“Good but not excellent ”
Was first put in a room facing a narrow back lane which was sad. The staff at check-in was just a bit unresponsive.Maybe she didn’t really understand English. I upgraded to a suite the next day. Then,the day I was checking out, they couldn’t even accommodate me for a couple more hours as I had a late flight even though I was willing to pay for another full days rate. I know they are fully booked but I’m sure there was a way around it. Anyway, it was a nice hotel besides the above mentioned.

“Clean and Friendly Stay”
The staff were very attentive, professional, and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Don’t skip out on breakfast, it’s a wonderful new combination everyday.

“Solid hotel in great location”
Business Solo Traveler that required to go to the Convention Center daily. Great location and solid hotel. THe amenities are small but for a business traveler this is secondary.

“Friendly staff and clean premises!”
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was not only clean but also had a modern vibe about it. Staff were extremely helping and welcoming as well ~ Although, the location is not super close to a BTS. The hotel has a shuttle tuktuk that takes you to one!

“No room service”
Put signage to makeup room but no one did. Room was available for cleaning from 11am till late night. Since room cleaning was not done my free bottled water was not replenished, call reception that night if we could get some and we were spoken to in a very rude manner.

“Clean, comfy, convenient hotel”
Staff here were top notch, all - from frontdesk, to concierge to restaurant - personnel were very attentive to the needs of customers, showing true blue Thai hospitality with smiles and bows non-stop. Location was about 5 mins walk to Asok BTS and Metro, so it was easy to get to many places. Hotel itself was very clean and because it opened only in July, everything was new to boot. Bathtub was immaculate, enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Thanks Team Courtyard Marriott at Sukhumvit 20!

“すごく良い”
Arrived at Courtyard by Marriott Siam (as I have always stayed in this location) to find that I have booked the wrong location. I was disappointed but we proceeded to Courtyard by Marriott Sukhumvit 20. I was surprised to hear from a staff that this happens a few times a day and I wished the listing was named more obvious for Siam. The hotel was great, it is very new and we enjoyed going to the gym at night. Staffs at the lobby were extremely friendly! They always make our day. :) Unfortunately, housekeeping kept missing out on our daily change of towels. We would arrive back at the hotel at the end of the day to find no bath towels and had to call to request for them.

“Disappointing”
We went there on what seemed like their first day of opening. Hotel wasnt ready for business. Wifi was not working, access pass to the lift was not in place, anybody (even non guest) could go to the rooms. Swimming pool still had some renovation works ongoing and the bar next to the swimming was not in operation yet. Nevertheless, hotel room was clean and design was modern and nice.

“Nice & clean hotel”
We stayed for 5 nights, booked deluxe double bed room, the room was very clean, the staff very helpful, there was a seven eleven nearby, there were several street restaurant around the hotel. Overall we had a very lovely & nice stay, thank you.

“It's fine”
Rates are super high for average hotel like this. It's a city hotel having small 2 connected buildings. Staff can suggest complimentary things but those are not complimentary at the time of check out. Minibar items are out of minibar, so consume it wisely. Overall above average hotel and don't expect too much.

“super new hotel! ”
love the staff and new-ness of the hotel, everything was sparkling! our room doesnt come with a view at all though, we were facing the annex building of the hotel, it was quite strange. however staff more than makes up for it! lovely thai hospitality!

整體新淨有服務 前台及call車服務很好 房間乾淨 花灑水壓有時大有時細 去水不是太暢通 其他服務也很好 行去地鐵站大約8分鐘 下午分鐘到達便利店 樓下有很多按摩店 行出大街就會有好多小店吃

Hotel avec navette gratuite pour metro Asok ou Emporium. Bien situé, moderne, accueil personnalisé, conciergerie mention spéciale pour Pai, piscibe de bonne dimension, navette pour l aéroport à prix raisonnable. . Seule petit bémol, sol de la chambre pas propre le 1er jour et le bruit de fond de moteurs de climatisation à la piscine.

נהננו להתארח במלון. נקי מאוד, סגל עובדים מקצועי, קשוב, חייכן ויוצא מגדרו לעזור בכל דבר ועניין. בלילה קיבלנו מענה מהיר ומקצועי מקמלה שממש רצה לספק את צרכינו. גם פאי שדאג לנו לפני הטיסה במקצועיות, בחיוך ועם הרבה סבלנות. הצוות כולו נפלא וגרם לנו להרגיש כה חשובים ורצויים. תמיד בחיוך. המיקום נוח וקרוב לטרמינל 21 ולרכבת. המלון מספק שאטל לרכבת. נוח ויעיל. ממליצה בחום.

“Ylihintainen perushotelli”
Olin pettynyt. Hotellissa ei mitään erikoista. Uima-allas pieni ja nuhjuinen kerrostalojen keskellä. Ensimmäinen huone jonka saimme oli tunkkainen ja haisi ummehtuneelle, eikä ilmastointi toiminut kunnolla. Hotellihuone oli ”deluxe”, joka oli ainoastaan mainoslause. Huoneessa ei mitään erikoista perushotelliin verrattuna. Samalla rahalla tai halvemmalla saat huoneen Bangkokissa pilvenpiirtäjästä, josta löytyy skybarit uima-altaalla ja kaikilla mukavuuksilla.

“A place you want to be”
On top of the clean, modern and new facilities, the staff are all professional, friendly and helpful. Everyone in my family enjoys staying at Courtyard by Marriott. The buffet breakfast will satisfy your pallet.

Pleased with location and access to food, shopping and transportation. Comfortable room and nice fitness center.
