I really don’t recommend this hotel. We stayed in room no. 416. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The room was too small and somewhat dirty. The curtain couldn’t be closed properly, and there was a hole on the wall. The room was also very noisy—we could hear all sounds/noises from outside, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, my child accidentally left her childhood blanket in the room. We tried to contact the hotel by phone and email, but received no response. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location.

“A bit dark along the corridor through the walkway ”
We are surprised to see no staff at the reception counter, only a telephone for us to call for staff and do our check in over phone. At night, there are people playing mahjong just outside our room 418 (at the emergency escape stairs) and we cannot sleep well. The steps in our rooms also posted a safety issue to our elderly mother.

This is my first time writing a bad review. This place is poorly managed and bad renovation. The wall got many holes and cracked. There is no hot water supply in face wash basin for winter, the owner knew it from the start and still let the problem exist. The toilet got bad smell and the door cannot close properly we need to push very hard to close it. This is very annoying especially at the midnight. We made complaints the owner offer us room changing with no window and smaller than the room I booked for 5 nights(which means they downgraded my room). We didn’t accept. The owner spoke very impolite. At the last he very unwillingly changed us a room with more spacious and extra bed but still poor renovation with many holes on the ceiling and wall.

“Moldy hotel ”
Upon entering the hotel there were never a front desk person to speak to. The rooms we were assigned smelled like mildew and stink of mold. Ac drips water and bathroom smells terrible once you shower and the smell carried by the steam. Throughout the night you can hear people talk and cough, terrible sound barrier. We smelled second hand smoke through the vent often throughout the night eventhough it's a non smoking facility. After 1 night there i got mold poisoning and had sever asthma and allergic reaction to the mildew and mold. I had to find other accommodations. I should have read other reviews and not stay in a place like this.

Excellent location, right in Ximending. Depending on the rooms, might be slightly noisy even late at night. All 3 rooms and the living room are spacious. Clean bedsheets/pillows.

Dripping ceiling when aircon is on. Drip onto the bed. Aircon was very loud too. There is no counter staff - and passcode is given over the phone for the hotel room door. This means if u r to leave luggage after checkout there is a risk as the counter is not attended

This hotel is perfect for budget travelers needing a nice room to sleep in. The location is perfect, the staff is very nice and accommodating. If the aircon in our room doesn't leak, it is a perfect stay for us. I hope they fix it :)

“Average experience, not suitable for families with young kids”
Although the location is very good, a small alley near Ximending, the surrounding is very shady.. The ground floor that this hotel is in seems like it’s under renovation. There’s a bar right below the building and the noise kept us up all night. The reception is not 24/7 so there was no one at night. More suitable for young people in my opinion. The room has basic amenities, but overall average.
