“Great location.”
This hotel was located in a great location only meters away from the beach and some great restaurants, Street shopping. The hotel was nice and clean but could use a bit of an update. Had water issues 2 days out of our 7 days at the hotel.

“Under Renovation At the Time”
Really enjoyed the location, staff, and value. This is a hard place to book because it is in such demand. In a more quiet location at the north end of the beach. Plenty of good food and fun within walking distance. The hotel was under renovation when we were there last year so I think we were one couple among very few guests. We met the owner -- real nice lady. Clean and comfortable and great value for the location. Highly recommend.

“beach”
The karon beach just infront hotel. Lovely. But Karon beach not suitable for kid. Heavy wave n not beautiful as the picture. According to local people if need privacy better stay in kata. also here not suitable for muslim. I have no peace at all coz so many dog in hotel area n along the beach.. some mo the dog just swim in pool. Difficult to get halal food in this area. Nothin can do in this area in the evening. Maybe just spa. For others the food is not a problem. The room is ok but smelly old. Water pressure is good. Staff are ok. And transportation also not a problem to move arround.

“Fun Stay”
The location of the hotel is perfect one of the very few that are actually on the beach as advertised. The rooms are outdated and not modern at all, and could use a decent cleaning but the staff makes up for what is missed in the rooms as they are extremely friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with champagne on our honeymoon. Would recommend the stay.

“On The Beach”
Just like it said - right on the beach and the only hotel in Karon that has this . All others you need to walk / cross streets or even get transport down steep hills but with this friendly small Hotel you walk out of your room onto the beach and into the lovely waves ! Only 5 mins walk to 12 restaurants and a further few steps to the lively town centre . Staff are great and breakfast is good ,served on a terrace overlooking the sea. We took a swim in the morning back up the beach for breakfast , laid by the pool and off out for the afternoon, but be back by four for complimentary Juice, fruit and cakes by the pool . Just great 10 /10 would go back

“Nice hotel right on the beach.”
The hotel is right on the beach, but with the new lifeguard system they have put red flags there and you cannot swim in the sea. Swimming is now restricted to two very small areas about half a km away, which was disappointing. Also, no sun loungers on the beach now, so not as good as two years ago.

“good place and On the beach”
Unlike most Phuket hotels that are across the road from the beach, this little property is situated where the road ends and joins the beach... so no busy streets to cross after a swim. That said, the property is a bit dated though cozy. Would definitely like do again!!

“Enjoyed our stay”
Staff were fantastic, breakfast was very good and was a good value, hotel is located in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but close enough to join in if you want.We were there 8 nights and would recommend it. Loved the staff.

“Fabulous Hotel”
Staff, location, and exclusivityFirst of all, I think this hotel is one of the best decision I have ever made in Phuket. Although many would not agree to the location of the hotel, it's exactly what we wanted. Faraway from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It's located far end of a road and yet it's assessible easily. The hotel staff are marvellous. Especially Jenny.. The wonder lady. She ensures everything is made perfect for your trip and gives you tons of advise to Ensure you have a great holiday. Surprisingly, the pool bar sells the cheapest beer ( 50 baht ) in the whole Karon. It's a supermarket price that you will never get anywhere else. The rooms are big, brekkie is decent. Seems like most of the clientele are old folks from Eastern Europe and Russia. The pool in the centre is a winner! And unbelievably, the beach is just a stone throw away unlike most of the hotels whereby you have to cross the road to get to the beach. Okie now to cons... Everything is chargeable.. But that's a norm in Phuket. If you wanna use the deck chair.. 50 baht per day... Transport from the airport to the hotel.. 1200 baht. If traffic is fine.. U need about an hour.. If it sucks.. Expect around 2 hours of journey. The hotel prefers everything in cash payment. There will be a surcharge if you use your card. Otherwise.. If u are really into this hotel.. Email them personally.. Ask for Jenny and seek her advise. She is pretty good in her English too. I had a great stay there for 6 nights.. My place of choice to unwind and relax.

“Renovations so close to high season ?”
location, pool, poolNice to be away from the crowds and really enjoyed the swimming pool. But drilling during the day to do renovations wasn't cool. Also the air-con wasnt working in the room so we had to be moved. Staff friendly and helpful.

“if beach most important part of holiday!”
Beach, staff, free fruit and cake every afternoonOn arrival we were given 'upgrade' to seaview room (most rooms seaview/poolview). Room at front very spacious. Very old bathroom, badly in need of refurbishment!!! Mattress hard and aircon very noisy. Beach lovely and peaceful. Hotel has free beach mats/umbrellas to use. 50 baht to hire fold up sunbed if required. Sunbeds always taken by same people in same spot every day (you need to be up about 4am to put towels on beds!!!!!).

“needs some serious maintenance”
location,location,locationStay was nice because hotel is at the quiet north end of Karon beach and the Thai restaurants nearby were very good. I was disappointed with condition of room and it was apparently one of the new rooms. Serious mood happening in the shower and general lack of maintenance. They have a book room with a huge collection of novels but they were covered in rat poop so I didn't want to look too closely. Staff were friendly.

“Excellent stay! I will be back!”
Near Karon, but away from the hustle. Friendly staff! Short walk to the beautiful beach.A very nice hotel. I had an ocean view! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Hotel and restaurant staff very friendly, I spent time with them to help them practice English! Excellent value, I will be back!

“Good hotel but worned down”
Location on the beach, pool, and close but far away from the night lifeStaff were decent, they get the job done when you ask them to. The rooms are worn down. Mosquitoes were getting into the room from the bathroom so we had to shut the door. There was AC, not strong but works. Make sure you ask for a high room floor.

closeness to the beach, quite and friendly staffVery small hotel located right on the Beach, nice place to stay if you Dont like noisy places like patong, and its a 5 min bike ride away from patong, bike rental shop is about 200m away from the hotel and some decent restaurants nearby as well

“Très bien situé ”
Très joli hôtel situé sur un emplacement donnant un accès direct à la plage. Si nous retournons à Karon beach, qui en passant est une très belle plage, nous retournerons à “In on the Beach”.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand, sauber, freundlich, alles super. Wasserdruck reicht kaum zum Duschen besonders bei langen Haaren schwierig die Seife wieder loszuwerden . Braucht halt Zeit gibt schlimmeres.

“許容”
Das war gar nichts. Das dreckigste Zimmer, Vorhänge kaputt, Spinnenweben, Bett voller Haare und kleiner Tierchen. Inakzeptabel. Mir wurde zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber ich wollte nur noch weg. Fair war, mir eine bereits gezahlte Nacht zu erlassen. Aber: Nie wieder.

“Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal :)”
Ruhige Lage, hilfsbereites Personal, Pool.Die Lage ist wirklich super, wenn man direkt am Meer wohnen will und dem Trubel etwas entkommen möchte. Nur ca. 100m entfernt sind ein paar nette Restaurants und das Zentrum von Karon mit großer Auswahl ist auch in der Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Ich hatte zB ein Problem mit meiner Bankomatkarte und musste dringend zur Bank nach Kata. Als ich an der Rezeption davon erzählt habe u nach einem Taxi gefragt habe, hat man mich sofort gratis mit dem Moped hin- und zurückgebracht, und 2 Tage später nochmals. Der kostenlose Nachmittagssnack am Pool ist ebenfalls ein tolles Angebot. Zusammengefasst kann ich nur sagen, dass ich den Aufenthalt im In on the Beach sehr genossen habe.

Serviceminded staff, god og variert frokost, intimt og hjemmekoselig hotell - og ikke minst dets plassering 50 meter fra sjøkantenMeget godt opphold, koselig service minded personell, men hotellet trenger sårt en rehabilitering , men gode koseligehotell blir slitt. Ikke mye endret på siste 10 år da jeg var der sist.

“很棒的酒店，海滩就在面前，虽然房间设施一般，也比较老久，可是都十分干净，也不吵闹的休闲好去处，走出karun市区，就10分钟，自家带有餐厅，下午坐在树下喝喝啤酒吃吃水果，孩子又在你眼前沙滩玩，丝毫不用”
很方便的地方，完全不用担心吃喝玩乐的问题，机场到这里不塞车大约40分钟，去巴东坐嘟嘟也是10分钟的事，价格介于250-300泰铢，大力推荐的好地方。

离海边近；我们住在这里的时候，只有我们一家是中国人，其他都是欧美地区的人，然而老板是潮州人，哈哈；前台服务相当好，不厌其烦地帮我们解决问题；有的时候下午有免费的果汁和蛋糕可以吃，总体而言非常好

Dejligt hotel, rigtig god beliggenhed ved vandet. Søde, venlige og meget opmærksomt personale. Mange skriver at det er slidt, men det er ikke mere end andre 3☆hoteller i Thailand. Kan virkelig anbefales.

“Hotellet är inte nybyggt!”
Fanns ingen hiss. Bodde på tredje våningen där det endast fanns en smal och brant trappa. Fanns ingen nödutgång vid brand. Rummet väldigt spartanskt. Vattenkokare fanns men endast en sprucken kopp. Ingen påfyllning av kaffe. Te fanns inte. Sandigt i skåp och på möbler. Inga stolar fanns endast 2 sittpuffar. I badrummet var kranen till tvättstället lös. I duschen var det mycket med sand. Kan inte ha städats under min vistelse. Ställ fanns för servetter men var inte påfyllt. Ingenstans att hänga handdukar. Balkongen inte städad. Sängen var ren. Bad att få byta rum på grund av trappan men flickan i receptionen brydde sej ej. Annars var övrig personal vänliga.

“すごく良い”
Toppen läge precis vid stranden. Promenadavstånd till restauranger & shopping. Trevlig personal och bra städning. Mycket trångt kring poolen. Stort behov av renovering, bara valda delar av rummen är ommålade och uppfräschade. Mycket ofräscht på vissa ställen, t ex poolen och poolområdet. Vi valde att inte använda poolen under vår vistelse. Extremt lyhört.

“Great location and friendly staff”
Excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle of Karon's main strip but an easy 5-10 minute walk. On the beach, with a great little restaurant next door and a strip of great eating places a 5-min walk away. Very good breakfast. We had three rooms, one (only) was not modernised and could do with some renovation.
