“最高の立地です”
空港鉄道AREXの孔徳駅1番出口から2～3分の立地で隣にセブンイレブンがあります、飲食店街、ロッテマート、emartも近いのでとても便利です。 バス停も近いので明洞へも乗り換え無しで行けます。 アメニティに充実しています。 荷物も到着日・帰国日と預かってもらえるので手ぶらでお出かけが出来ます。 悪かった点は清掃が行き届いていなく前の宿泊者のものと思われるペットボトルが落ちてました。 また、コンセントが緩いためプラグが抜け落ちます、朝になって充電出来ていないってことがあるため注意が必要です。

“あまりお勧めできません”
まず、受付はかなり事務的です。笑顔や微笑みは全くなく、新羅ってこんななの？ってがっかりです。 部屋はホコリっぽく、前泊者のきつい匂いが残ったままでした。バスタブはザラザラで本当に残念です。 連泊ですが、シーツ交換なし ソウルから一駅、大荷物でもエレベーターを使えばストレスなく移動できるので、アクセスは良いですが、次回こちらを予約するかと聞かれれば、それはありません。

“お部屋の建て付けが悪くて残念、他はgood！”
810号室に泊まったのですが、ドアの建て付けが悪く、なかなか閉まりませんでした。全日清掃は綺麗におこなってくださってたのですが、2日目のホテルの清掃後、外出より戻ると、建て付けが悪いのでドアが完全に閉まっておらず、見知らぬ人が入れるような状態でした。アメニティなどが充実している分、残念です。1番良かったのはドライヤーのパワー。当方ロングヘアなのですが、すぐに乾くくらい威力の強いもので助かりました！

“駅近アメニティも充実でリピ確定”
初めてこちらのホテルを利用しました。 孔徳駅1番出口から徒歩2〜3分です！ 仁川空港から一般電車で孔徳駅まで乗り換えなしで着きます。 ソウル駅も1駅と利便性の高い駅です。 ホテルの隣にはセブンイレブンがあります。 アメニティは、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシ、スリッパなど充実してました！ 3泊しましたが毎日部屋の清掃、水を置いていただき快適に過ごせました。 ベッドにカードを置いておけばベッドメイキングもしてくれます。 1度カードを置き忘れましたが、親切にもベッドメイキングをしていただいてました。 トイレやシャワーの水圧も問題ないです。 孔徳駅2番出口にはロッテプレミアムフードマーケット、7番出口には大型のemartがあるのでお菓子や海苔などのお土産を買うにも便利です。 また、駅周辺は飲食店も豊富で朝から営業してるソルロンタンのお店もあります。 また利用したいと思います！

ソウル観光で4日間お世話になりました。 空港から空港鉄道で直結しており、ホンデへのアクセスも良く、ショッピングなどとても便利でした。 荷物が増えて宅配を利用しようとしたのですが、休日で困っていたところ、フロントの方が預かって発送してくださり、本当に助かりました。心から感謝しています。 海外アゴダの予約イベントで4日間の朝食無料券をもらい、とても幸運でした。 おかげさまで、快適に過ごすことができました。

“駅からホテルまで”
孔徳駅1番出口が1番近いですが、スーツケースを持って上がるには階段のみのため、不向きです。ホテルまでは9番出口やエスカレーターがある出口から出て、ホテルに向かうことをおすすめします。フロントの方の対応は親切でした。 エレベーターも比較的待たずに来ると思います。スタンダードなツインの部屋でしたが、水回りは綺麗で水圧も問題ないです。ただ、シャワーカーテンはなく、仕切りの透明な壁が半分のため、シャワーするときは水浸しになりやすいので、姿勢には注意が必要です。ツインの部屋には、できれば椅子を二脚用意して、テーブルが利用できれば良いのと、クローゼットの棚の位置がかなり高く、背の低い人にはとても使いずらかったです。 全体的に快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

“きちんとしたホテル”
交通に便利な孔徳の駅近く 清潔で毎日飲料水のペットボトルを使わなくても補充してくれます パジャマはないけどバスローブはあります ただ唯一残念だったのはコップが全て紙コップだったこと 湯沸かしやお茶やコーヒーもあるのですが、紙コップは使い勝手がイマイチ 環境へのの配慮かもしれませんが紙コップをビニールで包んであるし、これなら洗って使えるプラカップの方が環境に優しいのではないかと思いました

“朝ビュッフェが美味しい”
2泊しました。朝ビュッフェの種類が多く美味しかったです。オムレツをLIVEで作ってくれるのがよかったです。 部屋は浴室シャワーしたら床が少しびしょびしょに、、バスタブがあるのは良いのですが。 あと1日目部屋のエアコンの調整ができず寒かったです。 コンドク駅から徒歩4分、バス停もあるので利用しやすかったです。

“コロナ後初５年ぶりの渡韓”
数えきれないほど渡韓していますが、孔徳・麻浦エリアに定宿がいくつかあり、コロナ後初５年ぶりの今回はその中からもう１つのホテル、直前でもう１泊することとなり、こちらを利用しました。 やはりアクセスが良く、狭くもなく、きれいで快適です。 強いて言えば、ベッド周辺にコンセントがないことや、USB充電ができないのが少し不便を感じます。 また利用したいホテルの１つです。

“玄関が残念”
ベッドも寝心地が良く部屋は若干狭いが掃除が行き届いてました。シャワーの水圧もまぁまあでした。ただホテルに入る入り口が駅からいつも裏口から入るのですが喫煙所状態になっててゴミが散乱していてホテル周辺が薄汚れてる印象がありました。新羅ブランドをうたってるのであればあのゴミはちょっと対策を講じて欲しいです。

“浴槽付きの部屋で良かった”
隣の部屋の声は少し聞こえましたが ロケーションも良くて、部屋の清潔感も あって良かった。 トイレにはオッシュレット、 浴槽付きの部屋にしたので 寒い時期の旅行には適してました！
