The rooms need upgrading. The water was dripping in the bath the whole time annoying. The bath was dirty when we arrive. The beds are no good. The location was everything. The electric outlets were gashing fire. Never again

So they wanted a 100 on hold but I had it in cash cuz I traveled far and was very tired I paid for the room never got to use it and it wasn’t any care to make sure they have me roomed I wouldn’t recommend

“Mold and mildew”
This hotel was disgusting!! Our room was on the 2nd floor and the carpet smelled of mildew and dawn dish soap. All the furniture had massive water damage and smelled of wood rot. The bathroom door had up to 8 inches of water damage on the bottom and black mold growing up the back of the door. The toilet seat had tape makes on it and there was hair left in the shower walls. The base of the tub ceramic was chipped away and rusting. The hallway to walk to our room was dark, no outside lights. There were 2 staff members working the front desk upon arrival, there were 6 people in front of me...1 hour later I finally got to the front desk. The man in line behind me was telling me his room in building 8 had roaches all under the bed. When I get to the counter the person helping me got 2 phone calls from people who just got to their rooms demanding a room exchange for some reason or another. We had horrible headaches due to the smell AND the oldest of spring mattress beds ever used that were beyond uncomfortable. So NO I would never recommend this place to anyone

“Cheated out of money!!!”
Place is so dirty and nonexistent room service is awful. Hidden “resort” fees were taken and deposit on top of that which was never returned. One whole pool was dark green and had a tarp partially covering it. Property around was poorly managed. Was a tourist trap and I saw many other disappointed families who were stuck in the same situation. Not at all what it was advertised as!

“Horror movie ”
If you’re looking for a fright night go here. The maintenance looks rundown. The first room was in a hallway with no lights and the rooms are super outdated. The second room I was moved to was outdated and unfinished trimmings, had to be careful walking. The bathtub was stained and peeling. Staff tried helping and did their best.

“Pictures are misleading”
This place is much older than the pictures appear. Half the lights in the room did not work. Very unfriendly staff at the front desk. Lots of people hanging out outside their rooms, which means they probably live there. No luggage carts or elevators, so hopefully your bags are not heavy.

It have mold and have smell. They need shut down this hotel. Half of the hotel have black stuff all around the room. You can see through the open window and one whole building isn't open to operate. A lot people key card didn't open and we all had to walk back down to front desk just to say something.

“The most horrible experience ”
They put me in the last building. It was extremely dark, dirty, trash everywhere, bags and suitcases thrown outside the rooms. Bikes parked by the stairs and food containers left to rotten. I did not feel safe to get off my car with toddlers . I tried to exchange the room to a closer to the entry room and they said couldn’t. So I had to leave and book another hotel.

Worst experience of one night. Dirty & Dusty beds. I got allergic next morning. The toilet flush was broken, oven had no plate inside and rusty. Charged extra 20.44$ of resort fee but their was no single thing of a resort even their pool was also so dirty. Super Unhygienic. Waste of money and experience.

“Do not stay here! ”
The photos look nice but the place is a dive. None of the restaurants work, pools not working, the rooms and buildings are filthy, there was dog poo covered in flies, bed bugs and bugs in general everywhere and left us itchy within 20 minutes. We checked out after 30 minutes and found somewhere else. Warning, do not stay here

I have always loved this hotel but it needs to be cleaned up a bit . it needs to be painted and remodled a bit it needs some maintenance and grass cutting the pool needs to be clened up a bit as well

“You can find better!!!”
Gave me a room with spider webs coming from the ceiling to the bed. Room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. 2nd room was better, but bathroom light did not work. Reported to staff, said someone would come fix right away. Nobody ever showed to fix issue. Had to shower and use bathroom in the dark. Would not recommend, would not book here again! Stay away; unfriendly staff.

“Disappointed”
Sorry we stayed” We have stayed at the hotel many times before, The rooms were good enough to sleep in. This time it was not! The room was located in the back of the hotel, the door didn't shut all of way, it didn't lock, the bathroom door was swollen to the point it didn't shut, there was rust around the hinges, the beds were broken, the lamps didn't work, the outlets didn't work, there were people that looked like they were homeless around the backside where our room was. We told the staff, the changed our room to same area just a few door down. Same situation. People lurking around the parking lot, we felt unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

“Sorry we stayed”
The room was located in the back of the hotel, the door didn't shut all of way, it didn't lock, the bathroom door was swollen to the point it didn't shut, there was rust around the hinges, the beds were broken, the lamps didn't work, the outlets didn't work, there were people that looked like they were homeless around the backside where our room was. “Horrible ”
First they gave us a room at the end of the hotel, literally this room smelled like it wasn’t open for years. Front door hardly closed, bathroom with mold and dirty, no towels, and I asked for a non-smoking room but they gave us with the blankets with cigarette holes, the sofa and the tv wasn’t even working. I was soooo itchy I thought this room had bed bugs. I stayed for one night and hosnestly this is the last time staying here. I love the area and everything is right there but the hotel needs a lot of fixing, literally close the hotel and repair everything.

The facilities are super old The cleanliness, the exterior is super ugly, nothing like the photo shows! The curtains in the room and the drawers are broken!!! The cleaning is super poor. The rooms are nothing like the photos. There is a bad smell in the hallways. In short, a disappointment.

Will never stay here again . This place is dirty and not up to date . Showers don’t run properly and there seems to be moldy water running from ac vents into the outside area causing a horrible smell and front office staff is absolutely rude.

My 1st room the bathroom light was off and on the floor and the room smelled like smoke I got a different room we went out today came back to find out housekeeping came and now the air conditioner doesn't work and the floor is wet. I go to the front desk and the lady gives me attitude. This is ridiculous who changes rooms 3 times for one stay

“Never an option ”
This should never be an option. This is not a resort not a hotel but it is a run down 1⭐️ motel. From the looks it needs to be shut down where’s an inspector when they’re clearly needed. Bugs, rust everywhere, floors not sanitary I would advise walking on them with some protection. Every room has something broken may it be lights the Tv, doors, showers, toilets, Air-condition it’s something in every room and I had 4. Pleas save yourself from this stay from hell. Rooms smell moldy because they have mold present your allergies will thank you for not choosing Seralago. Nothing is open so no food no bars no poolside drinks only a pool a crappie game room and maybe a gym somewhere I didn’t find it .was too mad to search. I’m begging you please stop 🛑 and consider another place to relax.

“Don’t stay here. ”
The mattress on one of the beds was broken, bathroom light did not work the entire stay, there was trash on the outside of the hotel. Charged A $60 fee for resort, There were no resort options or anything worth the price. Charge a $100 deposit that was not mentioned prior to arrival. The carpet smelt moldy, and there was dust in black mold dish flakes on the inside of the bathroom door, plus toilet did not flush correctly. Overall, worst stay I have ever had.

“Horrible do not stay here ”
First off the staff is horrible especially dominga she is very rude an has a nasty attitude. I was first check into a dirty room . I was then switch to a clean room but in horrible condition. The toilet barely flushed , it had roaches in my room . The room doors do not lock well I had to put my suitcase an the chair in front the door . The room is very very outdated . The website advertise breakfast but they don’t sell any food . They have trash over flowing as soon as you come down the steps . The hot tub was dirty an so was the pool . I stayed here for 6 days an my room did not get clean at all I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels an wash cloths . Overall do not stay here . Sometimes pay the money for a better quality hotel . The only nice people at the hotel is the people who offer the timeshare products . An the guest . Hotel staff is horrible . An don’t use this app they split your reservation an then you have to pay 2 deposit at the hotel an they don’t tell you that!!!!!!

Could not get wash cloths. Hard to get towels. Walls dirty. Breakfast dining room closed. Would not turn on pool lights that was to be open til 11pm. Grass about a foot high. Other uncared for landscaping. Had stayed there at least 15 times over the years and loved it. Very sad condition

“Worst case ever place to stay”
I employee don’t care if you are safe as their doors are broke and they never fixed it no restaurant are bar that was said to be open garbage everywhere pool was disgusting again garbage in and around the pool and parking lot toilets don’t flush 3 Chanel for the tv bed bugs and the rooms smell like mildew I went their for a nice memory I had with my family and because of the experience it was all ruined and when I went to call the front desk to get help with my door she hung up on me
