“Located next to a very loud club...”

“Exceptional room, loud music played till 6 am”

The resort itself was great but located too close to a bar/nightclub that played very loud music till 6 am. If you stay here bring earplugs!

“Quiet and comfortable but it is missing character!”

For a night or two its OK and comfortable. Everything looks like the owner wanted to build it ones and not having trouble and work with it afterwards. Just concrete and stones, no gardening at all. - I found this kind of boring.

“A most pleasant surprise!”

Perfect. It's inconceivable that at this price you get that room. Granted, it's a little far from everything, maybe 10 minutes walk to the nearest 7-11, and there is a night club at the entrance with muffled oomph-oomph on Friday-Sunday nights but the setting, the big room, spacious balcony, the cleanliness, the views, the amenities - i came to work - and I left totally rested and relaxed. Will come back for more many times.

It was really nice for the small budget. Room is clean and nice. However, the location was closed to the nightclub so I heard music all night long until 6 a.m. in the morning.

The hotel was located near the beach in tranquil surroundings. Convenient location and close to muay thai gyms for those who are interested. The rooms were clean however the night club next door caused some disturbance.

One word... Great.. The whole place is quiet, clean, and have a homely feeling.A great place to relax. Location is great as its nearby the beach.. a few muay thai training camp, a few elephant trekking camp..but all within a distance by bike.. There's a bike rental nearby or at the hotel itself. One thing to note, there's a niteclub / disco at the front of the resort.And start at 2am. so it might get a bit loud. but am still able to get a good sleep

“Very nice modern room and pool. Very clean”

Nice pool. Club did not cause any problem. Cleaning/ tidying service was great as not had a room cleaned while staying in budget accomodation on the travels. It's high rating is justified for its good price.

“Phenomenal Hospitality”

honestly, this was a shot in the dark for us. what a winning situation. everything is great hear. they have bikes, night club, restaurant, pool and hospitality on site. just a great overall trip where we just wanted to relax and be in a place where we can eat, sun and relax. this was it. hit it all right on the head. if you are doubting anything, maybe think this was a fluke...friends of ours stayed there after us per our recommendation and had the exact same things to say. everything was so nice and easy. if you are between two this is a must!

“Great relaxing hotel”

unfortunately nightclub was closed for my stay, but usually very good as i have stayed in naiharn before.the hotel was very confortable and probably quieter than it normally would be.clean and friendly with good staff !

“Quiet and private with big rooms.”

A little gem of hotel but the location is not great. If you do not have transport forget it! THe rooms are spacious and cool, great big bathroom and lot's of big towels. The service here was very good but the reception is not open 24hrs. Always take your key with you. When you check in they ask for a deposit for the key this is returned to you when you leave. There is very little around and you need to walk for 10 minutes to get to the local shops and restaurants. The pool area was great and there were loads of sunbeds and cushions. We were surprised to find the local nightclub was located at the entrance to the hotel but it did not bother us at all.

“Nice stay. Big room, but poor service.”

Staff at the reception was unfriendly. She didn't say greeting to us at all. There is no 24-hr room service. Reception closes early, staff leave for home early evening. Don't forget the room key. Room is big, clean and full of amenities like refrigerator, TV, two big closet, safe box. It lacks of good bathroom items, only shampoo and soap cream. Every room has balcony and pool view. I am concerned about the security. Door lock looks unsafe. No security guards at night. Maid came while we were in the room, and she didn't come again for room makeup. I didn't even get new towels. And I couldn't get a new one because they left every early. Location is okay since I rented a motorbike and didn't mind to stay far from beach and travel to get around. Room price is cheap. This is value-for-money hotel if you want a budget one.

“Nice cozy hotel located in Nai Harn”

Hotel staff are not helpful at all except the reception lady but the hotel is new, clean & nice located in Nai Harn away the usual mess in Phuket. Good value of money, highly recommended for people who are searching for a peaceful holiday during peak season.

“Clean & adequate but odd location”

hotel was perfectly adequate in terms of the room (good size, king size bed (little hard), balcony, clean etc) but location was poor. definitely needed transport to get to any beaches and cabs in phuket are expensive. quite a few restaurants/food stalls within walking distance. found the area a little seedy at night - bar opposite with pretty ott bar girls. bar on site also played techno music till 3 or 4am which seemed a bit unnecessary given it was empty! pool was shaded. staff on site don't speak much english.

We had a lovely stay in this small, but nice hotel. Staff was very helpful, lovely clean pool. Location is great in quite area, yet close to all thai colture can offer you.

Great quiet location with friendly staff Pool is amazing Rooms are HUGE with great housekeeping. No room service as offered infact they dont like you to take food into the rooms at all. Fantastic hotel would stay again!!

“Good, clean and large rooms. ”

Very good hotel. Please note that they do not serve breakfast. Please note that is a "bar-area", although the rooms pretty sound proof. Pool is not very private; all the rooms have poolview. If trav. with childeren: Make sure you are on the first floor otherwise your kids can easily fall in to the pool when the run out of the room !. Hotel is located right on the road to Karon - Kata (not the main road)

“Good value for money - not that close to the beach”

We checked in here as Naiharn is one of our favourite beaches (the som tam on the beach is awesome) and we don't like to pay to much. You do get what you pay for and the room was adequate, the bed comfortable but the pillows a little lacking in freshness (and quantity!)... We didn't have breakfast, nor use the pool - but I liked that the hotel was quiet, well designed and had nice balconies.

We had 2 nights stay at the hotel. It was a memorable experience with nice pool and comfortable stay. Nai Harn beach is just a short drive away, is the most beautiful beach we ever went.

“Relaxing and Peaceful”

The Naiya Buree Resort is a lovely small hotel. It was easy to find. The staff provided excellent service and helped us find tasty restaurants and transport in the area. I enjoyed a long lazy day at the beach nearby - the beach was picturesque and not too crowded. All the rooms center around the pool which has very cute elephant statues and was a great central area for our group. This resort is a great deal and the perfect spot if you want to enjoy the beach in a less crowded setting.

“Great Laid back hotel and location”

We loved staying here, we had a week in Patong and loved the laid back sleepy atmosphere of the location and the room was great. The receptionist was fantastic organising laundry service and cheap scooter hire for us. The hotel had many old european couples who were friendly but lounged around the pool all day never moving from the sun lounges. The surrounding bars and restaurants were great and the massage place just down the road was lovely and cheap. Breakfast is the same thing every day : croissant, small cake and juice which i got sick of and went to one of the many breakfast places instead.

“Nice hotel”

We stayed at the Naiya Buree for 2 nights. Our impression of the hotel facilities was good: the roome were spacious with large bathroom and confy beds. Room overlooked the pool which was also good. Our impression of the hotel management was not so good, though. We are a family of 5 (3 children), and though we had booked a normal room, were asked to pay a "joiners fee" of 500baht per person per night for the children. This would have worked out more than the room itself! We protested, explaining that having our chilren stay with us should not incur such a large fee. We eventually agreed on charging for only 1 joiner per nt - still it left us feeling disappointed. Our other dissatisfaction was breakfast, which is taken at the neighbouring bar, also owned by the same person. We were entitled to one item from the menu, but they wanted to charge me for a refill coffee, which was only instant! Also, we arrived by car, but were not allowed to park in the hotel car park! Apparently only the owner is allowed to park there!! Overall, it is a nice hotel as long as you don't mind the strict rules imposed by management...

“tucked away”

We drove past the hotel once, its very tucked away. I wasn't happy at first with the location as it has it's own nightclub, but there was no noise at all, even from the bars across the road. The rooms are of a good size, and very clean, there is a large fridge enabling plently of cool drinks to be stored. Storage space is good and there is a large walk in shower. the pool is only small but is well kept and very clean, not so sure about the attempt of the look alike rocks which came up to the room steps and were not that easy to walk on. Generally a nice hotel, breakfast choice could have been better but its good value for the money.

The hotel is not in walking distance of the beach, but close to some restaurants and shops. It is surrounded by some bars which are quite noisy, but it is not heard inside the hotel area. But it may not be the ideal family environment, also there are not many activities possible in the hotel.

Naiya Buree Resort became one of our favorites! The hotel is small, but very clean and fresh. The pool is great. The distance to the beach is though a bit to far for walking, but when you get there you realize it´s one of the more nice beaches in Phuket. The restaurant serves you breakfast from the menu and the portions are large. The internet (wifi) works great and is included in the price.

房間地板髒 赤腳走了幾路腳板都變黑 而且沒提供拖鞋 WiFi非常慢 牙刷牙膏化妝棉棉花棒這些也是沒提供 自己記得帶過去 唯一優點就是 沒有人去游泳池游泳 你什麼時候去拍照都沒人看你 可能是我住的時候 其他房客比較喜歡待在房間吧

Cet hotel est bien si vous recherchez le calme (sauf la boite de nuit en face qui peut vous deranger) l avantage vous etes proche des tres belles plages a 5 minutes en voiture loin de la foule de Kata. proche de restaurant peu honereux et on ne se fait pas appeler sur les trottoirs l endroid est moins touristique que le flan ouest. Les chambres sont confortables, je parle de la deluxe les autres je ne les connais pas, en revanche ne vous attendez pas à un petit dej copieux il est servi à la carte et le 2 ieme café est payant :-) dernier bemole on ne peut pas emmener les serviettes a la plage a moins de prendre le gauche. S i vous etes chanceux l hotel peut vous paraitre a vous personne a la piscine pour les petits enfants c'est tres agreable. Derniere chose, en arrivant il peut etre tres difficile a trouver car il y a un des villas qui s'appellent egalement Naya et on vous envoie la bas, mais pour vous reperer petit astuce demandez L Icone Bar et vous trouverez.

Das Resort liegt am Ortsrand Nai Harn, direkt an der Straße, jedoch leicht zurückversetzt und völlig abgeschlossen. So kommt es auch zu keine Lärmbelästigung. Der Innenhof ist zur Gänze verfliesst und hat in der Mitte einen schönen Pool. Das Personal ist sehr umsichtig und die Anlage top gepflegt und blitz blank sauber. Die Ausstattung scheint relativ neu zu sein, alles ist in Top-Zustand. Einziger Punkt, der etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist, dass die Einrichtungen sehr dunkel ist. Aber es stört insofern wieder nicht, da die helle gemütliche Terrasse mit Kuschelecke zu Verweilen im Freien einlädt, direkt mit Poolzugang.

Das Hotel bietet kein Früstück, was aber kein Problem ist weil überall in der Nähe preiswerte Restaurants vorhanden sind. Saubere große Zimmer, alle mit Poolblick, gerechtfertigter Preis.

“Naiya Buree - Nai Harn, Phuket”

Das Hotel Naiya Buree ist geeignet für jene, die ihren Urlaub auf Phuket gerne in Nai Harn verbringen möchten, ohne dafür in die wenigen großen oder teuren Anlagen gehen zu wollen. Unerlässlich ist allerdings eine Motorisierung, egal ob PKW oder Zweirad. Öffentlicher Transport ist in diesem Teil der Insel quasi non-existent. Trotz des nervenden, weil übervölkert mit thailändischen Bar-Girls, Icon Pubs vor dem Hoteleingang insgesamt sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt ein Stück hinter der Straße, sodass wenig bis gar kein Straßenlärm bzw. Discolärm nach hinten dringt. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung, sauber und mit einem Wasserkocher, Safe, Splitlevel-Klimaanlage und großen Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Es ist nicht immer durchschaubar, in welchem Turnus Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt werden. Am besten Handtücher bei Wechselbedarf deutlich auf dem Fußboden plazieren. Die Außenbeleuchtung ist sehr schummrig. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit ist z. B. Lesen auf der Terasse absolut unmöglich. Zur kleinen Anlage gehört ein netter Pool und einige Liegen mit Auflage. Wer zu den im Pool Badenden eher Abstand sucht, sollte die Zimmer im ersten Stock buchen. Von den unteren Zimmern "fällt" man quasi in den Pool. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, aber nicht übermäßig freundlich. Das vielgerühmte landestypische Lächeln sucht man hier vergeblich. Alles in allem empfehlenswert für motorisierte Individualtouristen mit beschränktem Budget.

“态度差了点”

入住时发生了非常不愉快的事情。我们是三个人，出行前，由于在这家酒店前一晚订的另一个酒店是一张特大床的三人间，我就以为这家酒店也可以三个人。预订不可以取消。办理入住时这家酒店的员工表示不可以三个人，并且我们口头和翻译软件至少问了两遍加钱可以吗？都表示不可以，并且僵住了很久。总要解决，最后无奈我就说先两个人办理入住吧！其他的我们自己解决。晚上10点多回酒店，没想到换了老板在门口堵我们，并且指着其中一个人非常大声的说：“你不是我们酒店的。”由此讨论了很久，由于英语不好，听了个大概，奈何有嘴不能说话啊！想解释也无从下嘴。最后的解决办法还是加钱！既然这样一开始就解决不就好了嘛！事后还要我们每个人都smile，真的笑不出来，后面入住酒店都有阴影了。

“很意外很超值的一个酒店”

这次旅行总共换了5家酒店，这家是最便宜的，但环境和房间绝不亚于那些在巴东卖七八百的酒店，便宜的原因可能还是地理位置太偏了，适合自己有交通工具的自助游，强烈建议租车或摩托，到巴东也就半小时。

Siamo stati attratti dal prezzo e nel complesso non e' male. Ma la pulizia non e' molto accurata e di notte, avendo un bar accanto, non si riesce a dormire non tanto per la musica, quanto per il chiasso degli avventori e "signorine". Quando torneremo a Phuket troveremo un'altra sistemazione.
