“Excellent hotel ”
We transit at EWR airport and spent an evening there. Their staff and super nice l, check in very efficient. Restaurant food were delicious and staff (Oscar)’s service was super good !! Highly recommend !!

“Close to airport, clean and tidy room”
The hotel is close to the Newark airport, with free shuttle every 15 - 30 minutes. The room is new, clean and tidy, though not very spacious. We booked without the breakfast, but tried the restaurant at the hotel for dinner. The food is good, with reasonable price. Overall the hotel is worth for recommendation.

“Not a hotel inside the terminal ”
Booked this hotel thinking it is located inside the terminal. However , on arrival at EWR, found out that it is located at the airport area , just like the other hotels around there. The hotel is surrounded by highways and parking lots, not walkable distance. Airport shuttle is less frequent than other hotels around there. Price much higher . Not really worth it if needing a hotel just to spend the night for early flights out of EWR. BTW, New York ''s subway - MTA runs 24hrs. Trains by NJ Transit start running from 4.30am, there is absolutely no need to stay near the airport, where there is nothing really to do. Food available only in the hotels or airport terminals only.

“Basic Airport Hotel - Shuttle took a long time to arrange.”
basic room but had all that you need, comfortable and good customer service. Good al Le cart menu to choose from and reasonably priced. Located on the airport grounds. When arriving at airport there is a hotel shuttle bus collection area with a phone to call reception and request a shuttle collect you. 30mins waiting at the airport after calling several times with no answer, finally got through 20mins later and bus arrived within 10 mins. Could have been the time we arrived (1.30am) that they were manning the phone, but this was annoying after a long flight.

Staff were friendly and helpful. 2 way hotel airport transfers were always on time, every 15mins 24/7 - drivers were eager to help with out bags and offered clear instructions on where to go to take the Airtrain or which Terminal we should alight.

“Overnight airline transit”
Very convenient with free shuttle to airport terminals every 15 minutes. Clean, modern rooms and a quality restaurant. All round comfort & convenience.

“Really great stay!”
The hotel was really near the airport, and you can use 24 hours shuttle service every 15 minutes to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and nice. Overall, it was really great staying in this hotel and if I ever go back to Newark airport, I would definitely revisit this hotel.

“Nice hotel for a layover.”
Nice hotel for a night layover. Nothing to do in the area without transport so we slept all night to catch a plane in the early morning.

“사용하지 않은 금액 부과.”
숙박비를 완납하고 이용했는데, 며칠뒤 카드 명세서를 보니까 추가로 50달러가 빠져나갔네요. 체크아웃할때 이미 완불해서 추가 차지 없다고 해서 이와 관련해서 여러번 이메일을 보냈는데 이메일이 반송와서 연락방법이 없네요. 관계자분이 확인하신다면 연락주세요

늦은밤 뉴왁공항도착해서 맨하튼 들어가기전 묵은 숙소인데 저럼한가격에 넓은 숙소 혼자 쓰고 좋았어요 공항에서 5분정도 걸리고 호텔서 셔틀버스있어서 왕복 편하게 왔네요 가격대비 만족이에요

“Closest to the airport”
Everything was good other than we were given the handicap room and water flow from the toilet put to the room during shower and the sensitive fire alarm rang in the room after hot shower water flow out. The reason was the steam from the shower
