プールの水が汚すぎて入る気になれませんでした。クラブラウンジアクセス付きのお部屋でしたが、ラウンジと言えるようなラウンジではなく、スタッフがガタガタと何か片付けをしていました。他に利用している方もおらず、これなら普通のお部屋でよかったかなと思います。 お部屋の掃除も言わないとやってくれません。 冷蔵庫の飲み物とお部屋のお菓子はフリーとの事でしたが、2日目はチョコレートが入っていませんでした。お掃除が終わった後の部屋に入ってタオルが1枚もないのにびっくりしました。 これでは五つ星とは言えないと思います。

“次にダナンに行ったらまた寄ります！”
3泊5日で初めてダナン旅行に行ってきました。最初はミケビーチ近くの宿泊先を探していましたが、アクセスの良さを重視して市内に位置するBay Capital Da Nangに決め、2泊しました。ハン川が近く、ホテルから歩いてハン川沿いを7分ほど歩けばハン市場です！私たちは歩くことが好きなので、ハン市場に行くときはグラブをほとんど利用しませんでした。十分歩ける距離で、川沿いの歩道は広くて人も多くないので快適に移動できます！ラッキーにもアーリーチェックインができ、チェックイン時に担当のスタッフが親切に施設の利用方法を案内してくれ、客室に移動して内部の設備についても説明してくれました。韓国語が話せる方ではなかったですが、英語ができたためコミュニケーションも難しくありませんでした！4階に位置するスパも超おすすめです……ぜひ行ってください皆さん~~アロマはあまり好きではないので、干湿（タイ）で受けましたが、施設も清潔でスタッフも繊細にマッサージしてくれたので、二人とも非常に満足しました……!! ハッピーアワーもあるので参考にして利用すると良いと思います。私たちはエグゼクティブラウンジ利用を含む客室だったので、ラウンジ（午後5時30分～午後7時30分）も利用しましたが、24階が工事中だったため、1階での利用となったのは残念でしたが、フィンガーフードも美味しく、カクテルも非常に満足でした！私たちは2泊の間ずっとラウンジを利用し、2日目には「カイ」というスタッフが優しく対応してくれたので、より楽しい滞在ができました。もともと朝食はあまり摂らないタイプですが…ここでの朝食はぜひ食べてください皆さん…美味しい上に種類も本当に豊富です！6:00～10:00の利用時間も余裕があるので、立ち寄って食事されることをおすすめします。念のためにシャワーフィルターを持って行って使ったのですが、1個で十分でした。ダナンの市街地の景色が気になってシティビューを選んだのですが、高層階なので開放感のある景色で、朝目が覚める時からとても気分が良かった記憶があります。満足のいくホテルだったので、次回ダナンに家族旅行に来る時にまた訪れようと話しました！初めてのダナン旅行の思い出を印象深く残してくれてありがとう:) 最後のタクシーで行く時も笑顔でお別れしてくれたカイ、ありがとう~~

“綺麗なホテルです”
新しいホテルなので、とても綺麗でした。ブッフェは中華よりの内容が多かったと思います。3泊の間料理の内容は少しずつ変化がある程度だったのが少し残念でしたが、パンの種類が多かったのは楽しめました。 20階の部屋だったので眺めはとても良かったのですが、ホテル向かいの飲食店が夕方からの営業開始に合わせてかなり遅くまで大音量で音楽を流していて、それがうっすら聞こえてきていました。 それ以外はスタッフの方も親切で、近くには日本食のレストランもあるのでとても良いホテルだと思います。

“The staff was friendly and the facilities were new and clean.”
• All the staff at this hotel, not just the reception staff, were very polite and friendly. • The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious and satisfying. • The pool is new, but the railings around it are rusty. Why is this the case for such a new hotel? • The hairdryer in the room was broken, but they replaced it and it was quick and the staff service was good. • We stayed for 3 days, but after 3 days, the drain in the shower room was clogged. “とても清潔でスタッフ対応抜群”

クリスという男性のカウンター係がいて、英語も上手で本当に親切でした。そして、マナーも良くて気分が良かったです。ミカズキダナン（私の人生で最悪のホテルでした。お湯なし、英語全く通じない、不親切、施設で怪我してあざができた、スタッフとの会話が終わった状況で他のスタッフが来て話を変えるので喧嘩になった）などには行かず、こんな場所でゆっくり休んで良い待遇を受けられることを願っています。それが精神的にも肉体的にもずっと良いです。朝食はほぼベトナム風（特有の香りと味）で私の口には合いませんでしたが、それに見合うほど全てが良かったです。残念だったのは、朝食を食べるテーブルの数が十分ではなくて少し待たされたことですが、スタッフがテーブルを片付けずにセッティングだけしていたので、3回頼んで片付けてもらいました。そのほか、グラブを捕まえようとしたり荷物を預けたりする際に、スタッフがタクシーの運転手とコミュニケーションをとり、安全に乗車できるか確認してくれました。ここには役割分担と体制がしっかりと整っているという印象を受けました。母も一番良いと言っていました。

“海辺の近くでなくてもむしろいい。”
ダナンに来て「ビーチの近くに泊まるべきかな？」と思いましたが、ここで4泊過ごしてみると「全くその必要はない」と言える気がします。Grabを使えばビーチまでは10分で行けます。歩いて行ける様々な地元の食堂やコンビニ、有名なカフェがたくさんあります。周りは観光地ではなく地元の雰囲気なので、夜は静かで寝るのに適しています。ホテルに到着して車から降りたとき、キャリーケースやドアをすべて持ってくれてサービスも良かったです。部屋も清潔で、テレビもLGのスマートテレビなので休むときに良かったです。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、パン、サラダ、ヨーグルト、さまざまなハム、チーズなどがたくさんあり、飲み物はコーヒーやさまざまなフルーツジュースがありました。レストランの席までエスコートしてもらって良かったです。チェックアウト後もキャリーケースを安全な場所に別に保管してくれてとても良かったです。レビューを書いていたら文が「良い」で終わることが多いですが、本当にすべてが良いからです（笑）。次回もまた来たいです。BAY CAPITALのスタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございます。
