“Old but clean”
Keep in mind the facilities are old so it's never going to look sparkling clean. The room was big-enough room for a king size bed, tv stand/dresser, desk with chair and an additional 2 chairs with small table. The sink was outside the bathroom with the toilet and shower. My drain in my shower was clogged upon arrival but it was fixed within hours upon me letting the front desk know. Housekeeping never came but luckily I had enough towels from the first day. I've had this issue at other hotels lately too. Great location and free nightly parking.

“Professional staff & great facilities ”
Very convenient location & easy to be picked up by tour buses. Room is clean & beds are very comfortable. The best part is the staff's professionalism. Every single person I interact with was very kind and willing to help me.

“Hotel was ok, definitely needs updating”
The hotel was fine for our short stay, but needs some updating. Restaurant wasn’t open until our last morning, so continental breakfast was in bar, very minimal. The gift shop was closed for remodeling, and it just looked like quite a bit of work was needed to get the hotel fixed up and updated.

“Nice Hotel very close to Downtown Fairbanks”
This hotel was the perfect location, lost of places on walking distance. Downside is that we had issues with the toilet and the drainage on the bath tub and that seemed to be normal at downstairs bathroom as well. There is no airport shuttle and the kitchen was being remodeled so breakfast is cereal and pastries. Clean hotel and friendly staff

“Was good place to stay ”
Stayed for a night. Good location , close to everything. Clean room nice staff. Little disappointed the breakfast quality , all food were dry even a scrambled egg. Well, it’s complimentary breakfast so no argue here but it could be better

“Stolen clothes by housekeepers ”
We stayed in room 704 to accidentally left. some tshirts hanging in the closet called the next day and they were gone. Housekeepers stole them very disappointing would not recommend or stay there again

The bathroom in our room was disgusting. There was hair still left in the shower from whomever rented the room before us. The shower head was tiny which caused half our bodies to be cold while the other half was warm. Overall we will not be staying here again.

Westmark ,tallest in town. Haven't tried the higher end rooms, but they are very competitive with everywhere in town, the need more rooms that are handicap (ADA) compliant. At least a few Grab bars. Maybe nicer toilet paper. Staffs Great

The hotel is a little on the older side, but very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. I would definitely stay here again. Got a good rate on Agoda when we extended our trip.

“good reputable solid place to stay in Fairbanks!”
Room was large, big window, clean everywhere we looked. Mini-fridge was a nice asset. Higher floors have a nice view (we were on 6th floor). We enjoyed our stay.

The room next door had a loud couple that argued all night. The walls were very thin. When I called little was done to try and resolve or come up with a solution. When I left the couple had thrown pizza and trash outside both our rooms it wasn't pleasant at all. When I spoke with supervisor the only thing they said was hopefully next stay would be better.

“Very nice hotel”
The staff were very pleasant and the hotel nice and warm which was very welcome. A great base for exploring the area and chasing the northern lights. We saw the lights at Cleary Summit and it was fantastic. Also drive to North Pole/Chena Lake, Chena Hot Springs, and Denali during our 4 night stay at the Westpark.

“Don’t do it!”
I’m glad we were staying here for a few hours due to having an early arrival flight. There was hair everywhere on the bed sheets & pillows. A used straw under the bathroom sink. I’m going to assume they only clean the areas they think people won’t look at. The room was dark & dingy. When we checked in at 1:30 the gentleman was not friendly at all. Customer service is the field you are in it wouldn’t hurt to smile. Save your money! This is not the place to stay.

“페어뱅크스에서 만족한 하루 여정”
예약시 사진으로 본 것과 동일하게 잘 관리된 방으로 만족스러웠습니다. Fitness center, Lundary, Restaurant, giftshop등 부대시설도 잘 갖춰진 페어뱅크스에서 가장 규모있고 추천할만한 장소입니다. 다만 전자레인지가 없는 점은 아쉽네요.

I have stayed here before and had lovely stays, but not this time. The room I stayed in was very dark and oddly configured and kind of stashed away. Thankfully, I just needed it to sleep since I was busy elsewhere most of my trip.

“Lady at front desk morning shift ”
The lady who work at the front desk morning shift on 2dec 2023 has very poor in hospitality ..no service minded we had problems ABT our neighbours make noise for whole day whole night and we called front to help but nothg better till our neighbours knew that we complained them when we met them at the way to have. Breakfast he look at us very bad and we feel not safe we try to ask help but the lady at the front desk like ignored us like she doesn't care anything and also breakfast very bad only scramble egg sausage potato and cereal only location of this hotel is good and the room is clean
