The staff at reception only service Chinese group customers. I was waiting almost 5 mins for checkin process. When i got keycard to reach the room at 4th floor, it was damaged. Then i called staff at reception, they asked me to went to reception to received the new keycard which was not my fault. Terrible

“Nice and modern room ”
Nice & spacious room but can be more clean. House keeping can be improved. Close to a small building that has a few nice restaurants and 7-11.

“Rude staff, loud rooms”
Staff are incredibly rude to all customers. Very hostile. Rooms are poorly decorated and there is no sound proofing. Only stay here if absolutely necessary

Stay here is Okay for the area. Near the college many young people in the streets. Good street food and small restaurants around. Pretty regular.

“Was not happy ”
I made a mistake while booking I booked on the wrong day asked staff to fix it said no had to pay for another day thanks for being so lazy and not wanting to use your computer!!! I stayed the extra day of course since I paid for it . I found the staff was only nice to the Chinese people staying the hotel they were rude to us I guess because we are white ! Never stay here again what a disappointment

“Pick somewhere else”
Stayed because of doing business in the area. The hotel is full of dust until the point where my nose hurt. The room was newly refurbished but still…dusty. Staff were not welcome nor friendly, they were busy gossiping about other staffs and not afraid to let you hear. When checking in I felt like I beg them for me to stay. Facilities was ok for the type of hotel but run down.

“Jazzotel ”
The hotel itself is good. Location not so central, but it is for my work. The location of the hotel is not noisy by night. Oon the level I am staying (level 11), there seems to have a person (not sure if he is staff of the hotel), speaking loudly from 2am to 5am. feedback this to the reception, they didnt bother to even listen to what happen.

For people who come early before the check-in time, it seems like we're breaking the law or something. The staff tone of voice seems agreesive and rude, when I asked for the early check-in. It's okay if you not allowed to do this, just tell us nicely. Some people shouldn't do the service job, if they don't have the mind for it.

The room is standard type it's not good but not bad. Staffs are not OK need more service mind. Paying is not convenient credit card will be charged and high cost for keycard deposite and pay by cash.

Clean, big spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Great shower facilities and excellent housekeeping staff who took the initiative to call a plumber for a leaking tap. Highly recommend for families and groups.

“A Satisfactory Experience”
This is an old hotel, and the age shows. However, the room was well maintained, with clean sheets, firm bed, strong shower and in-room fridge. Internet is NOT FREE, and the in-room safe was not working. There is a pool and gym on site, BUT access to both was locked the time I was there. The location is quite a distance (on average 20 min by taxi) from anything worth visiting in BKK, but as I had work in the area, this was not a problem. Convenience store and Thai massage available at the gas station across the road. All in, I think this property will meet the basic needs of most business travellers.

Une semaine a Jazzotel car il est proche duLFIB. Possibilité d'y aller a pied même si la ballade est peu ragoûtante... 10 minutes en taxi de Plaza Rama9. Pas mal. C'est le seul vrai point +. La chambre Junior présentée sur Agoda avec 2 queeen beds, contenait en fait 2 single beds pour 4 personnes. Du coup nous avons dû transférer vers une chambre plus grande avec 2 lits pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants)... Ce que jazzotel nous a fait payer plutôt cher... La dame à l'accueil est agréable comme une porte de prison. Le buffet est bof avec des œufs qui restent toute la journée dans la chaleur et a l'air libre. Ménage très soigné, bravo. Accueil déplorable, vieil hôtel, peu de restos aux alentours (le petit thaï sur la droite en sortant est TB). Globalement, cet hôtel est tout à fait "bof". Je le déconseille.
