“慣れれば、良いホテルです。”

地方都市のなので、ホテルから一歩外に出れば、タイ語以外通じない、と思った方がいいと思います。 なので、ロケーション的にギリギリのところです。 旅慣れた（コラートに、ある程度なじんだ)人向けに思います。

“街の中心地だけど…食事に困る”

タイの地方のそこそこしっかりしたホテル。一緒に宿泊したタイ人曰く、改装されて綺麗になったんだとか。部屋は清潔で満足。 ただ、ホテルの周りに食事するところがなくて困った。セブンをそこそこ離れてる。商店街のようだが、飯食うところはないのか？ただ見つけれなかっただけなのか…

“ホテルの前にスーパーマーケット”

今回はマッサージ三昧と靴修理に良さに感動しました。 のんびりしたこの町は気に入っています。 朝食は客の多少によってバイキングか定食に変わります。

“便利”

タイのローカルでは、日本人だけだと食事に困ったりするが、 ここはすぐ近くに和食居酒屋があり、向かいにスーパーもあるので ひとりで泊まっても大丈夫。 部屋は質素だが清潔で、料金も安いのでビジネスホテルとしては利用価値がある。朝食はいくつか選べて味は良いが、とにかく量が多くて食べきれない。

価格に対し、部屋はとても良い。 窓外景観は、しょうがない。 宿泊のみであれば、快適でした。

いつもはこのコメント欄に悪いことを書かないのですが、今回はちょっと酷かったのでここに残します。このホテルを２泊予約し、訪問しました。浴室とトイレが砂のようなもので汚れていました。室内ではゴキブリが２回出ました。まあ、この程度は我慢しました。そして、シャワーを浴びると、お湯が出ません。フロントに確認すると、「全館でお湯が出ない状況は把握している。昨日と今日の問題で、明日には復旧する」とのこと。初日と朝のシャワーは冷水で我慢しました。しかし、２日目の夜もお湯が出ず、再度フロントへ確認。対応した女性はなぜか薄ら笑いを浮かべ、責任逃れするのみで、何の対応せず。ａｇｏｄａへ連絡して、対応を依頼するも、当初次回１０％引きバウチャーの提示。その日は寒く、お金の問題ではなく、お湯が出ないことが問題である旨交渉。ホテルを変更するように依頼。代わりのホテルが決まり、移動する事になったが、移動は自分でしろとのこと。深夜に場所もわからないホテルに荷物持って移動はあまりにも危険なため、ホテルへ送るよう依頼するも当初は拒否。ホテルマネージャーへ連絡させ、直接交渉し代替ホテルへ送ってもらうこととなるも、この時点で深夜２時過ぎ。あまりに最低なホテルでした。お湯が出ないことを知っていながら、告知せずに隠す姿勢もおかしいし、トラブルになっても、できるだけ対応しない姿勢も、ホテルとして失格ではないでしょうか？ましてや、嘘をつくのはホテルマンとしてではなく、人間性すら疑います。今まで、数十回をａｇｏｄａを利用したなかで最低のホテルでした。トラブルのない時はホテルスタッフの対応は良かっただけに残念です。私は室内の多少の汚れや、多少の虫がいることは通常気にしません。ホテルに過剰なサービスも求めませんし、多少の無礼があっても気にしません。しかし、このホテルについては根底から問題ありです。このコメントがａｇｏｄａで削除されることなく、そのまま掲載されることを切に望みます。他の善良な旅行者のためにも。

“町の中心にあり、安価ではあるが快適なホテル”

standard Kingに2泊した。部屋には、バスタブ付きでお湯の出はいまいち。夜は静かで快適に睡眠できた。朝食は、初日セットメニューで、2日目はバイキング（客数が少ないとセットメニューになる模様）夕食・町内観光は、徒歩で可能。ホテル内で過ごすのではなく、遺跡観光等の拠点としては非常によい。ホテル敷地内には古式マッサージ店があり、ホテル関連店としては非常にしっかりしたマッサージであった。（おすすめ。）

“静かなホテル”

ホテルは町の中心から、徒歩10分程度。ホテルは古いがそれなりに格も感じる。 フロントでピーマイ遺跡観光の貸切タクシーの手配も気軽に行ってくれ、 ゆったりのんびりと過ごすことができました。

“一人旅向けホテル”

目の前に小さなデパートがあるが、周りにはコンビニもなく、深夜になると開いているお店はない。近くにナイトバザールがあるが見る価値は特にない。ホテルにはMP、カラオケが併設されているがそれ以外は特にない。また、ナイトバザール近辺にはパブがいくつかあるが、たいしたことはない。周りで遊ぶところはほとんどないため、ナイトライフを楽しみたい方は別なところをおすすめします。

“田舎のホテルの暖かが伝わってくる”

町の中心地近くの立地なので、どこに行くのも便利。また、ホテル前の道路を渡ればショッピングセンター、酒＆つまみには困りません。行きたい観光地をホテルスタッフに書いてもらい指さし会話→非常に助かりました。 ホテル内にはカラオケスナックも有り、地方ホテル感抜群！

“ナイトライフの充実したホテル”

旧市街の真ん中にあり、最近のスポットからは少し遠いです。 ホテルの正面に百貨店はあるもののコンビニは近くにありません。（ジュース・ビールなどが買える雑貨店はあります） ホテルの敷地内にマッサージパーラーやカラオケがありますので男性客には良いと思いますが、家族旅行には向かないと思います。 1階ロビーにあるレストランは安価で大変美味しいです。 11時からビュッフェになりますが、純イサーン風で品数も多くこちらも大変美味しいです。 バンコクの1流ホテルより美味しいと思いました。 フロントスタッフは無愛想でぶっきらぼうです。（若い女性達でしたが…） でも有料であるはずのWI-FIパスワードは聞けば無料で教えてくれました。

“スタッフは親切だが、”

デラックスを予約したが、ほかの地方のスタンダードに劣る。家族連れにはおすすめできない。ベットマットも硬く、１泊で十分な部屋である。ホテル自体が古いのか、設備もものすごくノスタルジアを感じた。唯一よかったのは、選べる朝食とスタッフの対応くらい。

ホテル前は、旧kurang plaza トゥクトゥク、バイクタクシーはあり、 コンビニは少し歩く、パッと見では見つけられない

“価格が魅力”

仕事でバンコクから来て１泊しました。 近くに居酒屋があり食事も不便なく 部屋も快適でした。 宿泊代もリーズナブルでオススメです。

“このファシリティーならもう少し安くても”

出張で泰人スタッフと宿泊（別部屋）。 泰人価格にしては高価な部類と思ったが、邦人としてはこの程度だと一寸、厳しいか？　夜中に巨大ゴキちゃんがカサカサ徘徊しても気にならない人はもっと安いホテルでも充分と思う。 朝食もメニュー選択式で全然、足りない、2名分の朝食券貰っていたが、もう一回食べれれば良かった。

“立地もよく、部屋も上々”

観光で２泊しました。 第一バスターミナルからは徒歩圏、ヤーモー像にも近いです。 朝食は複数の中から選択でき、同食堂ではランチはバフェ、夕食はアラカルトになっていて、夕食も利用しましたが、おいしかったですよ。

“値段が値段だし…”

フロントの対応：ホテルバウチャーをかばんから出すのに少し手間取っていたら、「満室だから」と言って宿泊拒否されそうになった。宿泊客が本当に多かったようで、我々の泊まれる部屋をどこにするかの検討に時間がかかった。部屋は清潔そうに見えたが、小さいゴキブリが出た。エアコンは効くが、調節はonかoffしかできなかった。シャワーは壁に固定されていて、プールのシャワーのようだったし、それに加えて水の勢いが弱かった。一部屋 バーツ程度だったら、こんなものかもしれない。良かったのは朝食。選択肢が多いし、おいしかった。

“タイのローカルな雰囲気の味わえるホテルです”

今回一泊だけしました。建物自体は古いですが，清潔に保たれており部屋も広いです。食事はブッフェ形式ではなく，３種類のセットメニューから選ぶようになっており，おかゆのセットを選びましたが，満足しました。機会があれば，また利用したいと思います。

中心部に近く、移動はそれなりに便利。ホテルのフロントには1泊500バーツの文字が・・・・ スタッフは親切で、パタヤ行きのバスに乗りたいと告げると、紙にタイ語で、ボーコーソーマイ（新バスターミナル）と「パタヤ」と書いてくれた。トゥクトゥクにそれを見せてバスターミナルへ。80B（たぶん吹っかけ値でしょう）すんなりと到着できた。

　給湯が豊富で温泉並みにゆったりのんびりできる。宿泊数が少なかったせいか朝食はブッフェではなくセット食選びであった。 　オートバイを借りれば、ホテルを基点に遺跡巡りが可能であり便利です。

バスタブの無い部屋があるので注意。全体的に設備も古い。自分が泊まったバーツ程度の部屋で文句を言う話ではないですが。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

“価格の割に満足”

深夜２時過ぎにチェックインしましたがまったく問題なし。翌日の朝食も美味しくて満足しました。 市内の観光名所にはほとんど歩いて行けるのでロケーションも問題なく、良いホテルです。

“旧市街に位置する便利なロケーション”

旧市街にある点が一番のセールスポイントです。部屋は多少くたびれていますが、値段相応だと思います。昼はのブッフェがあり、その利用価値は高いです。娯楽施設が併設されている点を気にする人もいると思いますが、治安が悪いわけでもなく私は気になりませんでした。

“ロケーションはかなり良い”

このコラート・ホテルを選んだ理由は、旧市街地の中心に位置していたから。しかし、ホテルの目の前と後ろにアープオップヌアッドがあるので、もし子供連れなら環境が良くないだろう。 又、朝食がバイキングではなくて、本当に軽い食事だけしかなかったので、かなり残念だった。 ルームサービスは飲み物注文やランドリーを頼んだが、迅速な対応をしてくれたのでありがたかった。

“設備が古く価格も安くない”

２つ星ということで期待はしていなかったが、やはり設備や内装は相当古くて、落ち着いて休めなかった。旧市街の真ん中にあるという立地も、ナイトライフ向けには良いが、周辺にあるナイトバザールも寂れていて、あえてここに宿泊する必要はなかった。

旧市街にとまろうと思ってここにしたが、その点では便利だ。でも新市街の方に便利そうで新しそうなホテルがあった。旧市街もそんなに遠くないのでそちらもいいんじゃないかと思った。

The rooms are fine for the price, the location in the old town is good, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast, however, is rather underwhelming.

It's beautiful hotel for that price.　I would like to stay again at next visiting to Korat.

The location is in the city center. There are stores and restaurant around the hotel. Cleanliness is acceptable. Comfortable bed pillows.

This hotel surprised me in a positive way. Clean room, super friendly stuff, good location. I will definitely recommend it.

“非常に満足”

There were language difficulties initially, very few staff had an understanding of English. This problem was resolved when a member of the management staff came on duty. I still don't know why I was unable to be served an alcoholic drink at the hotel bar. There didn't appear to be any problems with bars around the city being open. Overall, I would stay here again, but not so sure it is best for tourists.

“Location and Offroad Parking”

I‘ve been stayin there for many years but the last trip made sure that I‘ll chose another place next time. Staff is lovely and the coffee shop/restaurant food was good. The mattress was beyond its usefulness and the air condition dripped the entire night as nobody serviced the unit in a long time. The rooms are recently sprayed with some very penetrant and unpleasant air freshener. The Asian rice watery and a decent cup of coffee was charged extra (which we knew and agreed to though). This place has lost its splendour and might need a proper renovation/rebranding to reclaim its star of Korat!

Great place to stay whilst in the city. We’ve made it our Saturday night lodge. Breakfast good, staff very good. Secure car parking

“Facilities ”

The room I originally chose was a standard double advertised as a room to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. At 28sqm it was just big enough for two, it did not match the description on the website, I asked at the front desk to upgrade but they could not, however one quick call to agoda and we managed to obtain a Junior Suite, much better. Families take note....

Pro's - All the staff I spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Clean hotel and I was impressed with the breakfast. Don's- The only setback was at 05.30am we were awoken by very loud music, sounded like a band were playing the floor above us. If I were to stay there again I wouldn't want to be staying on the 4th floor!

“Lovely hotel in korat”

I’m really impressed with the service and and facilities of the hotel. You get greeted with welcome drinks and chilled towelettes. The staffs were very professional and polite with smiles taking care of you during the stay. We ended up spending four nights in this hotel because it was probably the best option around. The breakfast buffet was really well put together on daily basis. Nothing we can fault about our experience there. Highly recommend Korat zoo if you want to see exotic animals for a full day activity! We got a Song taew from the main road to the zoo for 20 bath pp. Renting a bike to go around the zoo is 50 for two hours. It’s also close to walking street, shopping centre and terminal 21 mall (free admission to the tower for the view). Great fun!

Location is very good. Tuktuks across the street. Very clean. Nice cleaning staff. Breakfast was good although much of it is cool.

“Flashy look can be deceiving”

Grand looking hotel. I didn't like the location all that much. Seems to have very little eating places or entertainment venues nearby. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was very basic. I expected a little better from an up market hotel like this one. NOT impressed that some items went missing from my room and the staff at reception didn't seem to care that much when I reported it. The items were not valuable personal belongings, just some food and snacks I bought for myself but that's not the point.

“Ok stay for a few nights.”

The location is decent, there’s a plaza with a grocery store across the street. A few bars around in different directions, but not many. Walking to the center is about maybe 15 minutes on foot. Many reviews spoke highly about the staff, yet, they were somewhat average to me — maybe that’s due to ethnicity and age. They did follow through with a request, so they get points for that. The breakfast is either a buffet or menu depending on unknown factors; the food was average at best. The room was as stated, and everything worked fine — wifi, hot shower, etc. Only hiccup was that there was no power on the morning we left. Though there was a sign — only in Thai stating it. Luckily we left just as it happened so it was not an inconvenience to us. But, I wonder if other guests would have been somewhat accommodated for that inconvenience. Don’t be afraid to book, but after staying there myself, I would double check.

Good value for the money.. Pleasant atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff. The employee's at this Hotel are very sweet and always greet you with a smile. Be kind and generous to the WONDERFULLY GRACIOUS and HUMBLE WOMEN that look after the accommodations

“Ok room in good location”

Beware that there are 2 Hotels in Ratchasima which are called Korat Hotel. This is the one in the city. Location is good because some day and night attractions are in walking distance. Standard room for 900 B is clean but small and you can hear the neighbors talk. There are also deluxe rooms for 1400 B. The only difference I can see is the bigger space. All the rooms have been updated recently. Breakfast is included. It's the usual Thai buffet style with lot's of food but low quality. I'd stay again, it's slightly better than Romyen Garden but not as good as the new Aisana Hotel which is also better than the Fortune.
