“最高！”
ジャグジーつきのバスタブがゆっくり出来てとても良かった。部屋が広く綺麗。フロントのスタッフの対応が良かった。無料で部屋をグレードアップしてくれた。スタッフの対応も笑顔で明るく良かった。 とにかく部屋が広く綺麗で、バスタブが大きくゆっくり部屋で過ごして休みたい人には最適。 疲れを取るための休暇だったので本当にこのホテルで良かったと思う。 またバンコクに行くときには必ず利用します！

“カオサンエリアの高級ホテル”
ジャグジー、プール、設備カオサン近く、運河の北、そこそこ便利だけど静かな場所です。一泊だけ贅沢をしようと泊まりました。驚いたのが大きなジャグジーですが、トイレも含め部屋の中のオープンスペース（カーテンで仕切れますが）。普通の友人や家族だとちょっと気まずいかもしれません。はっきりカップル向けですね。インテリアもどことなく高級ラブホテルな印象です。ホテルはまだ新しくきれいで、マットレスも上質、特に問題はありませんでした。屋上のプールも見晴らしがよくきれいで気持ちよく、暑季と雨季の間で街が暑いのでほとんど一日ホテルで過ごしました。agodaの価格だと利用価値大と思います。

“リーズナブルで快適”
部屋が新しくてきれい、ゆったりしたジャグジーバス、リーズナブル周囲に何もなくて少々不自由ですが（コンビニはあります）、部屋でのんびり過ごすにはうってつけです。また目の前にバーが数軒並んでいますが、河を渡った南側に小カオサンのような一角があるので、その辺りを飲み歩くのも楽しいかも。

“きれいで快適”
きれい、スタッフの対応、設備バスタブがやたらと豪華で、カップルで行くと盛り上がりそうでした。 スタッフの感じがよく、部屋もきれいで、カオサンから近かったのでよかったです。

“プラナコンにありよいが、”
場所、価格、新しい2日目はテレビが映らず。ワールドカップを見たかったので、再三催促をフロントにしたが、技術に頼んだの一点ばりで、結局直らず。モニュメント近くのマックへ行きました。翌日に会った責任者の対応も態度も一流とはいえない。 プラナコンが好きな方にはよい場所。

“コストパフォーマンスが良い”
カオサンに近い割に、閑静。主要道路から一歩引っ込んだ立地なので、判りにくい。地元のタクシーは知っていた。設備・部屋がきれい。朝食もおいしかった。部屋はきれいで、バスタブもジャグジーでくつろげた。 お湯が熱すぎて、水が出てこなかったので、エンジニアを呼んだが、すぐにきて対応した（結局何もせず、暫く出し続けるという対策だったが）。 フロントは親切だった（人によるが）。エレベーターが一基しかなく待たされるのが気になるかも。

“交通機関がなく不便”
スタッフの対応、値段、静かビジネスの場所が市街地から離れていたため、同ホテルを選択したが、結果的に交通の便の良いBTSや地下鉄に近い方が良かった。タイのホテルだけあってスタッフの対応、サービスは良かった。

“The best place in Bangkok”
Of all the places we stayed in Thailand, Chillax Resort is by far the best. Located in a quiet alley 5 minutes walk from Khaosan, with delicious local restaurants right outside the hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, the hotel pool is amazing, and the staff!!! are the nicest in the world. Room service every morning, 24-hour service at the reception.. In short, there are not enough words to describe how much we recommend this hotel. Looking forward to coming back again!

“Love love love the location”
Nice room with jacuzzi bath tub. Close to many restaurants, street food and 7-11. The hotel was really calm and staff was polite. We did not have breakfast included but it was offered so cannot comment on that. This is our new hotel of choice when we come to Bangkok.

“Loved it!”
Chillax resort is the perfect place to be. in the middle of everything, 5-1] min walk to khaosan, but still quite and peacfull spot. The staff were all kind and smiling. We would come again!

“Definitely Chillaxing”
Great hotel very stylish, I had 2 different room types & both was great. Very nice rooms, luxurious. The jacuzzi tub just tops it off. Big comfortable beds, Great location for everything I needed, not fat to walk to Khao San Road & all the action but just enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. We was very Happy

“Loved our 4 nights at this hotel but don't eat at the restaurant.”
We were able to get checked in early. We were greeted with cold rags and juice. The ambiance of the lobby was very inviting and looked like luxury. We were upgraded without even asking to a deluxe room with a 2 person hot tub. The room was very clean, spacious and had plenty of storage space for our belongings. The location was great. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance.. complaints: The shower head is weird in that it's so tall it goes over my head and I'm not that short and water leaks out of the stall. The only other complaint is that their restaurant has terrible service and food. I'm glad we didn't opt for the breakfast. We ate there for lunch and it took a long time to get our meal and the food was not good at all. We ordered 3 different dishes and had to send 1 back. It was that bad.

“Very good stay”
I was very satisfied with my stay. I particularly liked the large room with its small balcony and jacuzzi. The rooftop pool was also very nice, although at 11:00 a.m., no one seemed to be there. Khao San Road and Rambuttri Road are about a 10-minute walk away. Samsen Road is right around the hotel, and there are many Thai restaurants there. For a good price, I would happily stay here again.

It pains me to write this review, as I have stayed on this hotel many many many times and I love it. The room , the location and the concierge team are great...the desk / check on and out staff are TERRIBLE. They don't understand English very well, don't even try to converse with them on the phone. I checked out and informed them the jazucci was not working in on room 403., ( one of the reasons I stay in this hotel)...they said OK And nothing else . Maybe it's time to find a new hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Chillax Resort, booked conveniently through Agoda. The resort's [pool, location] was a particular highlight. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

“One night layover in Bangkok ”
Large sunk in top, so large it has its own room! Facilities are older but must of been a fabulous hotel at one point. They need to do a little cleanup on the walkway leading up to entrance. Nice staff

“Rooftop pool !”
The room is big, location still ok, lots of restaurants nearby, the main point is its far away from the main khaosan rd, so you can sleep like a baby. They have pool at rooftop, which is nice. You can relax, dip in after satisfied exploring the city all day. The only thing I don't like is the red light in the room.

“Nice stay”
My stay at Chillax was very pleasant. Hotel location is near to Khaosan road but very quite and able to sleep well. Hotel is very clean and neat. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Good hospitality and great location to eateries and 7 & 11 store.

“Good stay ”
Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The room with the jacuzzi was a good size, I liked the small balcony and the ability to open the windows properly, the mattress was good (not saggy), the pool was good too! The location is also good: it's about 10 to 12 minutes on foot to Rambuttri and Khao San Road. However, I can also confirm what other guests have written in the comments: the reception needs improvement and the air conditioning needs to be replaced.

“Good place to stay”
It wasn't close to the main tourist attractions but still nice location to stay. Most staffs were friendly but reception... not really. Reasonable price and clean room. No privacy for toilets. Lol

“Strict check-out time!!!”
The hotel is fine and well located, close to Wat Bovorn, which I donate my time to the monks two weekends every month and two days during the week. On those weekends I usually try to book a room at the Chillax, expecting the hotel would give me an extra hour to ck-out as my chores at the Wat do not finish before 12:30, UNFORTUNATELY it's not the case anymore therefore - ฉันจะไม่กลับมา

“サムセンのリゾート”
屋上のプールは眺めも最高でしたが、オンシーズンだとビーチチェアーが足りなくなるかもしれません。 ホテルレストランでピザを食べる時間がなかったことが残念です。 サミセンsoi2は昔より治安が良くなり、総合的には満足です。 シャワーの水圧が弱いとか、タイでは当たり前なので特になにも思わず。 臨機応変なレシェプションで、最後まで快適でした。 欲を言えば、市内から離れているので宿泊費がもう少し安ければ、とは思いましたが。 でも、サムセンでゆっくりするにはお勧めです。 タイ語か英語ができれば不自由はありませんでした。
