“U get what you pay for ”

In the past week I have stayed in the cheap room then the one above. Choose the cheap room, the next one up is worse It is a Thai hotel, so you must accept a lower grade Rooms are modern and ok, but no English on TV. The better room the TV screen was shot, hazy It included breakfast which was rice soup that you could have eaten with a fork It's on a great beach and other resorts are more expensive. But I only saw one other westerner Without the location location it might rate one star. I'm 74, and now more fussy, but its good for young oeople

“Hidden Gem”

Needa rock is located in a quiet area of khanom perfect for a relaxing get away. The resort is a stones throw from the beach, rooms are comfy and clean. Restaurants are a walking distance and the staff are more than willing to help out. I will definitely be retruning

“It’s ok for a short stop”

We stayed as we were on the way to Samui. Very basic but ok. The staff were fine. The restaurant was ok but very limited menu.

“Great Place!”

The owner or manager, Pee Baa, was great. He gave my son a ride over to the next beach so he could train in Muay Thai. All of the staff made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay great. I would return here.

When we arrived we noticed it was in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to be pretty close to Khanom, and on the map it had said that Needa rock resort was 5 km from Khanom center. In reality it was 12 km away. Too far to walk. But the resort was just by the beach which was pretty good. Not many shops or restaurants nearby or tourists for that matter. The staff was friendly but didn't speak much english. That didn't bother us much though.In the morning they cooked a pretty alright breakfast with toast, eggs and sausages. The room we stayed in was big and bright. But the bathroom had a lot of ants and the bed was rock hard (like sleeping on wood). If you like a very quiet place with no tourists, shops or restaurants its an alright place to be.

Great spot, is isolated best to have your own transport if possible. Right on the beach, lovely room and food. Approx 50 m from beach, with restaurant right on beach.

Dommage que les équipements ne soient pas modernes (tuyau de douche rigide et incontrôlable) eau à peine tiède les lampes sans ampoules et le lit hyper dur … petit déjeuner moyen

“Une nuit avant de partir a Samui”

Hotel au bord de la mer, simple propre sauf quelques animaux dans la salle de bain, Nous étions seul dans la résidence du fait du covid et d'une nuit en pleine semaine. Pas de resto ouvert autour et pas de superette. Pas d'internet

“J'y retournerai pas”

Nous avons eu un bungalow juste au ras de la route, c'est un village mais avec beaucoup de circulation jusqu'à environ 23 heures. Il y beaucoup de chiens errants qui n'arrêtent pas d'aboyer et de se battre toutes les nuits (nous avions réservé 5 nuits). Le personnel est très gentils mais ne parle absolument pas anglais et ne font aucun effort, quel dommage !!!

A part le site et la Wifi, tout le reste laisse a désirer. Pas de ménage, changement de serviette, produit toilette, bouteille d eau pendant 3 jours, robinet de lavabo vous faisant croire que songkran est revenu, complété par la vasque dessoudée qui vous arrose les pied. Au prix spécial farang, 1200 bath au lieu de 800 pour les Thaï, j ai eu droit au pdj spécial : 1 œuf, 2 toasts, 3 rondelles de concombre. Le discount farang est aussi pratiqué par les restaurants de la baie, un encornet a 300B c est retrouve a 450B sur la note, il avait augmenté au marché ! de 50%............. Bref, laissez cet endroit aux Thais, il y en a tellement d autres plus sympa.....

L'hôtel est au top juste grâce à son emplacement prêt de la plage. Sinon c'est un Hôtel de niveau moyen avec un personnel sympathique.

N y aller surtout pas Les bungalows ne sont pas situés en bord de mer Le personnel est désagréable Le ménage n est pas fait Le petit déjeuner consiste en une soupe de riz et un café instantané, très frugal et d autant plus frustrant que les clients thaïlandais ont droit à un petit déjeuner un peu plus consistant pain et oeufs au plat.. Cet hôtel ne correspond absolument pas à l hospitalité que nous rencontrons en Thaïlande.

“Cheap and nice place”

Le site est super. Le personnelle n'est pas disponible à nettoyer la chambre tous les jours et souvent des cheveux dans la nourriture. Mise à part ces petits problèmes, l'endroit est paradisiaque. Pas facile de s'y rendre mais super bien. Petit resto près du quai ou la carte de mets de fruits de mer fraîchement pêché du matin est super. On y est super bien accueilli.

ห้องสแตนดาร์ด ไม่สะอาด แอร์ไม่เย็น ห้องแคบ ห้องน้ำท่วมขังไม่ระบายอุดตัน ไม่คุ้มค่ากับการพักอาศัยเลย ห้องสแตนดาร์ดจะอยู่ท้ายสุดของโรงแรม เดินไกล สภาพเก่า ไม่ติดใจจะมาอีก โรงแรมไม่ปรับปรุงเลย

1. ห้องพักไม่ตรงปก ลงภาพบ้านแต่ได้พักตึกเขียว ทำให้ผู้จองเข้าใจผิด 2. ห้องน้ำไม่ได้ล้างทั้ง3ห้อง ฝุ่นเยอะ ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดซ้ำก่อนผู้พักเข้าพัก 3. แอร์ไม่เย็น มีแต่ลมออกมา พอแจ้งพนักงานๆบอกว่าเมื่อวานมีคนมาพักก็บอกว่าเย็นนะคะ

**ความสะอาดไม่ดีเลย การดูแลรักษาห้องพักไม่ได้มาตรฐาน ในห้องพักเต็มไปด้วยขี้ฝุ่น เช็ดได้ต้องคือเช็ดบ้างนะครับ **การบริการมีการแบ่ง แยก ไทยต่างชาติ เช่นว่าเรื่องอาหารเช้าตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คแนไม่มีการบอกกล่าวแจ้งให้ทราบเลยbooking benefit มีอะไรบ้าง ถึงเวลาอาหารเช้า เราถูกบังคับให้รับทานข้าวต้ม กล้วย ชา กาแฟ โดยปริยาย ไม่มีการบอกกล่าวให้ทราบเลยว่ามีอะไรบ้างจู่มีป้าหน้าบูดถือข้าวต้มมาให้คนละชาม ไม่พูดใร เลย หรือ พูดไม่ได้ก้อใม่ทราบได้ แต่ในขณะเรานั่งรับทานข้าวต้มอันอร่อยมีครอบครัวต่างชาติมารับบริการ อาหารช่างแตกต่าง คือทางเราไม่ได้อะไรมากมายนะแค่อยากรู้ว่าคือเราไม่มีสิทเลือกอาหารใช่หรือไม่?? ตอบหน่อย

ห้องพักสบาย กว้าง ส่วนตัว แต่ติดถนนไปหน่อยติดช่วงทางโค้ง จะมีรถผ่านไปมา แม่บ้านน่ารัก วิวทะเลสวยมาก แต่ช่วงนั้ั้นพายุเข้าเลยไม่ได้เล่นน้ำทะเลให้หนำใจ ของกินก็หาง่ายมีร้านค้าขายของชำข้างๆ จะบอกว่าโอเคผ่านค่ะ

เลือกห้องซีวิวคิดว่าจะเห็นทะเลชัดเจนปรากฏว่ามีห้องอาหารและถนนคี่นบดบังไปเห็นทะเลนิดเดียว แต่ก็ถือว่าราคาเบาพักสามคนมีอาหารเช้าคืนละ 1000 กว่าบาท อาหารเช้าเป็นไส้กรอกไข่ดาวขนมปังค่ะ

ทะเลสวยสามารถเดินข้ามจากที่พักไปเล่นน้ำทะเลได้ แต่ห้องพักไม่ได้อยู่ติดทะเล ห้องขนาดใหญ่ แต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาดมีฝุ่นเยอะมาก ห้องเก่า ทีวีดูไม่ได้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น

ห้องขนาดกว้างขวาง ติดอย่างเดียวคือเครื่องปรับอากาศ ต้องทำความสะอาด จะเย็นมากขึ้น เพราะ ที่ไปแอร์ ไม่ค่อยเย็น ส่วนทำเล ที่พักถือว่าดีมากๆ อยู่ใกล้ทะเล มาก
