“Unclean”
The electrical plugs did not work. Shower has mildew. Never cleaned out room. Never vacuumed or picked up room service try all all weekend. Only positive was the restaurant Chart House. Well worth eating at

“Would not recommend ”
Only because the location sucks, We were no where the boardwalk. NOT much to do inside the hotel. The casino is very small.

“goos”
it was good but not great! I called because my room smelled like cigarette and they said it was a non smoking room! They will send someone and find me a new room! No one came and no new room. I called the next day they said I have no new room for you! All I can do is send housekeeping to spray! They did and I was sneezing for 30 minutes and the smell was still there.

“Fall stay at golden,nugget ”
All hotels Stat check in at 4pm unless available, I walked up to the front desk with no one else in the front desk area at 1.40pm and they wanted to charge me $30 for early check in,I guess they'd rather have 700 people approach the desk all at once instead of having an orderly check in in progress, went upto the room and decided to wash my hands after putting my clothes away, surprise,all the water run through the pipes and onto the floor,called front desk and again someone else saw I didn't pay the early check in and was more concerned about $30 than fixing or changing my room. No security to get on elevators but had a lock down for the gym

Bit pricy room was dusty especially the bathroom but it was a nice stay. Bathroom soap was empty. Hk has to pay attention to those details. Behind the bathroom mirror it was dusty. Other than that room was nice.

The hotel is average. The wifi in the rooms is spottie. The shower water pressure was great. the room was clean. Water coming out of the sink and the shower started out brown. love the casino the flashback Friday bands. I understand the hotel is under renovation. hopefully it will be done soon.

“Overall impression:filth”
The room reeked of smoke despite being in a nonsmoking section. The staff at check-out were rude and rushed us out even though I was checking out four hours before the checkout time. Additionally, the bathroom was clogged. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Look for other options.

Dirty towels dumped in one corner in the bathroom. I was so shocked coz it upsets me knowing this is what I got in a huge resort hotel like this.I have been staying in other hotels anywhere I go but this one really disappoints me.

“Don’t book and stay away”
The staff were helpful and the check-in processes was quick. However, the rooms are terrible. Our bathroom door was broken, toilet was dirty and poorly cleaned. The sheets and pillows had a terrible smell to them. The bathtub window and bathtub were also poorly cleaned. The casino itself is small and barely anyone at the casino on Saturday night. The management team of this hotel should be fired immediately. Overall Golden nugget hotel is run down and old. Never will we stay here again.

“One of the better AC casino hotels ”
It's not as big as some of the others in AC but it has enough for 1-2 days. Rooms are nicer than the other two big casino hotels in the Marina district of AC.

“Never ready for check in”
I have booked rooms here before and every time the room is never ready by 4 pm for check in. It’s always after 7.

“Golden Tarnish”
Dark,old style tiny rooms even tinier bathroom. They call it a luxory King Room. Nothing luxurious about it. Casino is dark and minimal table game selections. No veriety. Booked through Agoda who did not live up to their terms. I prepaid and at checkout there was a TOR charge of $37. I have no idea what that is. I am not done with Agoda customer service. I will not return to Golden Nugget.

“Amazing vacation on a budget”
Seriously, take a look at this hotel for a great deal and luxurious stay! The pool and hot tub area is definitely the best part, you can't beat the rooftop view. Staff is kind and helpful too, and the happy hours offered are great.

“Golden Nugget ”
My stay at the Golden nugget was very bored. The casino itself needs to be updated asap. The restaurants were very mich over price for the location of the casino and needing up grades the prices should have been a lot more cheaper. I had to leave the casino to have fun and to eat..Overall the staff is nice and the room was OK not the best. I would not recommend this Casino at all.

“Clean Hotel Room but No Business Center or Quiet Lounge”
We booked this hotel working remotely thinking it has a business center especially since they advertise heavily on hosting conferences, but there’s no business center. We basically had to take our work calls in the bathrooms.

Hotel is great very clean and amazing staff but the location is far from the boardwalk so not fun. Either drive or take a cab there, not so convenient. However the area is nice and quiet.

“Sons birthday trip ”
I was very taken aback when another couple was given key cards to our room. I was showering and heard a couple standing at our door attempting to get in when I immediately went to the door and questioned them before they could enter and I found out they were given the same key cards to our room. I was very disturbed and uncomfortable. I called the front desk and immediately complained and was given food vouchers which was extremely nice but I feel my room ultimately should have been discounted as this was a major violation of our privacy and rights. We also never received a room turn while we were they for 2 days. Our room remained unclean and we received no fresh towels. I am very disappointed with my stay at the golden nugget and I do not recommend this hotel.

“Poor check in”
Our room wasn't ready until 9:00 pm. Oh and there is a sign at check that states $32 per day resort fee that is in addition to what you have already paid. They did take that off for the late check in, wow mighty nice if them. The deck was fun. The pool was fine.

The hotel is nice for the money. Staff was not helpful check in. Tried to give us a single queen bed and was told that was the only thing available.

“Nice hotel and casino”
First time in AC and it was a nice hotel and casino. Next time I will probably choose one right on the boardwalk though. I did thoroughly enjoy the pool area here as well as the deck by the marina. Easier to navigate than some of the other casinos such as Harrah’s or the hard rock

“My Father’s Day experience ”
I had a great room with a beautiful view The staff is pleasant My only complaint was that my remote control died my bath tub had spots in it My air conditioner wasn’t working but I notified the staff and they fixed it right away I would definitely recommend and come back again
