One of the best location to stay in London
Great location but hotel needs a lot of updating. The pictures of the room are not accurate to how dated they are. For the price you can get a nicer room elsewhere.
Perfect location whike attending London Pride and great value for money. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and enthusiastic.
Great location and access to transportation. Pizza restaurant next door is AMAZING!!!
Room is very comfy customer service was great at the beginning however when we heard banging the next morning whilst we were trying to sleep we was given a sleep pack. They questioned we heard noises and was told it was protestors. Sounded like it was refurbishment next door. Management dealt with us with free breakfast which wouod have been thrown away anyhow as it was 15mins to the end. We received 15% from our night stay. We came for the theater and enjoyed a family Reunion. Unfortunately we won't be back!!
It is an older hotel and rooms are tired. Great location and staff!
The Club Quarters is a very well maintained hotel located strategically in central London. Walking distance to Chinatown, The Embankment, Piccadilly Circus and also buses / tubes to connect to everywhere in London. Thank you for a lovely stay!
The location is great but the staff service was not good. The room was spacious but the hall had musty odor. Overall, our stay could be better if the staffs were more tentative.
Clean and spacious room. We were visiting the Nigerian High Commision and the location of this hotel is perfect as it is next door! The water and ice dispenser in the corridor was a welcome touch as was the lounge with complimentary tea and coffee. The room had a microwave and fridge which was very handy for our 3 day stay and bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in the restaurant, I would’ve liked to have breakfast included for the price we paid but this was not the case however there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here are lovely and very helpful. We would definitely return.
The expression: «if something sounds too good to be true then it is» does not apply here. We got a great deal on Agoda and this hotel met and exceeded our expectations.
Very clean and quite grand hotel is a great location. Had a nice room where you could grab a coffee and get some filtered water at any hour using your room key. Only issue for us was only having a double bed in a standard room. For a hotel of this standard I would think a king-size would be standard. I’m 6’4” so my legs were a foot off the bed. Other than that, everything was spot on.
Very convenient location, walking distance to charing cross train station and embankment tube station. Walkable to Big Ben and chinatown. Hotel guests can access the club room which has has coffee machine, drinkable water, workstation and meeting space for use. Functional for business travellers
Very surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The decor of the lobby and bar was stunning The room was clean comfortable and fitted the bill for a few nights The location could not be beaten as our evenings were arranged in the West End area so easily accessible. Thanks for a great stay👍
Holiday few nights
I chose CQ without much knowledge of it. Was pleasantly surpised by the staff and the location. The rooms are small but decent sized for London. It's a good option if you are not looking for bells and whistles.
Great location and good value for money in an otherwise very expensive town. A bit wore down hotel and not the best cleaning (we had a part of an old sim-card from an earlier guest that was laying on the floor from day 1 until checkout...). Great friendly staff trying to accommodate everything!
The hotel is great - location, cleanliness, facilities but the front desk staff were exceptional (Salman, another gentleman who checked me in whose name started with an N). From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and friendly, much appreciated. Great stay.
We are within walking distance to all tourist spots in Central London
Probably the best-located hotel in London for the price we paid. Everything is super close, and the Embankment station can take you practically anywhere. The staff and the breakfast were great as well.
This is in great location by Trafalgar square. however, our room was a bit small. I have to give them credit for getting our room to us for early check in by 1 pm.
Booked my stay for 1 night at CQ Hotel Trafalgar Square. I was supposed to pay GBP 420 for the night as confirmed by Agoda but when I checked in, they suspiciously said that I had to pay GBP 450. I did that but when I checked out, the invoice stated GBP 420 and also the invoice I received was on an unofficial paper with no letterhead. It was a cheap paper that has no reference for the stay. I am highly suspicious of this activity and I have reported the hotel to RESOLVER for suspicious activities as I am unable to contact them regarding the situation.
Great location close to every thing, friendly staff really recommended
Manager and some of the staff was rude towards me.
There weren’t tooth brush and slippers.
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with our room. The room was very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, you are steps away from Nelsons column and steps away from the riverbank and London eye.
Room was a bit dusty, overall the hotel was good
This is a fabulous hotel I wish I'd discovered it sooner. I can remember years ago with young children struggling to find somewhere with these facilities the small kitchen area is exceptional. Very well thought out rooms. I will be back 😊
We stayed for four nights, the room rate was 888.42pounds, however, the front desk charged me 989 pounds, and said that the 100 pounds was as deposit, and would be returned to my credit card 3-4days after checking out. Five days have passed up to now, yet the 100 pounds deposit has not been returned, would you check for us why? And when it would be returne? Thanks!
If you are a first timer in London, this hotel within walking distance to most of all the city popular sightseeing. The room is quite small though, but very neat and clean. Staff was great. The only downside in my case was they put a huge amount for the deposit (GBP690), which is almost equal to the total stay price i paid upfront. I dont know whether this is the common practice in UK, but normally in other country deposit amount is not that big.
Great location Good value for money Great facilities Comfortable room
Location was great. Walking distance to tube station. Room was clean and hotel left a little surprise gift for my parents anniversary in the room, which made them really happy. Glad with the service!
The best location if wanting to see a lot of London in a short time. London Eye just down the street as well as Buckingham palace, Trafalgar square, Westminster, and Big Ben. Room was nice with coffee/tea and small" kitchen" in a corner. Small bathroom . We had 3 in our room so we had the double bed with a pullout couch. The couch came already pulled out and made and there was plenty of room to move around. Great front desk service!! Loved Jake as he answered all of our questions and provided us with great information.
The location of this hotel was great! We were close enough to walk to some amazing destinations plus the underground stop was nearby which made exploring London easy and getting there from the airport was also a breeze. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I would stay here again.
It's just 3 minutes walk from Charing Cross Station. Awesome.
good location.nice big room as there was 3 of us.
Hotel was a bit dated but is at a very good location. walking distance to 2 Tube stations that covers most of London.
Bed is a bit light. Easily moved. Majestic entrance
Room cleanliness is awful, bed is uncomfortable, sheets were never changed, dusty rooms. The only thing that is good in this hotel is it's location, other than that it's nothing is worth staying in it.
Love the hotel location... basically walking distance to most of the restaurants. Near to MTR which is accessible to other part of the town. Tram is nearby too, it was a great experience to ride on one. Can also feel local, as they have markets set up around the area.
Loved where its located. the only hassle was with the elevated entry with mini handicapped elevator which is not really working. Should consider to make a slope access, easier to push luggages, prams/strollers or wheelchair. Other than that everything was great.
Really good. Clean room, central location with lots of restaurant nearby, close to tube station, really nice and friendly staff. Chose to eat breakfast at cafées nearby so don't know about the breakfast at the hotel.
Great hotel right in the heart of the action at Trafalgar square. Bus, Train and Metro all within a minutes walk of the doorstep. Clean rooms, loved the free refillable bottled water, great for taking out when walking around town. Room is a little small, but it is London so wasn't expecting Las Vegas style hotel rooms! All in all, fantastic place to stay when touring around London.
The Hotel is in great location, closed to underground, walking distance to all major attractions. Staff is friendly, bed is comfortable. I will stay there next time too.
We were moved to another location because they were over booked. The other hotel was further away from everything. They blame it on Agoda.
The staff was helpful, the location is so good you can't go wrong with and everything was fine, not a single bad word on this hotel. Super recommended
Easy to get to the place, the staff are friendly, and the location to the sights is fantastic.
Great hotel and the location was very central for everything . The only thing we were disappointed with was that unlike the other club quarters hotels we've stayed at previously in London was that there were no free beverages which on the website it said there were. It did not make it clear that the lounge & free beverages at the Trafalgar one were only free to club members only!! Very disappointing.
The front disk was normal , nobody smile to you , no saftey box on the room . The location is fantastic
Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel: -good wifi -quiet rooms (I was at the back of the property, very ugly view but blissfully quiet room) -largish room -secure property (important viz. its location) Room was 614: it was bathed with natural light during the day, very pleasant. Only one drawback: the lighting in the room is pretty harsh...either full on surgical lights or darkness.
“a week at Trafalgar square”
Club Quarters Hotel at Trafalgar Square offers a prime location in the heart of London, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's iconic landmarks. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, though some may find them a bit small. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, providing a good overall experience for both business and leisure travelers.
