“Thank you!”
We got here late after a flight from phoenix. The front desk staff was amazing and the security guy helped us get in with the luggage and baby.

“Clean, basic, value for money”
Room was a good size and clean. Fridge in room. Breakfast was basic. Not a great area of town but we felt secure. Short walk to the casino.

“Good stay! ”
We stayed for the tacoma dome, which was a 3 minute drive away. The walk there is not good. So be prepared to pay for parking or uber. The hotel was great! Great staff and clean room. Would stay again.

“Disappointing”
Although my daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool, the rest of our two night stay was disappointing. Very noisy next to the highway. When I asked the overly friendly but unhelpful receptionist if we could swap rooms, she advised that the rooms at the other side were even noisier. When I asked if they had an adapter plug, they looked aghast - and didn’t have one. One of our rooms didn’t smell, the other one did - of stale, ingrained cigarettes. Breakfast was basic and featured enough plastic items to cause its own environmental hazard. Despite the failings of the hotel, we enjoyed Tacoma itself.

From check in to check out the hotel staff were great room was clean and felt very comfortable.

“Awesome ”
The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Facility was clean..and I am picky. Even had decent art work in the room. Continental breakfast was so-so. Definitely recommend this place

“Clean and Good Value”
LQ do it well. The room is all you would need. Although next to a noisy freeway and in a seedy area. Good food in the restaurant.

“Red stain on the sheet”
The positive reviews made here , made me pick this hotel. But I was disappointed by two main things which are crucial in an hotel; this are:- 1) Customer Service at the front desk. They made a mistake on my card of which if I wasn’t keen to see then I would’ve lost money by paying extra. Please check your card statements, otherwise you may lose money. 2) There was a red stain in the white sheet in one of the beds. I wonder why that white sheet was still spread on the bed with a very clear red stain ???. Maybe they thought that guest will not notice. But I was again so disappointed that the management at the front desk took this complaint as a normal complaint. Well the rooms may look clean on the surface but a red stain in the middle of a white sheet is not good at all. Never look at the surface cleanliness and interior presentation of the room only… look at the sheets on the bed. Management you have failed here. That was serous health hazard.

It took 4 rooms later for us to get a clean room. Towels were dirty, stains on bedding, smells I can’t describe.

“Great one in a walking distance to Tacoma Dome”
It's a 20 min walk from Tacoma Dome and prices are reasonable.
