“マリオットナイアンビーチの宿泊感想”
今回は昨年生まれた長男（4か月）を連れての初めてのタイ国内旅行でした。今回で3回目の利用となり、いつも通りの大満足の滞在となりました。今回は2泊3日と短い滞在でしたが、来るたびに個々のホテルが大好きになります。今ではプーケットではナンバー1のホテルになっています。プール横にあるBig Fishというレストランがとても気に入っています。来るたびにメニューも変わっていて、どの料理もとてもおいしいです。子供連れが多いホテルですが、意外と落ち着いた雰囲気を保っていて、ゆっくりとホテルステイを楽しむことが出来ます。もちろん、次にプーケットに行くときにも、必ず泊まります。

“空港近くのハイクオリティな宿”
２歳近い子供を連れて宿泊しました。 バンコクで乗り継いだ疲れも考えて、空港近くのここに決めました。 部屋はきれいで、プールも安全に楽しめます！目の前のプライベートビーチは潮の満干きがすごいので、入りたいなら時間帯に注意が必要。 敷地内は広いですが、部屋までカートで案内してくれます。 レストランは２つですが、とても美味しかったです。タイ料理が特におすすめでトムヤムクンは絶品でした！

“自然と静けさが好きなら、ここをおすすめします。”

“のんびりプーケットタイムを贅沢に満喫!!”
スタッフ みんなフレンドリーで、親切に、臨機応変に対応してくれます！ 朝の9時過ぎにはホテルに着いてしまうようなフライトだったので、チェックイン出来ない事は分かっていましたが、スーツケースだけでも預かってもらおうと、空港から近かったという事もあり、直接行ってお願いしてみました。 すると嫌な顔1つせずに笑顔で美味しいアイスハーブティーを入れてくれたり、通常3時からですが、12時までに部屋に入れるようにできます。さらにそれよりも前に入れるようなら携帯に連絡しますね！ と対応してくれて、とても嬉しかったです。 身軽になったので、まずはと、日本でするよりも良いレートで両替をしてもらったり、あちこちホテル内を散策していました。 結局11時に部屋に入ることが出来ました！ 部屋のバルコニーから、直接プールに入ることが出来るタイプの部屋だったのですが、部屋からプールにダイブできるのは便利で楽しくて快適でした！娘も大喜び!! そのプールは進んで行くとメインプールに繋がっているのですが、そこまで大きなユニコーンの浮き輪に2人乗りで漕いで行くのも楽しかった！ そのメインプールの前には遠浅の綺麗な砂浜の透き通った海のプライベートビーチが広がっており、海に行くのも楽で贅沢な気分！ メインプールの左にはレストラン、右にはバーカウンターが充実しており、大満足でした！ 皆さんのレビューの通り、朝食ビュッフェも最高でした！種類も多くスイーツも充実、毎日飽きず、滞在中、全種類食べきれませんでした(*ˊ˘ˋ*) 本当にスタッフの皆様にはお世話になり、楽しく過ごせました！ 1つだけ注意!! 2階のショップはホテルのスタッフではなく、外の人のようで、女性は優しい普通の応対でしたが、1人、男性の偉そうな、すごく嫌な態度をする人がいました。 楽しく商品を見ていたのに、触るな！とか、それは子供用だ！とかとても怖く言って来たので、我慢できず、その場で文句を言い、コンシェルジュにも言ってしまいました。値段は高いし、もうそのあとは行きませんでしたが、それだけ何とかして欲しかったです。 後は部屋もシャワーもお風呂も最高、テレビも大きく、バルコニーのベッドもふかふかでした！最初に部屋にはたくさんのフルーツや、タオルのぞうさんや、花が散りばめられていて、テンションがあがりました!オススメです！

“家族全員 大満足！”
空港の近く、中心地から離れた立地です。 街の喧騒を忘れてリゾートでのんびりしたい方にぴったりのホテルです。 接客もさすがマリオットだけあって、個人差なく素晴らしいスタッフばかりでした。氷やお水、ハウスキーピングをお願いしても五分もしないうちに対応してくれ、道ですれ違うときも気軽に挨拶してくれとても気持ちの良いものでした。 建物は新しく、手入れも良く行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。また、泊まった部屋のバルコニーからプールへアクセスでき、プライベート感覚で使えたので、遊びたい盛りの幼稚園児と、授乳中の子供がいる我が家にはとても便利でした。それと、部屋のアメニティーが大好きなThannだったのもツボでした！ JWでなくとも充分に高級感のある素晴らしいホテルです。 オススメします。

“非常に満足”
ガーデン側の部屋で予約していましたが、プール側に近い部屋に無料でUpgraでしてもらえました！ホテルのスタッフは笑顔が素敵で対応も良く、またUpgradeの部屋もシックで落ち着きのある素敵な部屋でした。食事（朝食、Big Fish)もスパも良かったですが、他の方も書いていたように、ビーチが浅瀬過ぎて、引き潮の時間は全く泳げず、歩いて約15分程度のメインのナイアンビーチまで行かないと泳げないので、その面はとても残念でした。メインのビーチには外で受けられるマッサージ（40分300バーツ）や、カフェやレストランも少しありましたのでお散歩がてら行ってみるのも良いですし、ホテルで9：30-12：30と13：30-16：30の2回でメインのビーチ側へ無料でシャトルバスを運行しているので、そちらを利用しても良いと思います。

“最高のバカンスになりました”
空港から近いリゾートという条件で選びました。ここは、空港から10分ぐらいで飛行機の長旅で到着した後、すぐにチェックインできるので小さい子供も負担すくなくてすみません。リゾートのスタッフもサービスが行き届いてて滞在を楽しく演出してもらいました。プールも子供用のプールが水深60cmくらいで3歳の子供でも立ったり泳いだり楽しんでました。目の前のビーチも遠浅で波が小さく子供と遊びやすいです。部屋も思ったより広くてバスルームも快適です。ライティングデスクが大きくてPC持ち込んで仕事していたのですが作業しやすかったです。唯一の欠点は、他の方もご指摘有る様にレストランでしょうか。ベーシックなレシピに一味加えたメニューもあり好き嫌い分かれる料理が有るのとメニューが少ないので食の楽しみが今イチでした。ホテルから出て食事をするのが大変な立地なのでもう少し頑張って欲しい！

後半の３泊で利用。2Br.Beachfront Villaを利用。Beachfrontがおすすめ。 villa内のプールもあり。周りに何もないようにみえるが、海辺に沿ってナイヤンの繁華街に１５分程度でいけます。帰りはタクシーで300Bで交渉可能。海は遠浅で、子供たちの水遊びに最適。

のんびり静かに過ごすには最適だと思います。 施設は清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーで親切、色々なお願いにも笑顔で応えてくれました。朝食もメニュー豊富で、パンがおいしかった。その場で作ってくれるスムージーも良かったです。周りにはコンビニすらありませんが、ナイヤンビーチのメインストリートまでビーチ沿いを歩いて行け、レストラン、マッサージ、コンビニ等利用できるので散歩がてら行ってみると良いと思います。 ホテル内に小さなショップがあり、水や飲み物ぐらいは買えますが、高いです。ハッピーアワーがとてもお得なので、そちらはオススメです。 部屋はメインプールと繋がっているプールアクセスが便利でした。

ホテル、スタッフは申し分ありません。よかったです。子供も朝からカバナで寝たり、プールに入っていました。食事は、いまひとつです。あと○国人の声が大きくマナーもなっていないのが目立ちました。

“Emergency overnight stay”
We stayed at the Marriott Nai Yang as a last minute emergency as our flight home had been cancelled. The hotel is only a short ride to the airport yet that doesn’t impact the sense of resort feel, and tranquility you get at the Marriott. The only critique I had is that there is not much shade at the pool.

Phuket Marriott resort, king suite room with living area and next to swimming pool is excellent for my kid. Nice music on Tuesday and Thursday at Big fish restaurant. The food is delicious. Good massage at spa.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Staff were wonderful, room was great (wish they had better options for families of two young children BUT it worked out in the end), facilities and experience. The kids club was wonderful also. Recommend!

“Very wonderful hotel but the location was a bit far”
Excellent as Marriot should be in any part of the world. Location is a bit far. Need a long ride to get to attractions but we have personal van so it was not a problem.

“すごく良い”
We book a garden view room and request for easy access as we travel with a 1 year old. The staff was so kind they upgrade our room to pool access. Overall our stay was pleasant. One thing to complain is the kid’s club is really small and toys and books are old. Very old that they look like they will be easily tear n toys don’t look very clean.

“Short and Pleasant Stay ”
I recently stayed at the Phuket Marriott and Spa in Nai Yang Beach for just one night. The rooms are huge and my room overlooked the massive pool and beach. I did not get to use the facilities but the pool looked very nice. Staff are very friendly and accommodated all my requests. I had dinner with some guests at the seafood restuarnat and the food was very fresh and tasty. This hotel is perfect for couples or families that just want to relax and spend time using the hotel facilities. The hotel is far from any of the popular tourist areas.

“Trick consumers”
I booked a room for 4 guests. But i had to pay for 2 more people at the hotel. The hotel told us that extra person wasn't included in the price we paid through Agoda and it was written in the receipt. Yes, it was but in a very small size and it was written as "extra person pay at the hotel". There was no room capacity or extra from how many people to clarify this trick statement at all!!

“Good and Bad”
We recently stayed at this hotel with our small child, and overall it was a good experience for families. The facilities are well suited for children, with activities like kayaking, marshmallow baking, and easy access to the beach. The proximity of two nice restaurants (Not within hotel restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel beach was a pleasant surprise, adding convenience to our stay. However, a minor inconvenience is that you need to take a cab to get around, but the location is ideal for travelers needing to catch an early morning flight as it’s only 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was decent, offering a wide variety of options, some kid friendly choices. Unfortunately, the service didn't meet our expectations compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at in Thailand, including Koh Samui and Bangkok. There was no welcome drink offered upon our arrival, although my husband who checked in later was provided one. Additionally, a birthday cake was left in our room without informing us, and it just sat there looking sad. One disappointing aspect was that I experienced several insect bites, which resembled tick bites. While I understand this can happen in many places, it did leave us feeling a bit let down. But overall my family enjoyed the stay at Mariotto Nai Yang Beach.

A bit lack of activities within the resort, but private beach is definitely a plus. If you are looking for quiet stay get away, it's recommended.

“Best hotel experience ever ”
Definitely a 5 star hotel unlike some other 5 star places we’ve stayed at. It’s not too close to many things so I recommend staying closer to the Phuket town/Karon area and ending it at the Marriott Resort and Spa in Nai Yang beach. Just beautiful and quiet. Breakfast buffet is so good too!!

“Honest honest review”
This hotel is stunning, it's absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail in how the hotel looks is second to none. But I believe that's what you pay for. We stayed here on the second half of our honeymoon for 5 nights after coming from another 5* hotel on an island. In comparing the two, the Marriott was extremely expensive for nothing more than the other. The food is "ok" but extortionately priced compared to other places in Thailand for equal quality food. We ate in every restaurant at the hotel through the week and honestly the lounge was by far the nicest food. A lot of my review will be based on the price of things because this was the biggest shock to me, for Thailand prices, it is far more than anywhere else I've stayed on any of my trips to Thailand with nothing additional to make it worth the price. However, IF you are a family with children and want to go to a resort where you have activities for the kids, options of where to eat, a beautiful sized pool and huge bedrooms then I absolutely 100% recommend this for the price of it. If you are a couple who want to go somewhere beautiful and relaxing with good food and access to a spa for massages and have private access to a pool, this is good. But there are far better for far less. This is the only hotel I have stayed in in Thailand (4 others, all 5*) where there isnt more than water complimentary in the room. There is however a little shop in the hotel where everything (bar alcohol) in the mini bar is sold for much less than the mini bar prices, so go there for snacks and cold drinks rather than the mini bar. The staff are absolutely incredible here, I can't fault them at all. They remembered our room number at breakfast every morning despite having hundreds of guests stay. Every staff member who we met recognised us and came to chat and were so so friendly. There is a wonderful initiative on hot days that we affectionately called "ice cream Santa" where two young guys on a canoe come with a bell and an ice cream cooler and hand out free ice creams. They were so friendly and funny and they stopped to chat with us every day when we were laid on the balcony. The quality of the cars for the transfers to and from excursions or the airport are very very high and the drivers again were all very lovely. All in all, a wonderful stay which we really enjoyed, however, for 5 nights we paid £1511 including food and beverage credit and a spa massage. comparitavely, an equally beautiful hotel with an entirely private pool rather than private access and an in room massage and an entirely complimentary mini bar was £800 including all food for the 5 nights before. So, it's an expensive hotel which doesn't entirely feel worth it if you are a couple wanting a peaceful getaway, however, if you are a family and want something with lots of options for kids- go for it.

“Super lucky weather in rainy season”
This hotel was awesome! Please ask for Beer at check in. He’s the nicest person. The room pools connecting to main pool blew my kids minds. The view from the pool is jaw dropping. The beach is beautiful. The location is a little out of the way but nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay here again next time.

“NEVER AGAIN”
First off, we chose this hotel for the location as it is close to the airport and we are travelling with a young child. Upon check in, the hotel informed us there is an additional charge for one adult which was not clearly stated during the booking, imagine arriving the hotel after your flight and find out there is additional hidden charges. Secondly, the main restaurant within the hotel has broken air conditioning between July 9-21 which is unacceptable especially in the Thailand heat. Not the mention the potential health risks it may pose to have buffet in the heat. While we were having our breakfast buffet, the hotel staff did not clean up the table at all during the buffet breakfast. Thirdly, while my family and I were sitting poolside to enjoy some family time around 10-11am, that is when the hotel gardeners decide to mow the lawn near our area to disrupt the peace and left freshly cut grass all over our feet and belongings. I will never return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone else. What low standards from Marriott, just plain, unacceptable.

“Perfect for vacation with family”
Large scales resort in Phuket near airport. There are different facilities in the resort, also near the beach, can walk to the beach within resort area. Staff are nice and always smile. I will stay again when I back to Phuket

“Service sets them apart!”
Had a really enjoyable time here for 4d3n. Attentive service and we were able to buggy around the resort with my dad (who needs some help walking) and a small child, alongside 2 more family members. Every staff was friendly and genuine in their service. Pool access rooms made it a breeze to enjoy the pool everyday as it connected us directly to the main pool. Some surprises in the form of little treats for guests in the hotel.. more shld be added to enhance the experience in this hotel, given it is not within walking distance to external restaurants. Some construction going on at one side of the hotel but noise was not particularly jarring. Already a great serene getaway.. but made special with exceptional service from staff.. thank you Mariott!

“A wonderful stay! ”
Highly recommend booking a villa if you are traveling with several people. Private pool is great. Regular pool access rooms are also nice and clean. Each morning we would walk straight out to the pool and swim out to the main pool. Great and friendly staff!

“Perfect for short getaway ”
It was a short 10-minute drive from the airport, with great service and high level of cleanliness. Staff also speak good english so checking in and out were a breeze! We were also given a free room upgrade as we were on our honeymoon!

“Lovely quiet hotel ”
Only stayed one night at the end of our trip as its near the airport. We spent a nice day lounging around the pool and some nice local/authentic restaurants nearby on the beach.

“Peaceful and Serene”
The resort is very peaceful and serene. Excellent beachfront location coupled with exceedingly warm Marriott hospitality make it worthwhile to stay. Breakfast spread is one of the best in Phuket. Kudos to the team !! 5 Stars all the way.

“残念なマリオット”
遠浅のビーチ、マリオットの5スターサービス、口コミ評価の高い朝食、に期待して滞在したが。。。。、 ①近場でスキューバダイビングできるか？、聞いたら、受付の女性が「グーグルで調べたら？」、と返されて、私から「ここは本当に5スターホテル？」と聞いたら、「お調べしましょうか？」、だって。自分で調べました。 ②滞在中、真横の工事現場が昼間中工事音がうるさく、美しい海を見ながらリラックスする為にリゾートに遊びに来たのに雰囲気台無し。Webサイトで工事中である旨などのリマークを掲載すべきだと思う。 ③評価の高い朝食は、品数が多く、見た目もgood。しかしながらどれも味がイマイチでどの料理にも旨味が効いていなかった。なんか美味しいものを食べた、という記憶に残らない朝食だった。給仕する従業員はgood。 ④上記②をフロントにクレームして期前チェックアウトと残泊分のリファンドをリクエストしたが受け入れられず、その代わりホテル側から部屋のアップグレードと1回のDinner をオファーされて期限まで予定通り滞在した。このホスピタリティには感動したが、Dinnerは値段高い割に味付けや焼き付け、素材の新鮮さはイマイチであった。やはり旨味に欠ける。 ⑤遠浅の浜辺は、茶色の砂地が沖に向かって長く続いているが、汚い干拓地の様で、その先の沖合の海の色もクリアでなく期待外れであった。シュノーケリングスポットも目先の浜辺にはなく、海には入らなかった。
