“機能的”
①アップルのパソコンがあり便利 ②クッキーなどサービスがよい ③ドライクリーニングも正確、丁寧だった一つだけ残念だったのはバスタブがなくシャワーだけだったこと。それ以外は文句なしだっただけに残念。あとケーブルテレビでNHKがなかったのもマイナス。

“地下鉄Tower Hillから徒歩2分、コストパフォーマンスが良いホテル”
シンプルなデザイン、便利な場所地下鉄Tower Hillから徒歩2分、Tower of LondonやTower Bridgeも近く観光に絶好のロケーションです。ホテルの設備もシンプルにまとまっており、部屋にはテレビの代わりにiMacが置かれていました。但しバスタブはありません。朝食なしでしたが、ホテルのレストランの他にNatural Kitchenというオーガニックのデリの支店が併設されてるので、サンドイッチやフルーツ等を買い部屋で楽しむ事ができ便利でした。

“Best in the Business”
The hotel boasts a central location, expert staff, and delicious cuisine. Its prime location and excellent hospitality make it ideal for first-time visitors to London, with many iconic landmarks nearby. I highly recommend it and will certainly return for future visits to London.

“Beware London Black Cab drivers ”
Excellent experience marred by Black Cab Drivers heckling and abusing people coming or leaving the hotel using ANY other car- even private cars!!! The hotel management should take some initiative to correct this- unless the cab drivers own the hotel.

From arrival to departure the staff where superb The room and bathroom where spotless It’s about 5 minutes from the Tower of London and 2 minutes from the tube The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Would recommend this hotel and will be back for sure

Small room but great location. In room Amenities is not fully equipped. we booked 2 rooms but being separated on different floor (different floor with my children). After request, they arranged us at the same floor, but far from each other that not convenient for me still.

One night stay to transit between cities. Its a nice hotel (with many rooms n long long corridors to lift) on the outside but super old inside. Huge room and comfy bed, london hotels need to be providing basic toiletries on top of shampoo/lotion/body wash.

Hotel is nicely situated for central London and easy access to transport.The hotel room was too warm but after some misunderstandings a fan was provided.The only complaint was the bedroom doors slam shut and shake the walls,when the maids are doing the rooms(6 th fl and others)it’s like thunder,the fire door closers need adjusting

“Good location ”
The location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, cleanliness of the room I think was not given importance by the staff. I used drinking glasses from the day I arrived and they were left unwashed with empty bottles still on top of the table when I checked out after 5 days. Breakfast selection was also not very good.

“Bad attitude and smelly ”
The hotel is in a convenient location, but it’s definitely an older facility that could use some updates. Check-in was frustratingly slow; they required my booking number and had me re-enter my personal information because everything they received was incorrect. The 6th floor had an overpowering odor from the carpet that made the stay unpleasant. Checking out wasn’t much better. When I returned to pick up my luggage, the staff member was very dismissive, ignoring us as we waited. I understand he was busy, but a simple “please wait” would have gone a long way. This experience left me questioning whether his attitude was due to us being Asian, as we felt disregarded. Overall, the hotel’s location is the only real highlight, but the poor service and outdated facilities make it hard to recommend.

“Redecorating”
We stayed at Hilton Tower Hill to celebrate our 1st Wedding Anniversary and my Birthday. Upon checking in and given the room the receptionist has not mentioned about the floors being redecorated. They are undergoing change of flooring on the floor that we were assigned (8th Floor). Upon arriving in the said floor it was dusty and itchy due to the floor being changed. The room assigned to us was not properly made up as there were no bins available in the room and as I said earlier due to the redecorating it was quite dusty and musky. I called the reception to have a room change since we were not informed that the floor we are staying at is under construction. They could not accommodate our request for the night and told us that we can transfer to another room the next day which we agreed to and accepted. Next day, we left the hotel after informing the reception that we will be out for the whole afternoon and if they can just move our things to the new room, in which they were happy to do. Upon returning to the hotel and transferring to the new room we requested we was stressing out as our luggage has gone missing. After reporting it to the concierge we had to wait till they can sort it out for us. In the end it got sorted they found my luggage but the stress and anxiety i felt that day was irreparable. We was so disappointed as we always book at Hilton Tower Bridge up until now when we had to experience such stressful situation and it wasnt dealt properly. We tried reaching out to the hotel manager but did not hear from them after sending an email regarding our stressful stay.

Can’t fault anything. Staff were amazing. I brought my little Balinese dog Cinta and she was so well treated.. room was lovely and spacious. Everything was so clean. Price and location were amazing. I’ll definitely be returning:)

“Mould on the 6th floor ”
A warning to travellers Mould is very evident on the entire 6th floor The smell hits you the moment you exit the elevator Mould spotted growing next to the fire extinguisher. So safe to say it’s under the whole carpet The room also carries the same smell We were kept awake all night with coughing Upon leaving the hotel, magically the cough disappeared Also being upsold at the desk is a little overwhelming. Being pushed to sign up for x y and z is too much. Also being upsold to lounges etc is not needed The Cookie is mad good though

“Staff”
It's so uncomfortable to wait in the queue where others behind or in front of me are served for bags storage. And I was the last and still have to wait for them to finish their conversation. Truly a first experience as a lady.

“One of the worst Hilton’s ”
Poor staff at reception, she didn’t even write the room number on the door card so we had to go back, terrible breakfast and tired rooms. I reported the headboard of the bed as it was badly damaged & very unsightly. She thanked me for letting her know like it was my job to report defects in the rooms…..never again. Plenty of better properties to stay at in this price range so I would avoid.

“Rooms were noisy”
Was very uncomfortable as rooms were noisy. Room doors were so hard and room size was very small. Toilet flesh buttons were so hard to press that could easily break my fingers or nails.

“Will return again”

“Fantastic location but hotel has seen better days”
Wooden cupboards which look dated, loose door fastener, tiny fridge which is not cold and does not have freezer compartment, only two (three pin) power points, wifi which worked for the phone but not laptop. The hotel really needs a revamp to cater to the more savvy business travellers.

“Very surprised that the service.”
We booked Hilton or Hilton affiliated hotels for our trip and it has started very rocky. We’re currently at our second Hilton Hotel and nothing has gotten better. First one was in London and the second one in Brussels. We feel that we received much less than what the property offered, and it almost seems that some of the Other options maybe better for our trip. Will keep you updated on how the rest of it goes, but Hilton guess say d- So far

駅より近く便利、スタジアムが近く迫力があった。 ホテルは綺麗で展望は正面にマンションがあり望めませんでしたが 費用的に十分でした。
