トランジットのついでに寄りました。まず、かなり場所がわかりにくいです。それなりに周りにお店などありましたが、入り口が狭く少し階段を上りフロントがありました。その辺のお店の人に帰り道を聞いた時も「あれっ？この辺なんだけどなぁ」という感じでした。 帰りは朝早かったのですが、朝食を容器に少し詰めて持たせてくれました。 スタッフの方はみんなフレンドリーでとても親切でした。

場所、値段、静かさが良い値段相応でこんなものか。滞在には問題なかった。 お湯は十分に出てシャワーに問題なし。 換気扇が外れかけており蚊が大量に入ってきた。 殺虫剤を買って対応した。 朝食のゆで卵が熱すぎて持つ事もできなかった。朝食のレストランにハエがたくさんいて食べる気にならなかった。 空港までのタクシーでは、運転手が急用とかで他のタクシーに乗り換えるハメに。代わりのタクシーが来るまで待たされた。

場所がいい。部屋もきれい場所、部屋、スタッフの質とも及第点。 しいて言えば英語が分かりにくい。自分も苦手なので会話が苦労した。 ツアーの申し込みや宿泊前のメールでのやり取り等もスムーズに行ったのが良かった。 シャワーのお湯がほとんど出なかったのと部屋に備え付けのドライヤーが壊れていたが価格からしても充分満足できるものだった。

“とても良いホテルですが、間口が狭く見つけにくい”
スタッフが本当に良いエレベーターもありビジネスホテル的。冷蔵庫・湯沸しポット・アメニティ・ドライヤー・セイフティーボックスなど一通そろっている。シャワーの水圧も良く、熱いお湯が出ていた。 部屋は４階でしたが窓からは、壁や屋根・隣の家の屋上しか見えなかった。 スタッフが本当に良かった。 チェックイン後に出かけるとき地図を渡してくれました。 帰りは迷ったのですがその地図を思い出し見ながら帰ってきました。 翌日ハロン湾ツアーに参加の為７時３０分にロビーで待っていました。朝食が７時３０分からなので諦めていると、少し早めに食堂に入れてくれて食事をすることができました。 また鍵を渡すときに私の名前を言って渡してくれていました。 １番良いと思った事は、CP無料で使えたのでメールをチェックしていると若い女性スタッフが「お茶はいかがですか？」と言ってきて、紅茶を入れてくれました。 本当に良くできるスタッフばかりで居心地の良いホテルでした。 立地・料金大満足です。次回もぜひ利用したいです。

Hanoi Central Park is old town area when I reached hotel , They said due to some reasons , need to change to other hotel which is far from Old town area and we have to change it! Area is just far and ended up we spent many Grab Taxi Fares to visit Old town area ! That’s bad and unexpected

“Bad Service, Bad Room”
I booked Twin bed but they provided us one bed. The bed and bed is very small , not like in the photo. The whole night aircon is not working, they told you cannot sleep herd and you can cancel the room but time is morning 1 am already. They asked us to leave us from the room if we cannot sleep without aircon. And the refund money will give us the next day. Very very bad room service and very bad rooms.

It is very good location, right in the Old Quarter Ha Noi. The room is large. But if the hotel has an elevator up to the 6th floor, it will be good. It just goes up to the 5th floor and we had to bring our luggage upstairs by ourselves. It was a little hard for us. Anyway, I rate it is 4*

“Do not stay here”
I would give this hotel a 0 star if I could. However, I will give it 1 star just because of its convenient location in the Old Quarter. Everything is within walking distance. I would never come back here or recommend it to anyone. The staff is polite but the place is dirty and rundown. The room I was first placed in was moldy and has a musty odor which was so bad that I had to request a room change. The second room was better but still very old and muggy. I think they need to renovate the place and have a better ventilation system. Overall, it was not worth my money at all! Stay away!

“Downtown Tourists”
Staff are friendly. Room is a bit small but worth for the money. Hanoi is an unique city so for 3 stars hotel, not much facilities to offer but it was alright for the value, and its standard. If you are looking to explore the city rather than to enjoy indoor, this is pretty decent.

“Terrible Stay !”
The room is quite stinky with the toilet smell, the bedsheet and blankets looks dirty like never change from the previous guest, room is big but lighting is too dark, and nothing good at all, if you travel with luggage’s don’t come here, the hotel entrance is tiny and you have to walk up the stair case, and if your room is at the 6th floor you have to carry the luggage up by yourself as the lift only go to the 5th floors. The worst thing and very scary for us was the hornets and their nest is built up at the door corner. Consider us stay there lesser than 24 hours, we just decided to leave the luggage there to pack up our luggage and showering only, no way we can sleep here.

“Stinky”
We had to move hotels. I booked a room with no window by accident and the room smelt like smoke, strong perfume and mold. Because there was no window I felt like I was suffocating and it was very claustrophobic. The man at the front desk was very kind and polite but said there were no other rooms available so we couldn’t switch. I shouldn’t have booked a room without a window in the first place but I wish they hadn’t let the room get moldy because the mold/perfume/smoke smell made the room uninhabitable.

“Okay to stay for just 1 night.”
The entrance is too small. No ramps for your luggage. When we arrived, their lobby smelled like cigarette. The staff was kind enough to let us check-in early with a minimum fee, but there was 1 person at the desk just playing games. For its price and if you only plan to sleep since you’re out the whole day, it’s fine.

Staff really helpful with assisting our rooms. However the lobby is quite hot while waiting for our room. They should open the airconditioner. All and all the room was big and amenities all complete despite being so cheap. Will repeat again.

Our stay is just temporary for less than 1 night. Location is good with easy access . Wifi is ok. Old hotel ,towel is old.. everything just old and not well maintain. It is acceptable with the price at SGD$38. so can't ask for more.
