“立地はOK、サービスはまあまあ”
パトンビーチで海沿いに立っているホテルが意外に少ない中、このホテルはビーチ北端高台にあり砂浜まで歩いて行けるだけに部屋からの眺めは最高。朝食のレストランからの景色も良いです。ロビーが吹き抜けになっていてリゾート感たっぷり。一度行ってみる価値ありです。

“ビーチから近い”
リゾート感溢れるホテル！ビーチが目の前で、海を満喫できました。パトンの繁華街へは15分ほど歩きますが、ビーチ沿いの道を歩いていくので、とても気持ちいいです。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいました。また泊まりたいです。

“スタッフの対応がとても良い！”
プーケットでは4つ星以上のホテル。海のすぐ横に建設されてるホテル、少し丘の上にあるので高台にあります。 が、眺めも最高☆海も見渡せる所です！ 同じプーケットで、 novotel vintage hotelがあり、（novotel プーケットリゾートは姉妹店らしい）そこはなおよし！ 立地も夜の街バングラ通りまで歩いて行けて、ホテルもすごく綺麗！！！！

“ビーチが近い”
リゾート気分を感じることができる丘の斜面を利用して、客室やレストランが眺めよく配置されていて、繁華街から少し距離があるので静かで気分のいいホテルです。ただ、パトンビーチの繁華街からは歩くと１５～２０分くらいかかるので、ナイトライフを楽しみたい人にとっては不向きかもしれません。

“スタッフは何時も笑顔で明るく接して頂きました。”
街から外れたところに有るが、設備も整い長く滞在してもゆっくり出来る。街に出かけるのに無料送迎車を予約したり時間が制約される。ホテル内食事が高い。思っていた以上に滞在し易いロケーションでした。 ローカルな造りでしたがとても過ごし易い環境でした。 ただ、街まで遠く、夜の外出には送迎が無いので不便でした。

“高級感あふれるすてきなホテル”
高台にありロケーションが最高洗面所の水の流れがよくなかったパトンの外れだが高台にそびえ立っており景色のよかった ロビーも天井が高くタイ風の造りで豪華であった 従業員はよく訓練されており笑顔で応対してくれとても気持ちがよかった 部屋からは海を見ることはできなかったが大きなベランダがあり涼しい風に吹かれリラックスできた ハネムーンにはいいほてるですよ

“ロケーションもホテル全体も良かったです。”
リゾートや少しゆったり長めの滞在には最高！夕食は毎回違うメニューが用意されていました。洗面所の仕切りはタイスタイルです、町の中心地へ行き来するのに不便（予約必要や便数が少ない）滞在日数が少なかったので、ホテル施設を使いこなせなかった。 また、街中心地まで遠く不便さを感じた。 街中も分かりやすく案内資料が有ればいいですね。 ホテルのロケーションは、リゾートらしい雰囲気で作られて居ました。

“温かいサービスが特長”
フレンドリーなサービススタイル。清潔感ある部屋に満足！！立地がやや中途半端 施設がやや古い中心地からやや遠いが静か。また高台の立地も景色を楽しむ上で好都合か。サービスは慇懃無礼なところがなく、フレンドリーで好感持てる。 施設自体はやや古い感あるが、清潔感は保たれており、滞在時間は総じて快適であった。

“ゆっくりできます”
スパ立地条件こちらのスパは安い料金で本格的な施術を受けることができ、お勧めです。ただ人気があるので、私が前日に予約を入れた時には、スパのコースが限定されてしまいました。ご希望の方は、出来るだけ早く予約すると良いでしょう。

“Very bad housekeeping ”
No replenishments, no cleaning of room. Lot of insects - mosquitoes, ants in room. Good aspects: view from public areas and sea facing room is great. They have free pick up and drop to and from Jungcelon mall.

“普通”
My room was not worth for the money. Cupboard was only half finished. No bell for the room. Need to wait long for buggy to go lobby and resturant. Room lights were not good enough, so it was hard to do makeup for ladies.

“Nice stay ”
Stay was good. Our room was clean and had all basic amenities. The only issue was the location. It is a bit far from main Patong beach area and you need to walk 2 km to Banga road market.

“Good resort ”
The location is excellent if you want to explore the Patong Area. Since it is on a hill too much walking up and down. They have a cart service but still prefer a single level or less steel living with kids.

Closer to Patong Beach. Out dated property but nice view from the hotel. The room access is a big challenge. Will need to hop through several stair ways. Not recommended for people without fitness.

“Perfect stay ”
This was such a great location and the hotel felt like luxury This was my last 3 nights in Thailand I enjoyed the easyness of room service so my teenage son could access himself. The spa was incredible The cocktails at the bar were delicious the pools were beautiful and the views were incredible I found all the staff to be so helpful I really enjoyed my stay here, and would stay again

“Good location - in patong but away from main noise”
We reserved room with pool, absolutely loved it. The hotel is in good location for Patong, access to beach which is quite part of patong. It is 5/10 min walk from Bangla road which was good for us less noisy. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself does need some TLC - needs to be updated.

“Only for location but room maintenance not worth for the money ”
Novotel is a big brand, which means we expect lavishness but you don't find that lavishness here in Maintanance but prices are super high. Positives: Great Location, Views, Swimming Pool, Outdoor maintenance and Outdoor staff, Breakfast is just ok Negatives: * 1 star for Room service, they forgot their brand value... they didn't even refill the items which are leftover previously. * Walking paths very hard, some places are not movable by trolley... its easily breakable... * Deposit: They are saying they will need minimum 15 to 31 days to release, its too worst... * Hotel is steap up on the hill, there is no easy access to go to room... you always need to wait for vehicle to go inside or outside the hotel which is not easy and no direct path to go outside...

“Awesome sunset view from room”
Keeps up with Novotel brand. Good buffet. Superb view of sunset. gives shuttle to main road. but location is bit away from hustle bustle. rides are bit costlier than the main patong road area. 3 tier swimming pool is kids magnet. overall nice accomodation.

“Great Family Stay”
It was a memorable experience. The location of this property is very good - just little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. The staff was very helpful. The resort is on hill, hence walking around is a bit difficult but manageable. We booked for airport pick up by SUV but it was not there when we arrived. The meet and greet lady booked a grab ( minivan) for us which was unpleasant. The resort has transport service for mall however it is only for 10 persons at one time. They should accommodate more people ( may be multiple service or bigger bus) Overall a good experience.

Older resort. Not like pictures. With this price you can get something newer and nicer. Resort is also up on a hill so you gotta walk up or down if you are going back or out late at night

“Tour to Phuket”
Nice hotel at nice location. Near to beach. It's resort type view having everything ie swimming pool, sea view restaurant, bar etc. 24 hour baggi facility at main gate/ lobby to go to ur room and come back. Staff are polite, easy check in and check out. Indian food option is less but tasty whatever they offer.

“The staff made it good experience ! ”
I went last week of Dec , so its was fully packed , the buffet , swimming pool and even the Spa. The hotel is on a hill , so there is a quite a bit of walking to do , not the most convenient when you have young children. However the Staff is exceptional , including the Manager - Kath. She even helped to change our rooms

“Very Nice Hotel”
This Resort is excellent. Good Infrastructure and is very well maintained. This Resort is close to the beach and the staff is really good and helpful. With a wide variety of breakfasts along with great dining services, this place provides a perfect combination from a relaxation perspective.

“Great experience ”
The hotel was gorgeous and breakfast was good too, but i feel it was boring. Usually hotels have a happening cafe with live music but this was a very quiet hotel. There were some activities for kids but they were paid

“いまいちリゾート”
今回海が荒れた時期だったので、プールが良い、過ごしやすいホテルを探して来てみたのですが、 チェックインして部屋に移動すると、ホテル全体がエレベーター無しで、1番プールから離れた3階のお部屋だったので、外出が少しおっくうに感じました。 部屋に到着して外出しようとしたら、フロントから電話が入り、プレゼントがあるので部屋で待つ様に言われ、30分以上待っても誰も来ないので、こちらから電話して外出していいか？問い合わせると、パスポートのコピーを取り忘れたから？フロントに来て欲しいと言われ、 その後15分くらい待つと、帽子とフリードリンクを渡され、パスポートを持っていかれ、なんやかんやチェックイン後、すぐ出かけられず、1時間は部屋で時間を潰す事になりました。 朝食もバリエーションがかなり少なく、味もいまいちで、、 部屋はどの部屋も？扉を開けると連結出来る様にしてるみたいで、そのせいか隣の部屋の赤ちゃんの泣き声や大人の話声がうるさくてゆっくり寝れず、毎朝6時に起こされました。 プールは3つあるのですが、1番下は子供様、真ん中は大人も泳げる深さ、1番上は浅いプールで、思っていたより小さかったです。 部屋は写真通りで綺麗だったのですが、2日目は外出する支度中、天井から雨漏れがあり、また1時間ほど外出の足止めがあり、2泊で3万しないくらいでしたが、次は行かないです。
