“Horrible Customer Service”
The hotel staff, specifically the night shift front desk worker, had the worst attitude and lacked the ability to work in the hospitality industry. My guest traveling with me was denied a roomkey when he was locked out if our room and when I pressed the issue, I was told I was permanently banned from this property and that if I spoke another word I would be kicked out immediately. Staff were able to verify my identity via video chat and with my ID. Still we were denied an additional key. Therefore, I had to leave dinner early to let my guest back into our room. As I went to get an additional key, the employee on duty threw the keys at me and told me not to come up there with “that drama!” This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and as an Army vet and world traveler, I’ve seen a lot. I would steer clear of this location especially when they are so comfortable leaving people in the cold without a place to stay that they paid for. As I write this, I still don’t know for sure if I am indeed banned for this hotel but either way I will never return. I ended up leaving the property in the middle of the night because idk if I would be kicked out or not and as a veteran, I need to feel safe when im sleeping which I did not.

“Dog barking all night. ”
I had someone below me with a dog that barked literally all night long. Thank god I then had someone in the parking lot in front of my room with their stereo as loud as it would go, with all four doors open while they cleaned out their car, to wake me up at 8:30am. The night staff was very friendly, and I’m sure they did what they were able in order to stop the barking. Unfortunately, when having long term residents staying at a motel they tend to not care about anyone else that might be staying there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My suggestion would be to dedicate a section of the motel to long term residents, allowing travelers the opportunity to rest as needed away from the noise.

For the money we paid , you'd think the rooms would be cleaner and some what stocked on towels and bathroom tissue

“Sketchy”
The staff was rude and very annoying by coming into the room unannounced 'house keeping' kept coming in a d asking when we were leaving after paying for another night.

“すごく良い”
The hotel is located in a very convenient side of town...it was close to the airport, & literally right beside of the main highways. It was very clean well maintained. Although, the staff was a bit rude a few times throughout the week that I stayed there, I can say that my 'stay' there was still pleasant. I would recommend this hotel, as long as one is able to overlook the rudeness & unprofessionalism of the staff.

“Terrible room”
Walked into the room unknowing the heat was on full blast of 90 degrees! Room had a distinctive smell of a old person smell that was off-putting. Even with the AC on full blast, would shut off after 5 minutes of working, the room would never get cool. Very unpleasant stay, not recommended

“Low end hotel”
This room was very beat up, the safe didn't work, the telephone didn't work when I tried to call front office. There was a peep hole burned through the curtain. The room wasn't very clean and the fixtures were very old and unsightly. It was fairly quiet though, and there are a few restaurants nearby.

“Bring your own microwave, fridge and iron”
The security latch in my room wasn't working properly. No microwave. Had to go to the front desk to heat up food or coffee. No coffee maker. Couldn't get the heat to come on during the late night/ morning hours.

“Happy to stay”
The inn was up to par for what I expected. The housekeeping was good and consistent. Beds made and fresh towels were put up every day. Just the basics and I’m good with that

“White smoke smell covered with chemicals”
When we walked into the room we could smell smoke covered with some kind of chemical perfume, this was a non-smoking room supposedly. The next morning when we left and for two or three days after we could still smell it on our other clothes in are suitcase and this really irritated us. Had to re-wash all of our clothes, because of this place. I need to figure out what rooms I’ve been smoked in and what rooms have not yet. Might want to stay away because of this.

“Was this room cleaned? ”
If this facility was disinfected in order to avoid the spread of COVID-19, that was not clear to me. I seriously recommend anyone staying there to ask if Covid-19 protocols are indeed followed prior to the next guest´ arrival.
