立地、価格、人柄ソウルに泊まるなら絶対ここに決めてます。立地条件はとてもよく、ゲストハウス自体可愛くて、スタッフもとても親切です。なにより、宿泊費が明洞なのに安い…なのに部屋が綺麗！！最高です（＾◇＾）

“また泊まりたいと思えるホテル”
部屋が清潔。スタッフが親戚。駅が近い。ホテルから明洞へは歩いて行ける距離。駅も近いです。ホテルの中はすごくお洒落な雰囲気で、部屋の中も清潔感がありました。スタッフも優しくてすごく居心地がいいホテルでした！最高！ホテルの周りにはスーパーマーケット、コンビニがあって夜のちょっとした買い物も楽でした。また泊まりたいです（＾ω＾）감사합니다~~！！！

“結構落ち着く部屋”
部屋が綺麗。スタッフが優しい。テレビがデカイ場所は少しわかりづらくて、おじさんに連れて行ってもらいました。New Sun Guesthouse Myeongdongは息子さんとお母さんがスタッフで家にいるような感じで過ごしやすかったです。クーラーもちゃんと付くしシャワーのお湯もちょうどいい。コンセントがグラグラするので、気がつくと充電できていなかったりしましたが。 問題なく泊まれました。また、利用したいです。

“便利な場所にあります。”
場所、清潔、スタッフが良い。行きは仁川空港から南大門市場までバスで行きました。帰りは地下鉄とアレックス鉄道を利用しました。地下鉄4号線が最寄りの駅で大変便利な地下鉄です。部屋は大変狭いんですがオンドルのおかげで暖かく快適でした。夜のスタッフは日本語ができました。昼間のスタッフは英語ができます。韓国人は英語が得意と聞きましたがそれほどでもないような感じでした。

“Good budget hostel”
We stayed in the private room and it was an amazing location for street food and shopping in namdaemun market (1min) and myeongdong (10mins). This is a sister hostel that is right in front of their main one, so they actually don’t have a front desk person. However when we arrived really late for check in, they left our key on the front desk and we got in without troubles. Room had quite a bit of hair everywhere and felt a little unclean, and the room felt a little dingy but it did the job! Private shower room was nice to have.

“Better than average”
The location is good. Although all of the facilities are old but cleaned. The quality of the shampoo and liquid soap is better than many 3 stars hotels.

“最高!”
It was a good place to stay for solo traveller. Its around 15mins walk to myeondong and namdaemun market. Free breakfast is toast, coffee, milk and cereal which is not at all bad for the rate i paid. Its near a convenience store so its nice for emergency purchases.

“Nice place and staff were kind”
The place is located near the subway and myeongdong. It's a walking distance to namsan tower cable car. The Ajuma and ajushi are very helpful

“Worth stay”
We had amazing stay here! Good location as very near to the station. Don't worry on the late check in as the staff will standby your room key at the counter. Walking distance to Myeongdong and easy access to convenience stores, restaurant even starbucks!

“Near To Subway”
Very near to subway station Hoehyeon and Nandaemun Market. No lift at this gh. You need to carried your bag at your own but thank you to their staff who help us to carried up our bag to our room.

“Good value and near train station”
The place is just easy to locate, a few minutes walk from hoehyeon station exit 1. Along the road, you will find many restaurants and convenient stores. No elevator so if you are carrying heavy luggages, try asking for 1st/2nd flr rooms. We stayed in 3rd flr. Breakfast was just okay like bread,cereals, & noodles. Staff are friendly and guesthouse is open 24hrs. Our Room was just enough for couple, w/ hot water shower, refrigerator, towels, bed warmer, window, slippers, tv, & hairdryer

“Nice Guesthouse”
I love this Guesthouse. Eventhough our room is small but that's okay because we only come back to sleep. They prepare simple breafast at 8am like cereal, bread and Ramen. 5min walk to Hoehyeon Station Exit 1. Very close to Namdaemun Market too. I will come again one day. Thank you.

“Splendid location”
As you may have read already, this is near Hoehyeon station exit 1 and just across Namdaemun market. Myeongdong is near too and is only about 10 minutes away by foot. Free breakfast is a plus; can't complain about the ramen, bread, cereal, juice, and milk. Room is cozy and bathroom is big. They provide bigger towels as well. Will definitely stay again.

highly recommended! the place was nice and clean. nice staff. near to subway station. 10-15 mins walk to myeongdong shopping street. there are restaurants and convinients store around the guest house. only problem we had was the door of bathroom, its broken.

“Just Right for the Price you pay”
centrally located in between myeongdong and namdaemun market, location is the hostels best asset. Cheap price so dont expect five star facilities. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggages upstairs, not recommended if with kids and or senior citizens. I would stay here again if travelling with companions ages between 15-45 years old because i like the location.

“fair enough at its price”
I just find a 1 night stay before meeting with friends and move to other hotel. Be fair, it's a hostel at standard and the condition is ok, with hot water, air-con, tv all work properly. A window with sunlight though you cannot open. Sound isolation is good as I like it is a solid room, not those fake rooms section by a paper-thin wall. However, I need to walk down to G/F for some drinking water, better consider a water station every floor, but this is minor. all in all, fair price to find some place to stay if you do prefer a private room with real door.

“Value for money. With free breakfast”
Pro: free breakfast. Cerial, toast, jam, coffee,cup noodles. Own cr in room Ref, tv, mirror, aircondition Weighing scale for your luggage. Bunk bed with my wife. We actually prefer this than 1 queen size. Everyday cleaning. Location is very near hoehyeon station, namdaemun market, myeongdong market, shinsegae dury free, namsans cable car, And 1 station away from seoul station. Cons. None. I would highly recommend this place.

“Pretty Satisfied”
Pros: Very near to subway station (Hoehyeon Station, exit 1). Value for money. Pretty basic breakfast (bread, coffee, tea, egg, instant noodles). Cons: Anotehr staff found out his colleague gave us the wrong room after we have checked in and settled down in the room. Certain staffs are just ignorant. I asked about the nearest post office but just got brushed off with no intention to help at all from the staff.

“非常に満足”
Room is quite small, but for those who only use it for sleeping it was very comfortable, good location from exit 1 Heohyeon, just turn right at CU store, flow the road to see Namsan tower, go straight until wider street and the guesthouse located on your right, infront seoul city hotel, you may find the receptionist in this hotel too. 5 minutes walk from Namdaemyun market and 10 walks from Myeongdong street and Kampungku Restaurant. Breakfast provided is cereal and milk, bread and jam. We have very good experience staying in this guest house

“Accessible to Namdaemun Market & Myeongdong”
Near Hoehyeon station exit 1. Very near Namdaemun Market & walkable to Myeongdong. High water pressure in shower, towels and toiletries provided except toothbrush and toothpaste. Has small fridge, electric water kettle, hair dryer, with extension cord so you don’t need adopter & no water provided. Room is small , bed has electric blanket, a dresser and chair. Breakfast is the same everyday - bread, jam and butter, cereals and milk, noodles in a cup, coffee and tea served from 8am to 10am. You can also cook but ask permission first to use the stove from owners coz the area where we eat is their working kitchen. It also has a washing machine. If you arrive later than 9pm they leave your room key in the registration area. The owner’s son speaks English. Guesthouse is only two-storey. Across is Subway, CU convenience store and the area has a lot of Korean restaurants. Further along is Starbucks and a lot more coffee shops. Overall, location is excellent and value for money is satisfactory.

“Value For Money”
Located at Myeongdong area and is close to Namsan Tower. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby, 8 minutes walk to Heohyon station. Check in was easy with very helpful staff (thanks for helping me with the padlock!). Room is small but it has shower, heater and other amenities, more than enough for travellers who spend most of the days outside. Pantry can get very busy and crowded, but it has coffee, tea, cup noodles, toasts and cereal. One small issue, we wanted earlier breakfast than 8 AM :) Will definitely go there again when I travel to Seoul.

Pros : everything is so convenience Cons : the cleaner ahjumma gets a little upset when we use the kitchen. And it's hard to reach the guesthouse manager/staff at front desk cause no one there especially after office hour.

“Excellent location & very clean room!”

“Family friendly”
Stay at this hotel is definitely worth it! Close to just about anything! Train Station, Myeongdong, Nandaemun, Restaurants and many more!

“Value for money! ”
Pros - location and value for money. Cons - aircon does not work too well, makes it stuffy. Options too for breakfast.

“Nice place, nice price”
New Sun is a steal. This place is very close with Myeondong and Namdaemun, the facilities are sufficient, the room is clean, and the staffs are nice. Definitely will stay here again if I come to Seoul.

“cheap,safe,clean but still have sth to improve”
the air conditioner have continuous strange noise all the night,so it might interrupt my sleep,except for this, everything is great!

“すごく良い”
good location. breakfast variety and included instant cup noodle. staff friendy. i reached midnight and key leave on the table. room convinence and bathroom is not small. very recommand.

“Nice Location”
I arrived midnight and the reception was already closed, but I still got my key with a note (room number, check out time). Nice location, near MRT station, Myeongdong and Nandaemun Market. Room is small but clean. Will book again.

Clean, good location (very near the station and myeongdong! Many cheap restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good. Has everything you need.

“高校生の2人でいきました！！”
はじめてで不安でしたが明洞駅とかもちかいしその近くにお店もいっぱいあって近いのでよかったです！！スタッフさんもやさしかったし、私たちが行くぶんにはすこくいごこちよかったです！！部屋はそんなに広くないですが夜しかいないのでそんなにきにならなかったです！冷蔵庫とかドライヤーもついてるし、ホテルのちかくにコンビニが何個かあるので夜中にいったりできました！！つぎもここに泊まろうと思っています！
