“もう利用しない。”

・値段に釣り合わない低いサービスレベル ・チェックインが18時まで無理 ・朝食付なのに、朝食はバーガーとパックジュースのみ。更に朝食注文忘れ ・使用済のコーヒーカップが、部屋の清掃後もしよ ・室内に蚊が多い ・台北中心からは遠い ・express check-inとなっているが、通常のcheck-inと何も変わらない ・スタッフは事務的

“女性のスタッフの対応が親切だった。”

スタッフの対応はとても良かった。 又次も利用したい。

台北の繁華街からは30〜40ふんだけどホテル綺麗だしベットでかいし台湾みんな優しい

“ロケーションが良い”

駅が直ぐ近くにあり、夜市も近い。広い部屋で快適だった。ただし、バスタブは無いです。朝食はファーストフードのデリバリーなので足りない。近隣のスーパーやすき家を利用すると良い。

“遠さが許容できれば”

中心部までMRT乗継ぎが必要ですが、最寄り駅までは徒歩2、3分です。観光スケジュールに余裕があるなら良いと思います。 ただレストランは営業しておらず、朝食はどこかのお店で買ってきたものが部屋まで届けられます。時間も7時半と8時半の選択肢しかないので、朝早くに出発したい時はありつけません。6時半の選択肢が有れば良かったのですが。

“立地は良いです”

新荘棒球場での台湾プロ野球観戦のための宿泊でした 特化した目的のためであれば駅近/球場にも徒歩圏内で最高の立地でした 日本人としてはなかなか止まる機会のないところですが・・・ビジネスホテルとしては標準的ではないかと思います スタッフはなかなか頑張っていたようで交換が持てます マイナス点は部屋利用が18時と極端に遅いこと・・・ 朝食は7：30からでしたが翌朝は帰国便が早かったために放棄せざるを得ませんでした

“スタッフさんが丁寧で対応がはやい”

部屋替えの相談をしたところ、すぐにいくつか部屋を案内してくださり納得して決められました。掃除も速く丁寧でした。メニューは中国語の朝ご飯メニューリストに英語訳を参照させてもらえました。また利用したいです。

“宿泊の第一選択”

地理の位置は便利で、地下鉄が近くにあり、数分で到着できます。部屋の環境はとても清潔で、防音効果も良好です。スタッフも非常に親切で、すべての問題を完璧に解決してくれました。次回の機会があれば、また宿泊したいと思います。

“全体的にはコスパが良い”

コスパもサービスも不満点はありませんでした。 おすすめ出来るホテルですが、ロケーションがやはり難点です。

何もないけど、なんでもある。 何より、新荘体育館に徒歩１０分弱！！ さらに、新荘夜市まで、徒歩１０分弱！ 駅から５分！！！ 朝食も満足でした。 お部屋はシンプルですが、必要なものは全てそろっていました。 （湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫、complimentaryのお水ボトル、空気清浄器、ティッシュボックス、ドライヤー、スリッパ、アメニティ、等々、パジャマはないです。） 残念なのはウォシュレット機能が付いてないことぐらい。 スタッフの方々がとっても感じよかったです。日本語も通じます。 ありがとうございました。次回もお世話になりたいです。

“清潔・駅近・手頃に泊まれる”

この付近に用事があったので泊まりました。手頃で清潔で駅が近い。食べ物屋さんも多く、近くに夜市があります。4、5年前にも泊まりましたが、朝ごはんがよくなっていました。

新荘駅にほど近く、夜市も近くにある便利な場所。 ネット環境も快適であり、ストレスなく仕事ができた。

実際の部屋はサイトで見るよりは小さいが出張で使うには最高です！コインランドリーもあるし、朝食もバイキング式でミルクティティーもあるよ

“スポーツと夜市を堪能”

野球場とアリーナがすぐそばにあり、プロ野球を堪能しました。 スタジアム周辺にはたくさんの飲食街も賑やかです。 また、ホテルのそばには小さな夜市があり、その先には新月橋もライトアップされており、キレイでした。

“ホテルは悪くないけれど”

友人宅の近くという事で利用しました。立地や料金的には良いと思いますが全館禁煙のはずなのにタバコの臭いがひどくて1泊目はのどをやられました。スタッフに相談すると部屋の変更を提案されましたが1階のお部屋なのでフロントと同じ階だと音が気になるのではと思い帰ってから考えると言って出かけると帰ってきた際にお部屋に空気清浄機が設置されていました。おかげで2日目からはかなり楽になりました。ホテルのスタッフの対応はとても良かったと思います。

“停車場有點遠”

多年前停車場在正對面時住過，不知道現在跑到河堤旁，覺得有點麻煩⋯比較適合搭捷運的人。

“コンパクトで快適なホテル”

新荘駅の近く。内装はとても綺麗で快適。朝食も充実。ランドリーもありました。繁華街からは離れているけれど、新荘体育館に通ったので、近くて便利でよかったです。大型ホテルではないけれど、必要なものがすべてあるので快適に過ごせます。また利用したい。

“スタッフの応対が良かった”

日本語はできませんが、スタッフの応対が良かったです。英語と筆談でやりとりし、空港までの交通手段や近くのスーパーの場所の確認、タクシーの手配などしていただきました。また、すぐ近くにローカルな夜市があり、混雑も少なくごはんが美味しかったのでとても満足できる滞在となりました。 深夜の時間にテラスに行くと、セルフでコーヒーやティーも飲み放題だったので、嬉しかったです。 また利用したいと思います。

Good overall, felt slightly damp in the room, and the breakfast wasn’t great, but the cleaning/ housekeeping was good.

“HOTEL PURITY”

Stay on a Sat night when most hotels in Taipei were fully booked and rate of available hotel rooms are 2 times higher than the normal days. Hotel Purity is one of the few available hotel which has a lower rate than other hotels, although still around 35% higher than its normal days.

This is second time I stayed at this hotel. The rooms I stayed at did not have any closet but have a hanging bar in the main room with 2 hangers. The first room I stayed at the tub did not drain well even though I complained, the next day the situation did not improve. The second room I stayed in did not provid soap so I had to go to front desk to ask for one. The complementary breakfast is very simple and have to order the night before, they will either deliver to the room in the morning at one of the times specified or you can decide to pick up at the front desk before 12noon. There is a night marker close by and is close the mrt. The price specified on the website is not the total price, will need to add tax.

“Would not recommend”

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for myself and family. These rooms were on the 5th floor. Upon getting into our room late at night and wanting to relax in the bath we discovered what looked like dried vomit throughout the bathroom, on the walls, the sink cabinet walls and who knows what in the edges of the floor. We told front reception and they sent a cleaner up who did a quick wipe of the sink area and was going to leave before we showed her the various other locations. After then showering and getting into bed we had to put up with the tv music sounds from neighbours. There is no soundproofing and you hear every noise anyone on the floor makes. The airconditioning units for the floor also create a hum that sounds like you are in an airplane. We managed to briefly fall asleep after several hours only to wake up an hour or so later (around 1:30am) because our neighbouring room had increased the music volume even further. We called front desk who rectified the music issue (at least for an hour or 2 before it started again). We then tried to sleep with the airplane hum and sounds of opening doors and talking throughout the night. Overall both myself and my family got next to no sleep the first night and were all quite tired and grumpy. With the neighbours music blasting again early in the morning I tried to talk to staff to tell them how awful the night had been for all of us and that we'd like to cancel our second night so we can leave and go to another hotel as we were so disappointed to be spending our holiday time here. We were told no cancellation or refunds but they would move us to another room. We then ate the included free breakfast which is a selected item from a breakfast convenience cafe. My egg and bacon toastie was cold and stale by the time it arrived at my door So they changed our rooms to the first floor "deluxe" rooms as they are quieter. These rooms were indeed quieter and cleaner which was nice except for the fact that the entire floor and rooms smell like sewerage. Overall I wouldn't stay here again and am very disappointed and deeply regret having spent our time and money here. TLDR: Would not stay here again

“Small but the best place to stay”

No parking. Yet you get everything you need from the hotel to how convenient the hotel location is. Near the MRT, Near the convenience store, near the night small market, etc. Very accessible. And staff are really nice. They also have free coffee in the lobby near the concierge. It's free. I will definitely stay here again.

“Love the bidet”

For a hotel in taipei . This one is superb. They have a bidet and that made me love the room. As we all know , its rare for a hotel in taiwan that has a budet. Room is big for two. Near stores around the area. Far from the city center but mrt station is 2 min away so thats fine :)

Love that it’s clean and very near to the mrt station ( Xinzhuang station exit 2). There’s a mart right opposite the hotel, easy to get things we need.

“Good Place to Stay At”

Comfy hotel rooms that are almost complete with what you need. The rooms have mini refs, hair dryer, slippers and electric kettle. I was amazed with the bathroom, the toilet seats are heated and the bidet is kinda automatic. The hot and cold setting of the shower is great and the warm lights gave off a relaxing mood after a long, tiring day of exploring Taiwan. Breakfast is not buffet style and the earliest you can get them is 7.30am so take that into consideration if you need to leave early for your tour. The hotel is not really near the usual tourist go-to places but it is less than 5mins walk to the MRT Xinzhuang station and from there, you can go almost anywhere. The staff are nice and they try to accommodate us as much as they can as not all of them can understand English but they are very nice and all smiles whenever we see them.

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, washing machines and dryer avaliable is Bonus. Short walking distance to MRT. Longer traveling time if you are going to city. Only consideration is check in after 6pm and check out before 11am

Language barrier, you must download google translate or any translator app. They were approachable. Very convenient with the place 1 min walk to supermarket and to train station. Breakfast is so-so, don’t expect it’s just a complimentary. Overall our stay was great!

The hotel was located in a not-busy area which I love and very near to MRT Xinzhuang. They also provided a free breakfast every day. The convenience store was also nearby. I hope there could have been a walkable laundromat around. It seemed like the hotel has just been renovated. The room was very new :)
