“Pool attendant is a WITCH”
Every single staff member was amazing EXCEPT the POOL ATTENDANT. She ruined and sucked the fun out of our whole vacation. Like she just chose to be nice and fake to tourist and a horrible person to us locals. We have had run in with her EVERY single time we stayed there. This time I think we have had it. Will NOT be staying there anymore.

“Great for a restful and relaxing vacation”
My family loves staying here. The room is clean and staff is very friendly. Property is quiet, so it's great for a restful and a relaxing vacation.

“Definitely a great place staffed with wonderful people!”
I write this a little bit torn as I have enjoyed my stay, but I have found alot of spiders! I can see there are areas of my room which do not appear to have been cleaned in a while. However, the staff have all been very friendly and l would love to have them be at any place I stay at. The room is nice and quiet but the cleaning is not a high point. I would have loved to give higher marks, but this would have required the room to be clean, and I do expect the cabinets to be FREE of previous rental’s leftover food remnants or blood !

“Very clean and nice”
We had a wonderful stay! Very nice kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and air conditioning. Only 15 min. from beautiful Hapuna Beach. This was our 2nd time staying here. They also have a warm swimming pool and nice reception area!

“Love the Turkeys ”
We regularly stay at Paniolo Greens so the hubby can golf with his friends while I stay behind and spend the day with the kids at the pool and enjoy every activity they have to offer, from playing pool, ping pong, to basketball and tennis. The little ones love watching the Turkeys run free right from our lanai.

“Great for families with older and/or younger kids!!”
We would stay at Paniolo Greens again! Loved the place! Waikoloa Village is a nice quiet location close to Hapuna Beach. Great pool area for kids and families. Staff is very friendly. Every building has their own grill area. Our kitchen was fully furnished with plates, cups, silverware and cooking pans. Rooms were spacious, one had a king and the other had a queen. two full baths on second level, no bathroom downstairs. There was a pull out couch/bed. The Ohana suite was perfect for my family.

The noise from the guests above was very loud from early morning to late at night they were an older couple so it wasn’t kids jumping just bad insulation between floors

“Great suite for groups or families”
Booked the ohana suite and was surprised by how spacious it was. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and a washer/dryer inside the unit. Made our stay very comfortable for 6 guests!

“Best Bang for your Traveling Buck”
The front desk staff are outstanding, and helpful in every way. The facilities are always clean, and have pretty much everything you need. The only knock is housekeeping hasn't been available for the last few years.

“Great Value and Great Staff”
As a family, we enjoy condo stays on our vacations. Here, we enjoyed much more than a clean, comfortable condo. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location is quiet and feels like a retreat from the bustling beaches and stores along the Kona coast. Most rooms back onto the golf course. The onsite activities center are all centrally located. When we come back to the big island, we will gladly stay here.

“Perfect place to stay!!”
We loved this place. It had everything you would possible need, even a washing machine and a dryer! Our apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. It's perfect even for longer stays! We felt very safe as it's in a resort with many houses. It also has a gym and a pool. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Will definitely return!

Love Paniolo Greens it has 2 bedrooms units with kitchen and living room with sofa with an additional bed. washer and dryer and dishwasher. My Home in Hawaii. 5 minute drive to the best beaches Hapouna and Mauna Kea and close to shopping malls Queen Market and Kings Shops and Waikoloa Village.

Our family truly enjoys Paniolo Greens. We are a local family and this past visit was our 5th in two years. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the location is perfect and the price is affordable. We will be back.

“Very clean and comfortable”
Never seen this clean condition ever. I am a 4 star hotel user and this resort condition is superior I am certain. I came with my wife and a daughter. We surprise with all these readiness and we will keep it clean for next customer too. Recommend for sure 100%.

“Great Staff and Condo has plenty of amenities ”
The staff here is great! The condo is clean, beds were very comfortable. Condo has everything you need. It is not as luxurious as Waikoloa Beach area, but there are actually more things to do at the condo with kids then down there. Club house has pool tables, foosball table, Basketball court etc. Lots of fun if you just hangout.

“Great place to stay on the Big Island”
Very comfortable place, well equipped, clean with comfy beds. Nice vicinity, helpful staff and nice outdoor pool and hot tub.

“Good for family”
The suites are about 1200 to 1400 SF. We stayed at the Ohana Suite. Very quiet. It's has a full kitchen. Toilet paper and paper towels are limited, but you can always ask the front office for more. The washer and dryer in the suite was also very helpful. We stayed in mid July, and although the trade winds were good, AC worked great when we needed to cool down. Supermarket is half a mile away, but going to other places is 5+ miles most of the time.

“Excellent value”
We had a wonderful experience. Our condo was clean, comfortable and the view of the golf course was spectacular. The kitchen was large. We really loved the washer and dryer. The staff was very helpful.
