“眺めは良いが今一つでした。”

全部と言って良いほど中国人団体客で朝のレストランの食事もそれようになっていて拍子抜けしました。部屋はよかったですが、全体が大きく広すぎてホテル内の移動には少し困りました。従業員もまだまだの様な気がしますが、大きすぎるホテルもリゾートには問題だと感じました。

“サービスクオリティが低下して最悪の環境でした”

名称が変わる前から利用していたホテルなんですが、Crowneとなって以降 少しずつオペレーション・サービスが低下していったような気がします。彼らは良かれと思っている ようですが、日本人としては気分が悪いです。基本的に彼らは誤りません。 部屋の鍵が壊れていて、部屋とカウンターを何度も行き来させられ、気分を 害してクレームを言っても誤りません。限界を超えたので、マネージャーを 呼び出すと、白人の女性マネージャーが来て、そこでやっと誤られました。 全ての対応が遅いし、サービスはゼロどころかマイナスでした。 ４人までは予約が確認できているんだから、とりあえず、 ４人をﾁｪｯｸｲﾝさせて、残り１名も同様にﾁｪｯｸｲﾝさせて、後から原因を調べる など、通常のホテルならキチンと現場処理しますが、ココは全く対応ができ ず、悪いのは自分では無いという態度です。五つ星をうたうなら相応の対応、 サービスを行うべきではないかと思います。５人で宿泊(部屋は個別)したん ですが、かなり気分を害しました。 ホテルの会員へ登録したり、データを見れば過去に何度も宿泊しているのは わかるわけですから、相応に対応して欲しかったです。女性マネージャーを呼び出し、クレームを入れた後は若干反省し たのか？　部屋にフルーツを置いたりしてましたが、そんなことで気分は戻 りません。一切手をつけずにしておきました。とにかく糞です!!　 もう宿泊は無いですね!!　皆さんも気をつけてください。

“部屋は広いし綺麗でしたが、中国の団体が多かった”

私が宿泊したときは、Silver　Shoreというホテル名称でした。 初日にラウンジにいた時、隣の方々がCrownePlazaの旗を広げて撮影を始めたのでおやっと思いましたが、やはりグループに入ったのですね。 ホテル名も変わったので、今後はわかりませんが、私の滞在時の印象は「中国人団体客向け」のホテルです。 欧米や他のアジア諸国の宿泊客も見かけましたが、中国の団体客が圧倒しています。 レセプションやレストランのチーフクラスは英語が堪能ですが、他の従業員は中国語です。 ホテルに到着した途端、中国語で案内され、びっくりしました。 施設は良いですが、ベトナムらしさを求める方には不向きと思います。

“とてもきれいで快適なホテル”

メインロビーの豪華さに圧倒されました。その豪華さに引けを取らず、部屋もレストランもプールもきれいでとても快適でした。朝食のブッフェはとても美味しく、しかも点心などは日替わりで、飽きないよう工夫されています。

“広々とした施設が豪華で最高でした。”

ローケーションもまずまずでホテル内の施設は豪華でした。 中庭からプールやプライべートビーチなどの景観も良く、部屋もきれいでした。 レストランは３か所（ベトナム、中華、洋食）有りましたが料理はいまいち。 スタッフのサービスも良い。 ただ、顧客の大半が中国人で日本人は私たち以外はいなかった。

“豪華絢爛で快適に過ごせるホテル（但し、至るところに喫煙者がいるのは頂けない）”

ホテルの設備や部屋の快適性、ロケーションはバカンスを考えれば申し分なし。 但し、ベトナム全体にいえることだが、ロビーやホールなど各所に喫煙場所があり、タバコ嫌いの私にとっては大変不快。 レストランでは分煙すらされておらず、驚愕。 これみよがしに中国人団体客の多数が あちこちで紫煙をくゆらせていたのには閉口。 また、中国からの団体客が多数を占めていたため、 朝のビュッフェなどはかなり「賑やか」でした・・・

“とにかく素晴らしいホテルでした”

友人と男二人で初ダナンだったわけですが…とにかく素敵なホテルでした。ベトナムを侮ってました。空港から15分程度で街並みが一変し、高級リゾート地区になります。ビーチとプールが絶妙なバランスで存在し、バリとハワイを足して二で割ったような雰囲気でした。ホテル内の半数以上が中国からの観光客でしたが、今後は日本人観光客も増えていくでしょう。ホテルのサービスも満点!!　素晴らしいホテルでした。

“美しいホテルです”

中国語中心で、旅行者も中国からのツアー客中心 3月には日本韓国の料理店がオープンとの事でしたが、まだ開店していない。 テレビも中国語の衛星放送しか映らない。 という点は有りましたが、部屋は奇麗で快適な部屋でした。 中国語が苦にならない人にはお薦めできます。 個人的には辛かったですが。

“スケールがでかい”

部屋もデザイナーチックで良かったです。 中国系のホテルなので中国人ばっかりでした。 今度はFramaに泊りたい。

従業員、客はほぼ中国人で英語もべトナム語もほとんど通じない。ニーハオって挨拶される。べトナムのビーチリゾートを満喫したい人はこの海岸沿いの他のホテルにすべき。地球の歩き方も一言、中国資本って書いといてほしかったなあ。

“Huge resort ”

My wife and I loved our stay at Crowne Plaza! Breakfast was delicious . The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jennie was very sweet and made sure our stay was comfortable. The pool is massive and the resort is super clean. We like the atmosphere of the hotel. This is a beachfront hotel with awesome ocean view! We will be back as we really enjoyed our stay.

“Staff at restaurant is rude”

A waitress named QUYEN was so rude to us. Brought a 7-year old boy for the breakfast morning buffet and the waitress was standing in front of our table just to see whether we were feeding the boy for breakfast. So angry that we said we would just pay for the boy’s breakfast so she would stop hovering around our table. So pissed off at the staff. Eventually the manager apologized and everything was settled but very disappointed in the service of supposedly 5-star hotel. Food was not even fantastic. Thanks to the QUYEN waitress who ruined our stay.

“Good location”

I had stayed 3 hotels including this hotel in Danang, I compared these, stating my review for this hotel. Pros ・Good location, here is connecting the beach directly so can casually step out beach. ・There is a bathtub and large terrace in rooms, can relax. ・Comprehensive facility lineup there are, Restaurant, Spa, etc... (On the other hand, there are poor lineup around the hotel) Cons ・Monotonous breakfast, I had accommodate for 5 days in total but could not find the variations. ・Amenities quality, there is no conditioner in shower room and shower gel lather is not good, shower pressure is weak. After the beach, a good shower would be nice, right? Thank you for helping my stay in Danang!

Very large rooms, right on the beach. Great hotel and the sea is wonderful.

“The hotel is completely Dead”

We visited the hotel between 21-23Dec24, it's a huge hotel with more than 300 rooms but hardly 20-25 rooms seems to be occupied, there were a few stand alone guests, rest were all from South East Asian Group tours who come primarily to use the Casino. The breakfast options were very limited for International tourists. I had requested for an additional glass (normal glass) one of the nights and the in room dining flatly refused to provide one. The saving grace was the front office staff who were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. The hotel has two convenience store which were fairly well stocked.

“Clean and Nice hotel”

Hotels a bit old but very well kept. Breakfast restaurant was wonderful. it was a shamae that I could not use the beautiful pool and beach because of the weather.

“First time to Vietnam”

Its our first time in Vietnam and it was a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff are all very helpful. There is a convenience store at the hotel itself where you can find reasonably priced snacks and drinks. Additionally, we really appreciate the wide variety of amenities at the resort too! Breakfast was decent as well. 10/10 recommend

Generally satisfied with services and location but: -housekeeping staff should return later to check whether rooms need cleaning as guests may need to sleep more in morning when they are doing cleaning and would not like to be disturbed until later in morning or early afternoon, when they need the cleaning of their rooms and changing towels and other things. Mine was not cleaned when we left a ''clean the room sign'' when we left our room at around noon and returned in the evening and had to inform front desk to arrange cleaning. -House keeping staff should check more thoroughly that coffee and sugar provided are regularly replaced and not expired or spoilt. My sugar sachet was soggy from long expired time.

“Quick escape”

Overall the hotel is nice and was pretty decent value for money. I got a large room with a sea view and the TV looked new while the rest of the decor was a little tired. Staff at check-in were just "OK" - English was a little limited generally at the hotel. Pool area is pleasant and clean, as is the private beach. Staff there are friendly. Only a few western menu options, all of which are quite basic. There is a general smell of smoke around the hotel, which I think the management need to address. While there are clear warning messages about smoking in the room, I saw guests openly smoking outside rooms on the residential floors. Fitness centre has adequate enough equipment but needs to have some aircon fitted. There were only some tiny fans in the roof and the temperature is very high while trying to work out. Other than the beach, there is not much around the hotel itself but I believe it's designed to be one where you stay onsite the whole time and that was fine by me.

“Expensive, but fun to gamble”

The breakfast here is amazing. The hotel is completely empty. It may be because they charge 100k for ice? Hamburger is 370k? It’s really expensive here. Drinks are like 60k as well. If you came for gambling, that’s the best thing… not that you’ll win… no one really in pool, beach, maybe 500 people in the whole hotel, which could have like 5000 people. They just don’t cater like vegas, but they could. The beds were pretty good. We got an upgraded ocean view with bath tub. But food is really expensive… rooms are pretty high, when you can go stay at Chicland instead and then just travel to the casino…. Which is far better and probably cheaper actually.

“Nothing open....”

When i arrived the hotel was in darkness. No restaurants were open. Pool and facilities closed. There were maybe 5 guests in the hotel in total. Could you not have warned when i booked!!!!!

“Not worth the price as facilities did not meet expectations ”

Booked 2 Premier Double Room with Ocean View for 3 nights. First of all, the staffs were not well trained for check-ins. Did not know how to operate the card machine thus, had to pay a deposit of USD 300 in cash. Was told to pay the fee of the rooms during check out. Went for lunch at the restaurant and after a few minutes staff member came looking for us to ask for room payment. Had to head back to the reception to proceed with payment. The staff had issue again with the card machine. However, after observing how they did it, I advised them on the usage and finally was able to charge it on card. Pool was as dry as Sahara

The hotel layout and design are great, I like the infinity pool design with great view of the sea. The only upset was the front office service, it took us more than 2 hours to locate for a room that we requested.

Great location with beautiful and clean beach. Children loves the beach with the white soft sands.They serve wide variety of breakfast . We do face some communication barrier problems because they can't speak very good english.Some of the workers can speak Mandarin have they have quite many tourist from China staying in this hotel

“Good price and comfort but lacking in personality”

This hotel is enormous and is well located on the Da Nang beach. It is really set up for Chinese pacage tourists (food, facilities - casino) and if you are not one of the above you might feel a bit of an odd one out. Good price though and the facilities and food are good. Staff speak only basic english though and customer service could be better.

This hotel is huge and when I was there, most of the patrons were chinese. I was later told that it was a chinese investment. This hotel has no character and no soul ! Nice private beach and facilities but the mile you have to walk to reach them may deter customers to exercice/enjoy beach.

“Great hotel resort for holiday”

this is our second stay in this resort, and we still love it. last year we were impressed with the resort, this year we still find it wonderful. we only stayed one night this time, but still we had a great time relaxing on the beach, beautiful white sand beach. we spend most of the time lying on the beach, inhaling the sea breeze. the room was modern,clean and comfortable.

“Amazing pool, hotel very big and a bit impersonal”

the hotel is very big so a bit impersonal. lots of chinese guests so lots of people smoking! there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel so you are a bit tied to eating in the hotel, the food is not all that good - not bad but not as good as we had throughout the rest of our travel around vietnam. the large infinity pool looking out over the beach is the bast thing a bout the hotel so if you want a few days poolside its not a bad place to be! staffs english is quite poor - the worst we encountered on our trip.

“Enormous hotel, brilliant facilities, spotless”

extended our stay because we loved the staff in this hotel. super friendly, eager to help at all times, childfriendly. beautiful beach. spectacular views. in concierge was especially helpful, cheerful, enthusiastic and very kind. food and beverage manager, was so accommodating and welcoming. helpful, attentive staff in the gym. pool attendants observant and exceptionally polite. a wonderful hotel in a heavenly part of the world, staffed by professional, efficient, courteous, kind, thoughtful and endlessly helpful people. we will definitely return!

“Very grand hotel - quite magnificent”

The most grand/magnificent looking hotel I've stayed at. Everything was great - staff helpful and restuarant options good. Was difficult to communicate at times as few staff spoke good english. Not much close by to the hotel however, so although the resort provides much of what you need, you need to travel by taxi to town or nearby locations (e.g. Hoi An).

“Very nice and clean room with good view”

we were very impressed with the clean, large & comfortable room facing the beautiful ocean. the private beach is so beautiful & clean. the ocean facing swimming pool is beautifully desgned. however, hotel staff seems to target at tourists from china only. they are not well trained to serve international tourists. most of them don't speak good english. operators speak chinese straight away when we called in. although i asked questions in english, they answered me back in chinese.

this is a resort with big rooms for what you pay. weather was not great while here so can't comment about beach or pool since didn't use either. casino is next door to resort for people who like to gamble.

“Nice Hotel and good location to Golf Courses”

enjoyed the stay, close to golf course (two of them) and short ride to hoi an. a town easy to walk around in and get an old town feel. not many places to eat nearby outside of resort but short ride to city from here. roads are well developed for vietnam.

the location of hotel is great, right next to the beach with exclusive area, the hote are very well designed with imaging swiming pool. the room is quite big with nice balcony, idea for holiday. the food is quite normal but price is very high. the services need to be improved as well, i have booked the transportation with hotel from airport to hotel, they did not show up and the reason was recorded the wrong arriving time although all the information supplied included the flight number.

“A 5-star quality hotel swamped by Chinese guests”

overall stay is satisfactory. the hotel staffs are friendly, helpful & efficient. rooms are clean, big, well plan/organize and comfortable. varieties of food & beverage is good. however, the only disappointment is the hotel is flooded with chinese guests that are loud & rude. these guests smoke & speak loudly in the lobby, do not queue for food and intercept other guests at the concierge and reception.
