“Great place and great location”
Should consider booking this hotel if you are an Indian. Walking distance to underground is like 2-3 mins. So many indian food options nearby. Also the area is really good and safe. The hotel and the room were upto the mark.

“Worth the distance”
Just walking distance from the Wembley station, but quite a distance overall from city. Nonetheless, it's a great place overall for a stay with family.

“Well priced hotel, close to the train station”
The room was clean and very comfortable. Very close to Wembley Park station , several eating options nearby and close to the factory outlet. There's also a LIDL close by in case you need to pick up a few things .

“Good location and convenient l, but facilities need to improve”
Close to the Wembley Park station, staff is nice. But the facilities need to improve: the shower water flow is slow; one lift is always out of order. I need to wait for 20-25 mins for the lift when a tour comes on that day.

“Fantastic night.”
A lovely hotel in a great location for Wembley. It was quiet and great blackout curtains meant a great night's sleep.

Started off bad by taking 10 minutes for them to open the gates to me to get into the car park and finished off bad by closing the bar at 11. Shit attitude from managers on both days as well

“Do not stay at this hotel”
I lodged at this hotel with my family and a staff gained access into our room unauthorised, to solicit for help with his wife who has allegedly been trafficked. The hotel reception desk staff denied he was an employee of the hotel and offered no resolution so we had to call the police. It was only then that the hotel manager showed up and admitted he is a maintenance staff who has the MasterCard that gives him access to all the rooms in the hotel. This hotel does not have security policies in place to protect lodgers. Stay there at your own risk

“Holiday stay”
In London for a holiday. Location wise, easy to get in and out of the city, two tube lines available. Price was great for a place this big and comfy, with excellent staff. Not my first time, but I'm partial to novotels in London and use them for all my trips the past few years before Covid as well. Need a big room and comfy bed to unwind after a day out in London? Novotel's your go to. Close to the tube and under 30mins to central London!

“A hotel that I would recommend anyone visiting London”
We are visiting London during the Christmas period as a family. Mom and Dad, and me as a 21-years-old adult. They arranged a sofa-bed for us in the room, so this room is able to fit three person. Other than that, the buffet breakfast here had a very consistent taste with a good variety. The location here is absolutely convenient - just a 3-min walk away from the underground station. Near the hotel is a outlet mall for shopping, with restaurants for a quick bite, or just to get some comfort food, It is all available here.

“Needs refurbishment”
excellent location very close to the metro station. the room need refurbishment mostly the carpets. the door latch did not work. the secondary latch was there to save the day/ the nights. Breakfast was a good spread, and the staff were nice. In the common area there was only lift for all the guests last 5 days and the other one was not repaired quoting safety issues making it tortuous waiting for the elevator.

“Alright place”
Average hotel, below average cleanliness, run down furniture, but outdated, need a good refurbishment. Only one functioning lift makes life a bit harder than usual given the hotel is big.

“Not value for money”
Based on amount of money they charge , I expected more from the hotel. out of two service lifts one was not working for more than a week. they don't provide any help if you have too many bags of luggage. Staff availability is low and hence response times are high. room cleaning staff is bit rude

“Our favourite place to stay in London.”
The hotel room was clean. Location is accessible by train, bus and taxi. Good breakfast in the morning, they provided gluten-free bread. Supermarket nearby, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Perfect post event hotel”
We stayed here at the Novotel Wembley after a concert at Wembley arena. It's only a 10-minute walk away and provided a comfortable and very convenient place to stop overnight. Clean and spacious room and ensuite bathroom and a very much appreciated kettle and tea making facilities! Highly recommended

“Home away form home”
For us, it was perfect in every way. The staff been so helpful when we arrived with our two bikes! Looking for a place to park it. Bring a lock though. The room we got were clean, spacious for London, modern and in great location even though it’s in Zone 4. It’s stone throw away to the tube which takes 20+ min to the city Centre. We were so sad to leave the place. Tq to all the staff for keeping the room clean every day. Hence, I’m going to give a very bad rating for some selfish reason :) so that less people comes here. So when we return, the place is still immaculate!

“A very happy and pleasant stay”
We stayed in Novotel for 3 days and 2 nights at their suite. The staffs were good, standard english breakfast. The hotel was strategically located with the train station being less than 2 minute walk and lots of eateries and shopping places around. I would definitely recommend this for families with children.

“Great service! Lovely staff & the comfiest beds ”
I enjoyed my stay here last night, location is great, parking is accessible, the staff were polite, helpful & explained all the new changes made in place for COVID etc. A shame we came on a weekend when tier 4 got put into place but apart from that I’d definitely come back and stay again !

“We love this hotel”
The location is just perfect for us, close to the train station and a bus shelter. Many options of places to eat within walking distance, also shops and supermarket. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and it's a plus because they have gluten-free bread. Definitely will stay here next time we are in London.

Gd: 1. Very spacious 2. Modern design 3. Very clean 4. Very gd breakfast 5. Coffee shops, convenience stores, super markets, and many restaurants nearby 6. 3 min walk from Wembley Park station 7. Love the coat rack with a bench Consider: 1. A bit far from city, at least 30mins travel (surely trade off of the price u pay for) 2. Water pressure of shower head is not large enough 3. Access card to be used to activate the lift doesn’t work sometimes even after a change 4. A few staff attitude at the cafe were a bit rude and not willing to serve 5. Kettle is a bit dirty on the surface (inner is fine which is the most important) Basically 9/10 with no doubt for the price, the bad points are minor

“Value for money!”
Friendly staffs (Especially Darcy! you are doing a good job keep it up). Location is in the outer region of london (Wembley) which is about 12 km from the city centre. If you prefer a quiet and peaceful sleep after your travelling then this is the area to choose. PS: if you are considering between Hilton or Novotel, PLEASE GO FOR NOVOTEL (i stayed in both on my last trip)

“Excellent location & very close to Underground, fast check in and check out”
There is room for cleaningless inside the room. Too much dust was found on the curtain and carpet. Also, rust stains were found on the white bath towels. In the Morning on 3 Nov 2019, when we checked out, there were too many people congested inside the hotel main lobby because of the game to be held at the nearby stadium. To the worse, my friend could not drive his car to the hotel to pick us up because of the blockage of nearby roads by the police. We needed to walk for long way to get on the car parked outside the Wembley Park Station.

“Love overall of hotel”
Best Location with best facilities and easy to into transportation with a few walk. Hotel is near outlet mall. Room size is bigger than hotel in London (zone 1-2) with the same price.

“Ok room rude breakfast staff”
Pros- big room, quick check in, good location for underground station and stadium/ arena. Cons- broken shower head, paid for superior queen two single beds shoved together, room card wouldn't let me back in room had to get replacement and finally poor breakfast selection and rude staff. Had to wait for food to be replenished, scrambled egg way overcooked, bacon tough and beans cheap tasting.

“Good location”
Nice hotel and the room is very clean. Great location and sure will come back again. Staff was good but we did not have much interaction. Overall its a very good hotel to be in.

Hotel is 2-3 mins walk from Wembley Park underground. Easily noticeable. Room size and toilet is spacious. Decent hotel, nothing much to complain about. Cafes and mac donald available around the hotel.

“Super comfy!!!!!”
Everything is good. The location is not that super center but, it’s not that far from the famous spots either! The bed is comfy, the room is clean, the staff are kind. We had a happy, comfy, enjoyable stay there. Im willing to go there again! The price is reasonable. So i strongly recommend. Don’t hesitate!!!

“Had an enjoyable stay!”
Stayed for four nights and the service was impeccable. Made me feel like home with their few extra gestures seldom seen in hotels in London. Shower is decent and breakfast is doing okay. I hope they can improve the breakfast by having different menu each day for customers who are staying a few days. It is really convenient as it is nearby coop, sainsbury, lidl, mcd and also london designer outlet. As it is in zone 4, you may need to travel half hour on tube to town. But it didnt bothered me. This town is new and growing with new development around there. Maybe provide glass cups in room instead of plastic ones and also free bottled water will be much appreciated. Good value for money and the tube station has lift. Suitable for children and also travelling with large suitcases.

Really good stay lovley clean hotel near ovo arena (2mins walk) only down side bar shut at 11pm when there was a concert on and the heating in the corridor area was slightly too warm but that's personal preference.
