Overall, my stay was great. Except on my first day of breakfast, one of the restaurant staff members was a little rude when he took off the breakfast menu.
Quite disappointed with my stay seems like a hotel is posing as radisson on the outside with 3 star quality's on the inside Room was very dusty, furniture and storage areas were of a tired wooden quality. In some areas the wood was unvarnished and peeling
The room is spacious for a family of 4. The location is so convenient. The price is reasonable as a hotel in London. Highly recommended!
Perfect location, directly next to the underground, convenient stores and the gym. Professional and accommodating staff.
Great location, basic room for a Radisson
Place was not as promising. A lot of homeless people in the area. Didn’t clean the room even if light was indicated. Had to request. Room was quite small.
The location on the map looks good and central, but the neighbourhood is a bit dangerous. The airconditioning was really loud. I would recommend that USB outlets are installed next to the bed, not just at the desk. I did not interact much with the staff, but found them polite and helpful nonetheless.
excellent location. 30 sec walking distance to Warren Street tube station.
a good hotel, rooms are good with all the necessities. Location is good, lots going on. Staff are friendly and professional. Will return the hotel and use the brand again.
Very close to the tube, within walking distance to St. Pancras and Kings Cross. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many eateries and supermarkets right below.
Close to Euston, kings cross and warren st tube station. Super convenient to go to all touristy spots without getting stuck in traffic ! Loved the shops and restaurants tucked into the second or third streets from the main road.
Pros: Location was excellent. Next to Tesco Express (24hrs). Single room was big enough to move about. WiFi was fast. Cons:B/fast was just ok - The same everyday. Shower basin was clogged & bathroom very cramped. No tea/coffee provided in room.
We enjoyed our stay here during the holidays. It was great value for money.
I strongly advise against booking at Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, London. The experience was a complete letdown, characterized by deceitful advertising and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. The rooms shown on Agoda are a sham; they bear no resemblance to what you actually get. When confronted, the hotel shamelessly claims those are premium rooms, demanding extra fees for what was initially promised. Caught in a frustrating blame game between the hotel and Agoda, my holiday was utterly ruined. This hotel's practices are misleading and exploitative. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration – avoid this hotel at all costs. There are far better, more honest options available.
More spacious rooms, compared to other hotel accommodation in Central London. I liked that they had ice dispenser on my floor. The price is just a bit too expensive, just as most stuff are in London.
The hotel is good for stay, room is considered big and staffs are very friendly. They even helped us to keep our luggage (we have checked out and left the hotel but called them after realizing that we missed our Eurostar and got a much later replacement). Very good service!
It was a nice, clean hotel located in a convenient location. The breakfast was very good as well!
Good: 1) You just walk 20 seconds from Underground 2) The room is very clean Bad : 1) The premium room is small than expected 2) The bathroom is super small
if you are sole traveler, if you want to reach to SOHO, British museum, and use the trains easily, this is good choice. room is cozy, but old little bit, when you walk in the room, you can feel your weight lol staffs are really kind and professional
Great hotel in wonderful location. Easy to get to all tourist locations.
Shame as hotel is conveniently located, has great staff and breakfast, but we had our worst night’s sleep ever. Don’t know if there are rooms that are better located for reduced noise from the street / traffic, but I assume not as we asked for a quiet room when checking in.
Great staff and helpful in changing room from one which was noisy. Breakfast a bit strange as usually a buffer but everything made to order as hotel was low on occupancy because of coronavirus.
There was initial confusion as they said we had no evidence of our booking ! But once, fortunately, sorted everything was fine. Breakfast expensive but Paul cafe next door. Very comfortable bed, slept like a top.
My daughter and I stayed for Friday night, as we had theatre tickets and decided to make a weekend of it. The location is excellent, a stone’s throw away from Warren Street tube station. We took the tube to Leicester Square to get to the theatre (3 stops) and walked back, which took around 20 minutes. The room was very comfortable, well appointed and quiet. My only criticism is that the hairdryer is in the bedroom (and can’t be moved), so I couldn’t dry my hair, as my daughter was sleeping in the room. The staff were very pleasant, and the check in process went very smoothly. We had drinks in the eclectic bar after the show, and the Margarita was excellent. I paid £56 for the room, which was very good value for such a central, nice quality hotel. I highly recommend it for a London stay.
Wide, can open the window to ventilation. Amazing view, the best breakfast. Little noisy of siren for police, cause located the hospital beside the hotel.
Hotel is just next to Warren Street Station. Very convenient. Best thing is that there escalators which makes it so much easier to move the luggage. Can easily transfer to Green Park Station and then onward train to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line.
Stay started unpleasantly when we were put in small queen sized double bed and cramp room. We asked to change to 2 single beds room instead and Shefa was super helpful to do that! She even took the trouble to show us 2 rooms with 2 single beds for us to see before working out the room change. The new room with 2 single beds are much better..... More like the type of room that I expect from Raddisson. Stay at checkout was also very helpful to suggest that we can easily walk to Euston Station rather than pay for the 1 stop train ride. So, on the whole, the stay was a great one except for the first night.
very pool isolation of street noise . specially face to street room .
The tea and coffee facilities in the room were under par, when we arrived there was no coffee sachets and the tea bags and milk looked like they had been there a long time, the packaging was very tatty. The cooked breakfast was very limited and I had to ask twice for a pot of tea although other people were being seated after me and they were asked their choice of tea and coffee. Overall the value for money, location and friendly staff was fantastic and I will definitely stay again and recommend to a friend - thank you.
Not worth the money at all
These is the 3rd hotel I stayed at London, I would say this is the best hotel among the other two even the range and price are about the same. Knowing London Hotel is ain't cheap, since I need to spend this money I will rather stay at Radisson the room are more comfortable and spacious. Staff was very friendly and comfortable lobby. Room is clean and high ceiling. have all the convenient store downstairs and so near to the underground. But you can hear the people laughing, police car sirent at night which is quite disturbing. Suggest to request room not facing the street. Not very luggage friendly because you still need to walk a few steps of stairs from lift to the room. But overall I'm still satisfy with my stay.
Very convenient location and a supermarket nearby. The only issue was the check in. Maybe it was during a busy period, but we arrived at 12pm and only got our rooms at 5pm. The queue and crowds in the reception area were horrendous. Everyone just hanging around waiting.
Excellent location.
Very cramped entrance hall, hardly ever anyone opening the front door which has to be pushed. It was like a station in rush hour in the foyer and trying to get breakfast. My single room small but adequate. But the walls like cardboard and could hear exactly what people were saying let alone the party that ensued until around 3 a.m. The security no. is not in the book on the desk only on the card I was issued. Anyway they should check the floors for noise at night. Also the so-called security in the lift is useless. Only one of you swipes the gadget and you can all go to any floor. I found that a nuisance and was new to such a gadget when I arrived late and exhausted.
Great hotel and location but very noisy on the front of hotel (room 407)
For 180 euros a night one expects toiletries, mini bar and a nicer looking room, breakfast was excellent
The location of the hotel is the best. The Warren Street station is just beside the hotel and is near to many restaurants and shops. The service was very good and the room was always clean. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Definitely gonna recommend this to my friends.
Check in was easy and accommodating, the room was clean and had everything I needed. Housekeeping staff was nice, as were the door people and reception staff. Check out was easy as well. All in all, great hotel. It was my second time there, and I’m sure I’ll be back soon.
good
This hotel is great! Its location is good, just 20 meters from Warren Straat Tube station, and you can easily walk to Euston station, British Museum, even to Oxford street. It has quite tiny rooms but still big enough to sleep and relax after long days walk/wandering. I like this so much that I came here again and will come again too. It´s easy to stay here.
