“Could have cleaner rooms.”
Dog hair on couches, dirty windows and the rooms smell like mold.

“Dirty sheets, no one to talk to”
We arrived late at night into an apartment that had dirty sheets, trash not taken out, and just a generally dirty apartment that was not ready for new guests. We had no real choice but to stay. Our complaint to Agoda got is $13 credit. Too bad, do not stay here.

“Location location ”
Great location to beach, but could be cleaner and pool needs redone/heated. Staff is almost nonexistent other than cleaning crew that are always just waiting to flip the next room. Also it seemed that several people live in this complex and have dogs who like to bark. I’m a dog lover but that was irritating at times.

“wir würden wiederkommen”
Sehr schönes Apartment mit Loft-Character über 2 Etagen, sehr geräumig und nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, der Pool in der Mitte sehr schön. Für Key Biscane ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden wiederkommen.

“Gute Wahl in guter Lage”
Achtung!! Es wird eine Resort-Fee verlangt, von der ich im Vorfeld nichts wusste! Lag mit 25$ pP in meinen Augen auch recht hoch! Die Anlage liegt super, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, zum Supermarkt, oder zur Bushaltestelle. Die Einrichtung ist OK, könnte durchaus moderner sein. Der Pool und die Einrichtung drumherum könnten etwas besser gepflegt sein.

“Delightful Stay”
We spent a night here for work reason so we didn’t use the pool but it looks nice. There is a key to the beach which we used once to walk to Starbucks. :) Staff are nice. Room is clean.
