“Really nice stay in Old Town Phuket”
Coming from Koh Yao Not we stayed for one night in this lovely boutique hotel, staff extremely nice and helpful, they booked us airport taxi for the next day. Room was nice and very clean, the location is perfect if you want to see Phuket Old Town with its lovely Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, Coffee was really good too and they had scones :-)

“Vintage Style. Right in the city!”
The staffs are very polite and helpful. All rooms are upstairs while it's a cafe downstairs. It has some noise when people walk through the hallway as the floor is made of wood upstairs. Overall is worth to stay a night for exploring Phuket downtown old city.

“Favorite Hostel”
LOVED this hostel! From the room, to the staff, and especially the cute coffee shop on the first floor! Our stay was an experience and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is going to Phuket City.

“Location, location, location!”
Centrally located at Phuket Old Town, the guesthouse is easily accessible. Walking distance from the Old Phuket bus station 1 where the orange airport bus terminates. It’s also walking distance to the songtheaw station located opposite Thai airways office. Food and cafes are all around, you don’t need to rent a bike. Sightseeing is doable by foot

“Adorable and clean”
This room was very quaint and clean. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. The building and it’s surroundings are adorable. Very simple place. I only stayed one night as I got in too late from US to make it to my final destination. I would recommend for a short stay.

Room was clean. Aircon was not so good it was cold at certain area. The bathroom was so small The wall was thin whereby i could hear people at the next room Other wise is very clean and good location for foodies

“Great location, friendly helpful staff”
On Soi Rommannee. Great walking area if seeing Old Town Phuket is your goal. Super friendly, helpful, and trustworthy taff. Arranged for our taxis, ferry, and laundry, making our stay super fun and easy. There is a small shared refrigerator for guests. Great cappuccinos. Our room was a bit worn and a bit dusty up high. Some street noise, but it ends after shops close up between 7 and 10pm. We would stay here again.

“Boutique, nice touch for photos but the male staff needs to learn to smile”
Me and my partner arrived at the hotel after dark and sweating from the long walk. The reception quickly asked for our documents and refused to let us sit and take some rest from the long walk. We tried to talk to him but he refuses to smile. Finally, after payment has been made through his slow work, he offered us the cold welcome drink. The room is clean, spacious but expect no windows. We love the nice boutique touches of the atmosphere but didn't felt that it's worth our stay which was quite a walk from the famous spots and other transportation spot.

“Great place!”
We loved our stay at The Rommanee Boutique - fun room on top of a western style coffee shop. The owners were kind and helpful - they gave us free tickets to a christmas party with free food and drinks, good AC and bed, right across the lane from the most photographed building in old Phuket, and crazy steep stairs. We loved it!

“Instagram worthy stay!”
A cozy place located on Soi Romanee street having all the basic necessities. The room overlooks the street which is super colorful. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we checked in the receptionist gave us the map of old Phuket town and showed nearby areas which we can explore. All the attractions are at walkable distance. You can spend a couple of days exploring the nearby cafes, and boutique stores. There is weekend market 50m from the hotel, which has interesting souvenirs.

Air condition is not work. They move me to another hotel and the toilet there is smelly and the wet area doesn't separate.

“Extremely good find in Phuket Old Town”
We were pleasantly surprised to find that the Rommanee Boutique Guesthouse was above Doubrew cafe. It served up good lattes and other drinks and it was really delightful to walk through the cafe to get to our room upstairs. The staff were helpful, allowed us to checkin early as our flight was a morning one, and the process of checking out was absolutely fuss free. The guesthouse was just opposite Torry's Ice Cream, which was a popular joint in the area. The room was spacious and well-decored, toilet was clean and amenities adequate. For the price we paid, it was an absolute steal! The neighbourhood was quiet and quaint (for Singaporeans, think Katong + Haji Lane) and it fit our needs as we weren't looking to enjoy the beaches this time round.

“Great location and friendly staff”
We arrived in Phuket too late for the last ferry to Koh Phi Phi, so we wanted to spend the night close to the ferry terminal and close to the night life. The guest house is located in a great location which doubles as a coffee shop on the ground level. We arrived at a busy time of day and the coffee shop was filled with customers. The man behind the counter helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. The room was quaint with private bathroom. In the morning, I had the best espresso ever from the coffee shop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

“許容”
We got in late at night and had informed them about it before. When we arrived, no one was there and doors were locked. We were 2 young girls and didn’t know what to do because it was around 1 am. After banging on the door, someone came out and let us in but they were confused about our reservation. Once finally checked in, we went to our room. It was not at clean as expected and the sheets were very worn. The bathroom also wasn’t that great. Also, the hotel is on a cute little street but there was motor cycles riding loudly through the street all night!

“Sweet guesthouse on the best street”
Stayed one night on our way out to the islands, but we wish we’d stayed longer! Guesthouse is on a quaint colonial building with the most amazing cafe downstairs. Our room was at the top of the stairs and above the kitchen so was quite private. The guesthouse is true to character with wooden floors and an older style bathroom, but there was nothing we didn’t expect. The room was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Guesthouse is located right in the middle of Old Town - ask the guys downstairs for a map of all the local sights and best places to eat while sampling their fantastic coffee and checking out their photography. Make sure you check out the local street art while you’re in town.

“수압이 아쉬운 곳”
위치도 old town 에서 제일 이쁜 골목이고 인테리어도 이쁘고 1층 로비에 커피도 있고 해서 다 좋은데... 수압이 너무너무 약해요 ㅠㅠ 수압이 정말 상상초월로 약해서.. 샤워할때마다 후회했습니다. 근데 직원분들은 다 착하고 맞은편에 있는 tony's boutique 아이스크림은 정말 맛있습니다. 그리고 주말에 야시장이 바로 호텔골목에 열려서 편하긴 해요 1박 정도 추천 드립니다.

“最高!”
The room itself was nice and boutique. Our room has a big window to have a peak at Phuket old town (I believe there's another room with bigger window). The staffs were friendly and happy to help. The property is located in the middle of a small street where alot of people come and take photos but it was not too chaotic after all. Parking space was a bit difficult to find. There's also a great coffee shop downstair with another name that might confuse you a bit.

“perfection”
I feel so lucky to have been able to stay at the Romanee Boutique guest house. The room was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The location in the most beautiful street of phuket was incredible and an easy walk to everything I wanted to see in Phuket town and also easy walking distance to both bus terminals for excursions further afield. The finishing touch was being able to come downstairs from my room and order beautiful coffee served with a smile. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

“Location is great”
Room is small and cosy. They offer 5 rooms here. The room we stayed have a bit of sewage smell other than that is perfect. The Sunday walking market is just a few steps away.

“Good location”
Located at Phuket Old Town, can walk to Thanon Thalang (walking street) just 2 minutes. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor where you can drink some coffee before go travelling.

“Charming little family place in the old Chinese/Portugese quarter”
Great value to stay in a chic little guest house. The staff are super helpful with great recommendations for neighborhood restaurants. One of the best restaurants we've EVER eaten at- Suay- is walking distance. Weekend market was right around the corner and it was lively and charming. It wasn't too loud or annoying as we might have feared.

Very cute guesthouse. Excellent location in old Phuket town. Had a problem with the rooms power after a downpour one night. The staff recommended we move to another room which was appreciated as they were worried about our safety. The rooms could do with a freshen up and some maintenance to keep the standard.

“Wonderful location, very hipster-like.. great for instagram postings”
As a Muslim, difficult to find halal food, but luckily there's a Phuket Indy Market from 430-10pm, Tues- Fri, near a shopping centre. Recommended to bring your own cup noodles or food. Host, Pon is really friendly and helpful, answering my queries.. located at a colourful row of shophouses.. amenities, could be better upgraded.. but overall a wonderful stay.. P/S : be careful of steps leading to the rooms, quite high and narrow..

“Boutique style guesthouse in the ancient old town”
enjoy the privacy as they only serve 4 rooms here. located in the phuket old town and if you come in the weekend with the night market will be very happening here. staff is friendly and helpful even we check in late night. light breakfast provided. walking distance to see those colourful old building.

“Great location, friendly staff”
Guesthouse on the Soi Rommani street, many tourists flocking to take photos there. Super convenient location, 1min walk to Thalang Road (Sunday Walking mkt), lots of cafes in the area as well As we travelled in a group, we got all 4 rooms and the whole house to ourselves for 2 nights, the staff was very friendly and gave us alot of info! The entire home felt v homely and nice! Only downside that it's a bit old and the stairs were rather steep, but all the good things definitely made this place highly recommended!

“Loved it”
I'm sure this would be the best place to stay in Phuket town. It's on the prettiest, most instagrammable street. Amazing value and really helpful, friendly staff. Very quirky room. They offer a free breakfast but we had to leave really early for the airport so didn't get to sample it.

“Very nice and friendly staff”
I stayed only one night in Rommanee Guesthouse to enjoy the old town's life and my choice has turned out to be the greatest. The ladies at guesthouse were very helpful and nice from the beginning to the end of my journey in Phuket town. They even helped me take my luggage upstair and back to downstair. When I asked about the taxi transfer to the airport, a young lady was kind enough to offer to drive me to the bus station for airport shuttle since it was a lot cheaper. I loved the way the lobby and room were decorated and the room was actually clean and well maintained. I would definitely like to go back to this Guesthouse if I had to stay in Phuket town.

“Lovely guesthouse”
Lovely little guesthouse on picturesque street. Clean room with great view and funky decorations. Staff could have been more helpful and possibly friendlier but all in all a good stay.

I really love the place here! The rooms are decorated beautifully. Basically i had stayed all their 3 designs. Hopefully i can get to stay the last design during my next stay! Love the staffs here as they are always so friendly!

“Fair enough.”
Location is just perfect, right in the central area, a small lane with many historical buildings. Actually we lived in such old building with modern renovation,but it's more like a guest house style , not a fancy hotel. The price is too good if you have budget concern. I arrived in weekends, walked out with few steps away, you will see the flea market, very convenient.

“Charming place in the heart of Phuket Town”
The Rommanee Boutique Guest house is a cute little place with only four rooms located on a less busy side street in the middle of the beautiful old town of Phuket Town. We received a lovely welcome and great advice on spots to visit, including the Indy Market (a must for foodies). There is also relaxing koi pond in the hotel. Great place to stay a night or ten.

“Get what you pay for`”
We stayed here 1 night as we were getting the ferry to Koh Lanta the next morning. Great location to the pier, friendly staff and the room was clean. The bathroom needed some maintenance however for $36 a night you get what you pay for.
