The 5,000 THB deposit is a standard procedure for incidentals, but I understand it can be unexpected if not clearly communicated in advance—we’ll certainly look into making this information more transparent during the booking process. As for the floating basket, it is an optional add-on experience and not included by default with all room packages, which is why there was an additional charge. That said, we truly appreciate your comments and will review how we can better communicate these details to avoid any future confusion.
