“Not a Four Star Hotel_ Far From It”
I was very disappointed with this hotel overall. Though the staff was friendly, the facilities, the room and even the elevators were below standard cleanliness and needs a lot of renovations. The fitness room was disgusting...looks like equipment has never been wiped in a life. The stay was noisy and disruptive. Patrons were loud in the hall way and pipes continued to make noise throughout the night. My kettle didn;t work and the front desk could not provide me with another one. Had to wait the next day for the housekeeper. Had to ask the front desk to have my room made after sign had been on door most of the day to make my room. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel as the name is very deceptive-not posh at all. Recommend finding another hotel and save your money.

it’s a good place for 1/2 nights when transferring in phuket. Rooms are okay. Pool was really nice but with a highway sound in the background. The place in general looks like it is not getting cleaned too often. Everything is sort of abandoned. Facilities were good- we did the loundry there, there was a mini gym (8-9), but the hotel is very far away from phuket town. You always need to get a taxi to the centre and stay in traffic. The only close attraction is a shopping mall.

I love the open air lobby that flows into the giant koi pond and up to the long beautiful pool. Staff are helpful and fun. Clean rooms. Location is alright but there is a mall with a food court nearby

Pretty good location, close to central mall. On a very busy highway, which makes it difficult if you are walking in the sea. There’s no 7 eleven or cafes (that serve food) nearby, so it makes it difficult to get breakfast. Pool is pretty good but it was FULL of bugs. Overall not bad for the price.
