“Jean Karen”
We had a fantastic stay during our recent visit! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly, setting a positive tone for our trip. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, especially with the convenient free shuttle service running regularly. Our spacious room was a delight, and the highlight was definitely the fun jacuzzi bathtub, perfect for summer relaxation. The staff was accommodating, fulfilling most of our requests with a smile while politely declining those that couldn’t be met. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

“Dubai Ovenight”
Great Hotel that is one of the old hotels in Dubai that has been modernised over the years to keep it up to date and luxurious. Beautiful grounds and pools to relax in with numerous high quality restaurants to enjoy.

“Highly Recommendable”
The room is just so simple yet elegant.However the TV isnt upgraded yet as compared to other hotel rooms where TV devices has built in Youtube,Netflix and Apple Tv where customers can enter their account and enjoy some entertainment inside the room.But all in all i had a great stay in Le Meridien.

“Perfect Business Hotel”
Located next to Dubai Airport, the property is the best that a business traveler can expect. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurants, green and picturesque exteriors. I love this place.

“Best for location”
Best for location especially after a long flight from europe. You will get the privacy you need to rest and sleep before going to the city. The rooms are also spacious with a bath tub.It will be easier to get back to the airport if you have an early morning flight.

“Best Stay in Dubai”
Booked a room for my family for their vacation in Dubai - and they were upgraded to a suite. Staff were helpful and the location is prime - near to all attractions. Would love to stay in here again.

Everything was great. I can’t complain on anything. Staff was always helpful and nice. Special thanks to Kimberly from customer service who did the best to accommodate our request for adjacent rooms.

“Great Stay”
Great Hotel, the staff are amazing from the reception to the restaurant staff all are friendly and super helpful. We got an upgrade to pool view rooms without asking, we missed the breakfast buffet because of an emergency so they brought us breakfast to our room. The rooms are perfect, they have thought about everything, the breakfast buffet is amazing. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Special thanks to Islam for making our stay exceptional.

“Very bad check in experience 👎”
The worst check in experience in this hotel, despite me being a frequent customer and I like the property, however the receptionist attitude was totally not professional And stressful and unwelcome 👎 He kept not saying the truth regarding the availability of higher categories suits , then when I called the reservation they informed me that they have availability?! After many calls to the reception they moved me to a suite which was full of bugs 👎 The massage chair in the first room was worn out and the second room was smelled of smoke

“Relaxing and convenient ”
Very close to the airport and have got a lot of bars and restaurants right on the property. The room had a jacuzzi and a massage chair in the room.

“Staff was amazing”
Short drive from hotel. Numerous restaurants and bars on premises. Staff was exceptionally friendly (especially Joy). Room was amazing, very well equipped, very clean, very quiet.

“Amazing service”
The royal club is amazing, specially the staff are very professional and they go extra mile to assist you. I was staying there with my two little daughters and my wife. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Dinner you can choose from 10 different restaurants located in the hotel 10/10

“Fantastic hotel for a stopover”
The location of the hotel just perfect for a stopover. Just 5 minutes drive from the airport. Great rooms, big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. For dinner you have too many restaurants to choose from.

“Aweful experience”
When we check in, there was no explain about tourism fee and charging. Therefore we had to stand and wait more than 20mins in front of reception. Eventhough the staff who check in us was just beside us, he ignore us and never say sorry or explain what happen. About a room condition, well.. It was my first hotel with NO FRIDGE. The place where the refrigerator would have been was empty. When I went out the next day and came back in the evening, the room cleaning service came and went, but there was still no refrigerator. I asked the door man 'Is it normal that no fridge in the room?', and he said he`ll check for us, it was about 5pm.
