“ホスピタリティ溢れる宿”

4階のトイレが水浸しなのが残念。 迅速な清掃をしてくれれば、星がひとつ上がったのに。

“寝るだけなら十分”

寝泊まりだけなら問題ありませんが、シャワー設備がかなり簡素なため、人によっては抵抗があるかもしれないです。とにかく安く泊まりたいという方であればロケーションもそこまで悪くないので良いと思います。ただしアダルトショップ？の上にあるので慣れるまでは不安に思うかもしれません。

“非常に満足”

弘大まで徒歩圏内でアクセスは最高。夜までショッピングも楽しめる。泊まった部屋がブラインドが重くて、下がり使いにくかったのと、バス、トイレがブッキングしてなかなか好きなタイミングでは使えないのが少し大変。あと、部屋や廊下が電球外してて暗くて見にくい。安くてアクセスは最高という点はとても良い👍スタッフは親切。

“蚊が気になる”

蚊のせいで1日目はあまり眠れず。2日目は色々あって、ロビー？で寝ることになった。立地も人も設備も悪くないけど、色々重なって体は休まらなかった。時期が違えばおすすめ。一人旅じゃなかったらかなり満足できたと思う。

“不潔”

水周りとても汚く、シャワーをしても綺麗になった気がしない。部屋の清掃も雑で、値段が低いけどもう利用しない。

“貧乏旅には最高”

汚いけど許容範囲です。 貧乏旅には十分。 夜中に騒ぐ人がいてうるさいのが難点です。 スタッフの方はすごく優しくて朝ごはんも無料で食べられます。

“初めて韓国旅の人にはオススメしません”

スタッフの女性、英語しか話せない。 部屋によっては綺麗、汚いの差が大きすぎる。朝食はパン、卵、オレンジジュースのみで自分で用意して食べるよう言われたけど調味料も何もなくパンにつけるバターしかなかった。部屋にゴミ箱がないので不便。隣の部屋の人が夜遅くまで騒いでてうるさかった。 場所は、周りがお店等沢山あったので見たり食べたりするのには困らなかった。 安いのでこれ以上求める方がダメなのかもしれない。安い宿泊費通りのホテルでした

“良い”

コスパは最高シャワーとトイレは少し残念でした。

“うるさくて寝られない”

リビングからゲストの話声がうるさくて寝られない。スタッフも注意しない。 隣のクラブの音楽がうるさくて寝れない。 貴重品ロッカーはほぼ壊れていて使えない。

“割りきれば何とか”

エレベーターから降りたらすぐの部屋だったため、他の宿泊者の出入りで安眠できない。他の宿泊者の話し声が丸聞こえ。韓国人はいない様子でやり取りは英語のみ。1泊5000円のシングルルームだったが、少し高く感じる。タオルも汚い、床も前の宿泊者の長い髪の毛があった。

“カーテン無いのが×”

一番近い地下鉄駅は上水駅（サンス）。仁川空港からAREXでデジタルメディアシティ駅から６号線に乗り換えるのが早い。wifi使い物になる。朝食はトーストとジュースは値段からしたらこんなもん。部屋にカーテン無いのがプライバシー保護に欠けてる。

“トイレはいつも混雑。”

シャワーと一緒になっており、フロア全体で一つしかない。 生理現象を耐えるのも試練。

“うるさいです”

客の殆どが夜遊びから夜明けに帰って来るのうるさいです。 チェックアウトしようと、午前１０時すぎに荷物を整理していたらうるさいと白人客から注意されました。 彼らは清掃時間もずっと寝ていて、夕方になると出かけて行きます。 また、冷蔵庫に名前を書いて入れて置いても他の客に食べられてしまうなど、総じて客層はよくありません。

“駅近でアットホームなゲストハウス”

連休の1人旅で利用しました。 上水駅が最寄駅でしたが、ホンデの大通りからも近く立地も良かったです。 スタッフの方は英語がメインのようですが、韓国語を話される方もいらっしゃいました。皆さん親切で、友達の家に遊びにきたような温かさがあります。 タオルや寝具は清潔でした。トイレやシャワーは共用なので、ホテルのような綺麗さでないと我慢できない方には難しいかも知れません。 スタッフの方が不在の時もあります。玄関には連絡先が書いてないので、チェックイン時に待っている人もいました。(部屋の中には電話番号が書いてあり、連絡すればすぐ来てくれるようです。) 良い宿に泊まれたことで、楽しい旅になりました。お勧めしたいです。

“値段が安くて良かった”

値段がとても安かったのでまんぞくしました。夜遅くはあまり電話や会話ができない雰囲気でした。宿で交流をしたい人には向いてないと思います。

“水回りは汚い”

水回りは汚くドミトリーにいる女性のものが床に溢れている。寝るところの布団は洗わず新しい人が来ても畳んでいるだけだった

ひとつ残念なのはトイレの鍵が壊れている所かな。😃 そうそう、朝4時30分にチェックアウト予定の為3時から帰る支度してたら、眠い目をこすりながら朝食☕🍞🌄の用意をしてくれた女性スタッフにはとても嬉しいかったです。 ありがとうございます。

“最悪でした”

シングルルームを予約しましたが、普段使用していない、倉庫のような２段ベットのみ置いてある場所でした。鍵が南京錠でビックリしました。ドアと床に鍵をかけるのが、本当に使いにくかった。 初めて宿泊したのに説明もなく、ゲストハウスに入る時のきーなんばー番号を伝えられただけ。 共用シャワールームは水捌けが悪く、プールのようになっていた。

“非常に満足”

近所にスーパー・コンビニも有り，買い出しに困ることはない。地下鉄駅まで，歩5～10分程だが，許容範囲かな？

“予約管理が適当”

シングルルームを予約していたのにドミトリーに泊まらされました。他の客も部屋予約の事で言い争いをしており、怒って帰った客もいました。 言う事や対応に誠実さが感じられなかったです。 部屋の違いによる差額分の返金について話をしましたが、提示された金額がagodaサイトの金額と違い、解決しなかったのでagodaカスタマーセンターに相談し、解決していただきました。 ロケーションはサンス駅から近く飲食店街にあり便利です。

門限もないし過ごしやすいしすごく良かったです。ホンデから徒歩五分ぐらいで立地はよかったと思います！また次も利用したいと思います🙏

“うるさかった”

非常にうるさかったです。 人の声がきこえてきこえて... こんなにうるさかったゲストハウスは 初めてです。 立地はよかったです。

ホンデがすぐ近く、地下鉄駅も近くで便利な立地です。スタッフの方は多言語可能でした。初めロックされたドアの開け方がわかりませんでしたがノックすればOK.一人だったので部屋にこもってばかりでしたが、社長さんがご飯に誘ってくれてとても楽しかったです。挨拶や話しかけてくれたりして嬉しかったし緊張が解けました。また次ぎソウルに行くときもここに泊まりたいと思っています！！ありがとうございました

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。駅からの分かり易い地図もメールで送ってくれたおかげで迷わず行けました。 掃除も行き届いており清潔でした

初めて韓国に行かれる方や不慣れな方にはおススメできないゲストハウスです。部屋の中はベッドとコンセントと鏡ぐらいの物しかなく、がらーんとしています。 無料WiFiは不自由なく使えて問題ありません。シャワーと洗面台は男女別でバスタオルは有りませんが、普通のタオルが置いてあり、シャンプー、ボディーソープ等は用意してあります。 靴は入り口で脱ぎます。スタッフは日本語を話せる人はおらず、英語または、韓国が伝わります。 スタッフの印象は挨拶をよくしてくれたりして、雰囲気は悪くないゲストハウスです。 韓国に何回も来ている人にとっては問題の無いゲストハウスだと思います。

“Awesome”

It’s in the centre of everything, close to the metro station. A few minutes walk to the shopping street. There’s a 24/7 convenient store at the bottom. The best isn’t it? The staffs are amazing and it’s really clean! The room can be loud however but aside from that it’s amazing

“Would not recommend ”

The staff are great and hard working. The location is good if you're a party person or someone who wants to be close to food/transportation. Cheap. The cons: there's only 1 male toilet and if it's full then you have to wait around or use the female toilet. It's good that it's cheap but because of the cheapness you get a lot of the worst kinds of travelers. A guy in my room was up making loud phone calls each night up to about 1am in the room. Because it's a party area expect lots of noise around midnight and 5am from other guests. The beds do not have a full privacy curtain. It'll cover 1 of your 3 sides only and it'll probably be dangling so people can look in at you from above it. Go to a different hostel if you can afford a few more dollars.

“Cheap, but not worth it”

Cramped, run down facility. Not secure at all. They post the FULL names of their guests along with the passcodes to their floors and rooms. Bathroom unsanitary. Dirt cheap. You get what you pay for

The hostel location is very strategic in the heart of Hongdae

“Friendly roommates”

Basically you just need place to crash, not only are you can sleep whenever you need but most of your roomate is away partying, basically you have the room to yourself during evenings but not on mornings

“They don’t change beddings!!!”

Enjoy your genital lice and bedbugs. They use duvets without covers on beds in 4th and 5th floor. So they don’t change the covers or bedsheets or pillowcases, nor do they wash the duvets. I’ve stayed there for 2 nights and I regret it. The staff claimed that they change the beddings, but I’ve done my investigation: there’s a stain on my lower bed’s bedsheet, it’s still there after that guest checked out. I remembered the position of the loose threads on the beddings I used, and after I checked out after their cleaning time I went back, THEY WERE STILL THE SAME BEDDINGS. They just fold the duvet again, THEY DONT CHANGE. And the staff was like: yeah cuz there’s no reservation today so we didn’t change the bedding. Excuse me? This is not how a hostel works. The price is not cheap, and plus awful cleaning and lying. NOT RECOMMENDED.

这家旅馆的唯一优点就是有电梯，但是真的太肮脏了，经常看到有人离开，工作人员没有更换床上用品，打扫卫生也是随意糊弄一下，价格在弘大都差不多，距离弘大地铁站有一段距离，离上水站更近，希望会有改进

“Great stay”

Really close to all the nightlife. You can hear a bit it of noise but not like at other places, it's on a high floor. Would recommend for a night out, and it your not looking for a night out I would recommend staying in another area of Seoul.

“Second time staying here ”

This was my second time staying here because the location is very convenient to Hongdae concerts. However, this time I barely got any sleep due to the excessive loud noises from 2-5:30am (approx) that came from people in other rooms , hallways, and common spaces on the fourth floor. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything from inside your room.

“Not recommended”

The bed they provided to me looks like someone had already slept in it. I would have appreciated it if it looks well kept or at least they used new sheets. This is not the first time I'm sleeping in a dormtel, but this is the first time I had been appalled by the condition of a dormtel. Highly unhygienic and disorganized place. Not enough space for travellers to hide in their luggages. Very cramped.

“許容”

This accommodation is located in Hongdae area. It is quite old and dirty. I did’t want to touch anything there. It has only one shower room and there is no shower room on the certain floor so you need to either go up or down for having a shower. I’ll never stay here again and don’t want to recommend to any of my friends.

“Worth your solo time”

Can cook, they give breakfast, good location within the subway station, easy to find food and of course very closed to hongdae shopping streets

I felt like I was in a dingy jail cell. For real. Never again. The should invest in making the place nice. Great location otherwise but never again

“Only get this if you’re really tight on budget”

Stayed one night here (thank God it’s only 1 night lol) Basically you get what you paid. Can’t complain much since it’s cheap but yeah I still think cleanliness should be the bare minimum of a stay even if it’s cheap. Toilet wasnt clean, there’s stain on the bed, floor was sticky …. Besides that, one of the staff blue hair girl was quite rude(?! Not sure if that’s just how she looks and speaks by default but yeah it’s definitely not friendly or even polite lol)

Worht money for one night. They also offer breakfast ( i didn’t try it because i did my check out before the breakfast time) but is an old building and the toilet have fungus on the wall’ corner

“You pay for what you get”

If you are young, this place is for you. It's an old building and the inside shows. The bathroom and shower are the same and the floor is constantly wet. The water pressure and temperature were okay. I didn't use the kitchen but I saw some people using it. I couldn't open my suitcase unless I put it on the tiny bed. I felt clusterphobic and could barely sleep. If you want a cheap place just for sleeping and you plan to spend all your time outside, then this works but if you plan to relax in your room, I don't recommend this place. I barely managed to find this place the first time but if you get off hongik station and just walk straight up the street past all the shops and restaurants you'll find it on the left right after Gong Cha shop.
