“ルームサービスの食事が美味しかった”
帰国便が早めの時刻だったので素泊まり一泊でしたが、お部屋もバスつきの水回りも広く快適でした。ホテルインフォメーションやルームサービスメニューなどはペーパーレスでQRコード読み取り。ルームサービスでいただいたスモークサーモンとグリーンサラダ、アイスクリーム添えのチョコレートプディングはとても美味しかったです。空港行きのタクシーの予約時刻の繰り上げも当日スムーズに受けてくれましたし、へたくそな英語でもちゃんと聞き取って対応してくれたので、一定レベルのサービスが期待できるホテルだと感じました。

“当たり前だけど、乗り継便利”
事前のEメールでのやりとりやチェックインの際の印象はあまりよいものではなかったけれど、やはり便利。 T5のアライバルホールで案内がもう少しわかりやすければ、と思う。 部屋は快適。ゆっくり休めた。 1泊したのちに英国内を１泊してまたヒースローに戻り、フランクフルトに行かねばならないので、 スーツケースを預かってもらえないかと問い合わせたら、わかりくい返答の上、再度確認したところ 「戻った際に宿泊するのなら有料で」とのこと。 要は、チェックアウトした宿泊客の荷物は有料でも１泊も預からない、とのことでした。 もう少しユーザーフレンドリーだといいのですが、立地を考えると殿様商売でもよいのでしょうね。

“とても快適なホテル”
まずロケションの良さ、ヒ一スロ一空港直結で遅い到着便でも便利。部屋へのリフトもカ一ド管理されていて安心感がある。隅々まで清潔感がある。朝食のバイキング、夕食のフレンチレストランも美味しく居心地が良い。ジム、スパも併設されておりこちらもやはり清潔で快適。スタッフも親切な対応。

“トランジット”
トランジットのために利用しましたが、空港から直結の為便利です。 金額は少し張りますが、移動を考えるとこちらでよかったと思います。 設備自体はほぼ使用しなかったためわかりません。

“ターミナルに直結していて大変便利”
静かで清潔、ターミナルに直結している大変便利なホテルでした。 チェックインの時に夕食の予約を聞かれてお願いしたのですが、フロントからレストランに予約が伝わっていませんでした。感じの悪い女性スタッに追い帰されそうになり不愉快でした。 朝食も同じレストランでしたが、朝のスタッフはキビキビと仕事をしていて気持ちが良かったです。 夕食後、クラブフロアも利用しましたが、席が少なめだったので、ソファ席を相席で座りました。おつまみや飲み物は揃っていて、くつろぎげました。夕食の事を除いては、居心地の良いホテルでした。

“トランジット用には勿体無い程の高級感”
BAで到着、翌朝6時のBA便で出発・・・という行程だったため、第5ターミナル直結のここを選択。普段こんな高級ホテルをトランジット用に使う事は無く、他に選択肢が無かったのである意味止むを得ずに選んだのだが、結果的に大正解。トランジット用には勿体ない程の高級感溢れる広々とした客室で、スタッフの対応も高レベル。ゆっくりくつろぐ事が出来た。ターミナル直結なので、空港の商業施設（スーパーも有り）を気軽に利用出来るのも便利だし、何より空港へのアクセスを考えるストレスが無いのが有り難い。料金は確かに安くは無いが、額相応の価値は充分に感じた。 ただ、第5ターミナル以外からの発着の方には「直結」のメリットが稀薄になる恐れもあるので、利用便がどのターミナル発着かを事前に確認してからの予約をおススメする。

“日を跨ぐトランジットには最適”
到着と出発が同じターミナルだったので、移動は非常に少なく朝早いチェックインもホテルから5分程度ということで立地は申し分無い。施設的にも特に不自由さも無く非常に快適でした。翌早朝出発等であればこれ以上のホテルは無いと思います。

“ヒースロー空港トランジット初体験にもってこい、特にBAからBAには！”
とにかく空港内でとても便利。予約後に本サイト口コミに、行き方が分かりにくいと有り、覚悟して降りましたが、いやいや、天井から吊り下げられた案内板の中のベッドのマークを見ながら進めば、自然とたどり着きます。距離も関空の様には行きませんが、羽田、成田に比べたら楽です。

ターミナル5から歩いて行ける。空港に近いが静か。フロントの対応が良かった。ターミナル5を利用する人にはおすすめです。屋内を少し歩きますが、スーツケースを持って移動できます。少し表示の分かりにくい部分はありますが、朝から電車に乗って移動しなくても良いのはポイントが高いです。レストランは利用していませんが、湯沸かし器もあり、快適に過ごしました。

“空港誓い”
新しい(2013.4)、空港から近い、静かターミナル５から近く、早朝や深夜便利用の方には便利です。ただ、到着フロアからホテルフロントまでの行き方が、良く分からず、近くのショップ店員に聞きました。案内頼りに、エレベーターまでは行けるのですが、エレベーター乗る際に、Sofitelの表示がなく、乗るのをためらいました。でも、乗ると行き先には、Sofitelの表示がありました。エレベーター乗る前に、Sofitelフロント行きが確認できればと思いました。エレベーター降りてからも、結構、歩きましたが、レセプションまで迷うことはありません。

ベットが最高、清潔、ターミナル5直結ターミナル5直結ですが、朝の5時ごろホテルをでて、ローカルバスでターミナル移動しましたが、 これが意外と大変でした。 重いスーツケースをローカルバスで運ぶのはしんどいです。 しかし、ベットの寝心地は最高。 価格がもう少しさがれば、また泊まりたいくらいによい。

“Heathrow terminal 5に直結で便利”
出発前の一泊に便利なホテルレストランはおいしいが（夜も安くない）、朝食込でないと、朝ごはんは高い（約20ポンド）。朝食の値段としては取りすぎ。当然食べなかった。代わりにTeaという喫茶店の朝ごはんは、それほど高くなく（9～11ポンド位）、豪華ではないが、量も十分だったので、朝食込でなく宿泊する場合は、こちらを進めます。部屋はそこそこ豪華なのだが、細かいところの気配りがかけていると思う。例えば、シャワーのキュービックの下から床に水が漏れる構造になっているとか、風呂のカーテンがないので、どう使っても水が床にかかるようになっている（ので使わなかった）とか、ドライアーが使いにくい、トイレットペーパーホルダーが見栄えはいいが、紙が裏側に落ちて使いにくいなど多々ある。また室内にレストランや喫茶室のメニューや値段、朝食の値段が書いていないなど、細かいところが不親切。設備だけ5つ星のホテルの典型。1泊なので、まあ良いですが、長期滞在をするホテルではないと思う

“ターミナル５の利用者には便利なホテル”
部屋が広くてきれいロンドン市内に滞在し、出発の朝が早いということでホテル直結のこちらのホテルを利用しました。 ターミナル5に到着し、ホテルを探しましたが、場所がわからなくなかなか見つかりませんでした。ホテルへはエレベータで1Fへ行くと専用通路があります。どのエレベータでもよいわけではなく、出発ロビーでいうとAカウンターとBカウンターの間を通って一旦外に出たところにあるエレベータに乗ると行けます。到着ロビーでいうと、地下鉄の方へ行って外に出たところにあるエレベータに乗ります。 部屋は広くて寝るだけではもったいないです。バスタブとシャワー室がありました。冷蔵庫には、炭酸なしとありの水が1本ずつ入っていました。（無料です） 夕食はホテルのレストランを利用し、ステーキとサラダを食べましたが、とてもおいしかったです。

“ヒースローターミナル５から”
ターミナル5からのアクセスが抜群です。部屋も綺麗空港側なのに静かで朝までぐっすり眠れます。このホテルに移るまでＵＫ8泊イタリア5泊していましたが、ベットはここが最高でした。ルームサービスで夕食と朝食を注文しましたが、おいしかったし給仕係りもとても丁寧でした。 欠点はレストランの数が少なく場所も貧弱だということです。バー(パブ？）はありますが。バスタブとシャワーブースが分かれているのは日本人には使い難いかもしれません。また歯ブラシやバスローブはありません。

清潔ホテルとは直接関係ないですが、12/24-26のあたりは毎年、公共交通機関が動かないことが多いらしく旅行者にとっては難。12/25は地下鉄もストップしていました。

ターミナル５直結で利便性が良い翌日からコッツウォルズ方面へレンタカーを利用して旅行するため、到着日に宿泊しました。 室内は清掃も行き届いており不都合は皆無です。 ホテル内のレストランや空港内の施設も利用できるため食事面での心配は不要です。 早朝や深夜便でヒースロー到着（or出発）での利用に適しております。 空港直結のため、ロンドン市内とのアクセス抜群です。

“Eve of flight”
I arrived at 10:45pm and was clearly shattered so needed and hoped for a smooth check-in service, which is what I received . The Reception team were friendly and efficient. I had paid for a double room but to my surprise, was upgraded to a suite. It was lovely and welcoming. The bed was super comfy and the facilities were perfect.

“Mixed bag”
Great location for Terminal 5. Room had various issues - cold tap in bathroom almost impossible to move - basin v slow to drain - smelt of drains - bedside remote controls for lights in the room didn’t work But great bed and nice amenities and quiet Food in hotel as you would expect over priced so take your own Only just worth the nightly rate

“A nice stay”
We had a good stay, the hotel is very quiet. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and does give 5 start throughout the lobby and bar. The rooms on the other hand were more 4 star as they did not stand out from other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed. All the staff I encountered were very nice and accommodating. The spa is not included in the price which was disappointing as most hotels I have stayed included use of some of the spa facilities ie sauna and jacuzzi - due to this I would not rush back to this hotel as there are other nicer hotels which do include spa use for free. The location is perfect for the airport, not so much if you’re not using the airport.

“Late night stopover for a connecting flight”
As a returning guest, I was once again impressed by the consistent quality and service at the Sofitel London Heathrow. My recent stay was due to an unexpected layover, and the last-minute booking process was seamless, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. The convenience of the hotel's location cannot be overstated—directly connected to Terminal 5, it made my brief stopover hassle-free. Despite the rushed nature of my booking, I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and my room was ready without delay. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and restful stay. The luxurious bed and soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, allowing me to recharge before my onward journey. I did receive a complimentary upgrade to a King Room as a returning guest which was a nice treat. I will say that compared to other hotels around this area it is more expensive, however the convenience of its location makes it my go-to stay when using Terminal 5. Overall, the Sofitel London Heathrow remains my go-to choice for layovers. Their consistent dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with the unbeatable convenience of their location, makes them an outstanding option for travelers. Highly recommend!

Luxury hotel, but dint manage to use the facilities. Very welcoming. Serve good breakfast too. Just the way to the hotel is slightly far. Carrying heavy luggage will be annoyed.

“Great Stay”
Stayed here multiple times and you cannot get a better nights sleep ahead of travelling from terminal 5. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the bar and restaurants there are always great.

“Overpriced ”
It’s an ok hotel but nothing special rather dark and outdated and the only thing going for it is that it is attached to terminal 5

“Great location for T5”
Really easy for T5. Used off airport parking which pickup car in short stay then walked into hotel and T5 next day, big parking saving off sets hitel cost. Food expensive but was really nice.

“As good as ever ”
Very smooth checking in and room cool clean and quiet. One comment would be that the food prices are becoming a bit silly especially for breakfast at almost £34 pounds per person. Detracts from a really excellent overall experience.

“Does its job. ”
Easy to walk to terminal 5. Paid £250/night. Expensive but worth it if you want convenience. The gym is spartan but adequate.

“The only place to stay for T5”
Very convenient, elegant hotel. Drinks are expensive. £27 for 2 gin and tonics. Take the short walk into the terminal and pay much less.

“Wonderful for weary travelers”
After a month spent in the rainiest Sept ever in England, we arrived exhausted having braved flooding, snapped windscreen wipers, leaking roofs in VRBOs, Covid and a dreadful cold. The magnificent staff greeted us and settled us quickly into our luxury room. We had splurged a little after such a challenging month. We were delighted to find a fridge full of complementary beverages, both of us being dehydrated. The room was spacious enough not to feel cramped and for two nights and days, until our Terminal 5 flight, we slept. It was perfect for our needs.

“Excellent LHR T5 Hotel”
Started the holiday here. Nice hotel with a good bar and restaurant. Expensive but worth it to avoid getting up at 4am.

“Noisy”
There was wedding banquet in the same building. Music, especially deep bass, was too noisy to fall asleep. As our flight is early in the morning, I requested several times to take measures. It was, however, later than 24:30 when music stopped. Primary purpose to choose this hotel is to get some rest before/after long flights. If it’s that noisy, there’s no point to choose this hotel. We’re very much disappointed about the noise and communication.
