행을 하는 편인데 하노이에서 20,000~25,000 선의 숙소호텔는 많이 있지만 위치나 호텔 청결상태 등이 별로 그다지이지만 써니호텔은 25,000~30,000선으로 조금 가격(5천원 가량)이 있지만 30,000원 가량의 돈을 지불하고 잡은 호텔치고는 방 청결상태나 규모가 아주 좋았음(강추) 조식도 포함되어 있었는데 8층 식당에서의 조식은 그런대로 먹을만 했으며, 아침에 진수성찬을 원하지 않는 이상 간단한 조식으로는 괜찮았음 하지만 체크아웃시 침대 시트에 잉크 같은게 묻었다고 나에게 덮어 씌우는데 난감했음(본인도 자기 전에잉크같은게 시크에 있어 조금 찜찜했는데, 허~얼 내가 그랬다고....). 세탁해도 지워지지 않으니 변상조치하라는 이야기인 듯(저는 베트남어를 조금 할 줄 알고 있음), 내가 강하게 내가 한 것도 아니고 나도 더러웠다고 하지 별 이상 따지지는 않았음(베트남어를 모르고 그냥 ok 했으면 체크아웃시 변상했을 수도 있음)

아고다에서 이 호텔을 예약하시면 분명 두세 번에 한 번 정도는 방이 없으므로 써니 1 호텔 또는 써니 3 호텔로 옮겨달라는 메일을 받게 되거나 아니면 호텔 리셉션에서 같은 요청을 듣게 될 것입니다. 아마 이 호텔은 인기가 많은 한인 밀집지역에 있으므로 예약이 많이 차는 것 같습니다. 아고다 통해서 예약을 하고 조금 늦게 가면 방이 다 찼다는 이야기를 듣게 되거나 아니면 공사 중이라서 현재 그방을 쓸 수 없으므로 계열 호텔인 다른 곳으로 가야한다는 말을 들을 가능성이 매우 높습니다. 이 호텔은 쭝화난친 지역에 있으며 한적한 마을 안에 있어서 비교적 조용하고 바로 앞에는 작은 호수도 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 조용하고 8층의 식당은 전경도 좋고 음식 가지수는 적으나 맛이 있습니다. 김치도 있습니다. 이곳의 직원들은 매우 친철합니다. 다만 이곳에 체크인 하기 전까지는 이곳에서 과연 묵게 될 지 장담할 수 없습니다.

조식 맛있고요 근처에 한인식당도 많고요 에어컨은 좀 약함 다만 세탁물 4갠가 5개 맡겼는데 17만동 받네요ㅋㅋㅋ
